关于国际石油工程风险管理中存在的不足及对策的分析研究

最近二十年,中国石油企业已逐步走入世界.而国际石油工程因为结构功能复杂且规模较大,又有着与中国不同的政治因素,还有其存在的自然灾害,施工风险,市场风险等因素,导致国际石油工程存在很大的风险.所以我们应当充分认识工程中的风险,并及时的针对这些风险探讨解决的对策.     

混凝土裂缝缺陷分析及措施

混凝土是当代最主要的土木工程材料之一。它是由胶凝材料,集料、骨料和水按一定比例配制,经搅拌振捣成型,在一定条件下养护而成的人造石材。在实际施工过程中,经常会发现混凝土结构在成型后,出现各种裂缝。现将施工中混凝土裂缝的成因和处理措施分析如下。

＂十二五＂发展时期,在科学发展观成为新的指导思想、转变发展方式成为贯穿经济发展全过程始终的新要求的背景下,广西新型工业化道路将面临着新矛盾,需要完成新任务。文章认为,广西应采取统筹兼顾的方法,三产并进、改革创新、全面合作和适度超前的战略,通过制度创新推进＂洼地＂建设,建立原始积累机制、科技创新机制、人才积聚机制、全面合作机制和分类考核机制等,促进广西新型工业化道路的发展。

基于服务业标准化比较分析的服务创新研究

随着国际分工的深化、服务需求的增加、服务业竞争的加剧以及部分行业进入壁垒的降低,服务业呈现出国际化、标准化和定制化的发展趋势.通过对服务业标准化的国际比较分析,以及服务业不同行业标准化的比较分析,进行了基于ISO、BSI、DIN服务业标准化程度和Shostack具体服务产品有形性谱图的服务业"无形性-标准化"行业二维分布研究,并进一步进行了基于标准化的服务创新研究.     

Supply Chain Performance Based on the Lean–Agile Operations and Supplier–Firm Partnership: An Empirical Study on the Garment Industry in Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to explore how lean–agile operations and supplier–firm partnership can improve garment small and medium enterprise (SME) supply chain performance. This study is based on cross‐sectional survey research that provides longitudinal evidence to show how lean–agile operations and partnership strategy influence supply chain and garment SME performance. To clarify the relationships among these constructs, structural equation model (SEM) is conducted to examine the model fit and the five hypotheses. The result shows that agile supply chain and partnership strategy are critical for garment SMEs because these strategies influence their supply chain performance. However, the leanness strategy does not necessarily influence their supply chain performance. The supply chain performance and partnership strategy have a positive influence on the SME performance.     

Constructing a mixed-logit model with market positioning to analyze the effects of new mode introduction

This study aims to investigate how the introduction of high-speed rail (HSR) influences traveler choice behavior and the market structure in the western corridor of Taiwan. A new mixed-logit model with factor decomposition is constructed to analyze the market positioning of the existing modes and HSR; the data is collected using the stated preference method. The empirical results show that travel cost is the major factor in market positioning. After the introduction of HSR, travelers’ mode preference did not change, whereas locations across modes on the market-positioning map as well as some coefficients of the explanatory variables changed.
