Was there a Portfolio Effect of the Micro-economic Leverage ？ Some Empirical Evidence from the Chinese Stock Market

The study is on a linear model of the relationship between the systematic risk and the micro-economic leverage and analyzed the data from the steel, energy source and chemical fibre industry listed companies in the Chinese stock market in 2002 and 2001. Using the linear regression method, empirical equations were found. The portfolio effect was shown so that some empirical evidence had been found to support the micro-economic leverage portfolio effect theory, which was that the listed companies balanced the operating and financial leverage to minimize the systematic risk.     

The New Characteristics of the International Capital Circulation and the Strategic Readjustment of China＇s Utilizing Foreign Capitals

This essay proposes the concrete view that China＇s strategy of utilizing foreign capitals to adjust again on the foundation of explaining new characteristics of international capital circulation, namely, expanding the foreign investments of the service trade, strengthening efforts to attract outside investment of the Midwest, attracting trans-corporation＇s investment, etc., Chinese enterprises actively move towards overseas investment and create the policy environment that can contribute to absorbing the foreign capitals as well as making national economy benefit from it.     

Intention of Internet-based Customer Involvement in Product Development： A Conceptual Investigation

The paper develops an extension of Technology Acceptance Model （TAM） and puts forward the TAM-VCE conceptual model to explain the intention of intemet-based customer involvement in new product development （NPD）. The findings will help enterprises design Virtual Customer Environments accepted by customer.     

中国的居民收入：被忽略的低消费之解析

近年来中国政府一直在强调促进消费、平衡经济增长。尽管中国经济飞速增长，但消费在总支出中的占比很低、且不断下降，对此普遍的解释是：由于上世纪90年代中期以来，养老、医疗和教育支出的不确定性增加导致了中国居高不下的居民储蓄率。本文发现，储蓄率的增加只是消费占比下降的次要原因，重要的原因是国民收入中的居民收入占比持续下降，包括工资、投资收益和政府转移支付在内全面减少。金融业的不发达又限制了企业从银行获得营运资金贷款，这是造成工资和投资收益不断下降的主要原因。
