Taking Actively Advantage of MNCs’ Presence

In this paper, not only do we posit that the presence of a multinational corporation may entail significant benefits for the host economy and local firms’ performance, but also that these benefits can be actively sought and dynamically reinforced by local firms through the development of intense, embedded customer–supplier relationships. Building on the relational view, we argue that this may happen through the commitment of resources to relation-specific investments. Our hypotheses find support in a sample of SMEs suppliers of ST Microelectronics, the fourth largest producer of microelectronic components in the world. We show that by making relation-specific investments, local firms can grow quantitatively and qualitatively, improve their innovativeness, and acquire new clients.

对构建我国所得税会计准则相关问题的探讨

构建高质量的所得税会计准则既要考虑所得税会计准则国际化的策略,又要注意协调与相关会计标准的关系.论文在对所得税事项的实质及其财务影响进行剖析的基础上,探讨了我国所得税会计准则的目标、原则;在对相关因素进行分析、权衡的基础上,对所得税会计准则的定位、会计方法选择提出明确意见.这些问题不仅涉及所得税会计准则的主要内容,而且关系到所得税会计准则的质量.     

工程项目四要素集成管理能力评价体系研究

集成管理是确保工程项目取得成功的重要工作,而其核心则是项目范围、质量、成本和时间这四要素的集成管理。由于管理能力是实现管理工作的关键,因此本文以研究工程项目四要素集成管理能力的影响因素为主要内容。基于已有的研究成果进行问卷设计,通过对问卷调查数据进行因子分析,找出了工程项目过程管理能力、组织管理能力和信息管理能力三个维度所涉及的影响因素。进而通过相关性分析明确了三个维度之间的关系,最终给出了工程项目四要素集成管理能力的构成要素及内部结构,从而为开展该能力的评价提供了理论基础。     

Verti-zontal differentiation in export markets

Many trade models of monopolistic competition identify cost efficiency as the main determinant of firm performance in export markets. To date, the analysis of demand factors has received much less attention. We propose a new model where consumer preferences are asymmetric across varieties and heterogeneous across countries. The model generates new predictions and allows for an identification of horizontal differentiation (taste) clearly distinguished from vertical differentiation (quality). Data patterns observed in Belgian firm–product level exports by destination are congruent with the predictions and seem to warrant a richer modelling of consumer demand.     

矿产资源“走出去”进入非洲的形势及建议

文章分析了非洲矿产资源分布、投资环境及优势矿产资源对我国的可供性,总结了我国矿产资源走入非洲勘查开发的形势和取得的成效及找矿成功模式。我国实施非洲矿产资源勘查开发战略的对策建议:(1)建立以重点支持的矿种为基础的非洲矿产供应长效机制和以重点支持区域为保障的非洲资源配置体系;(2)要从总体思路、区域选择、勘查开发、企业运作四方面做战略部署;(3)以大型矿业企业为核心建立整体产业链(群),树立合作共赢的理念,开展中长期规划,加强技术创新;(4)加强政府引导,制定非洲矿产资源勘查开发战略,构建技术信息交流平台,开展非洲重要成矿区带成矿规律研究,建立优势矿产资源潜力评价体系。     

央行资本盒与货币政策的有效性

2007年次贷危机后,各国央行都承担起“最后贷款人”的职责,救助金融机构,央行自身资产负债表的质量不断恶化,引发对中央银行资本金的关注。央行在履行维持物价稳定和一些“准财政”职能时,资本金可能遭受损失,资本金的损失会影响到央行的公信力和独立性,以及货币政策的有效性。充足的央行资本金对于货币政策的有效执行来说是一种有力的保障。     

系统动力学视角下城市群绿色低碳路径研究

碳达峰和碳中和的提出对城市群发展提出新的要求,城市群高速发展与环境问题间的矛盾日益加剧,绿色低碳发展路径亟待研究.以京津冀城市群为研究对象,在梳理城市群发展影响因素的基础上,分析城市群循环系统构成中要素间的关联关系,并通过量化模型,搭建基于系统动力学的城市群绿色低碳发展系统;重点从经济、能源、环境和城市聚合4个角度构建仿真系统,建立要素间量化函数,设定基本场景,以2010—2019年数据为基础,对系统进行仿真运行.算例结果表明,构建的仿真系统通过了检验,拟合程度较好;通过设计不同场景,验证相关参数变化时对系统运行的影响程度,发现综合场景对未来系统运行效益最佳,兼顾了经济发展与碳减排问题,能够促进城市向群绿色低碳发展.     

欧洲央行流动性管理措施创新实践与效应

欧洲央行拥有较为完善的常规流动性供给机制,面对危机状态下市场融资功能的萎缩,欧央行通过创新和运用多种非常规流动性供给工具,为金融机构和市场提供必要的流动性支持。文章系统梳理了危机前后欧央行常规和非常规流动性管理工具的操作方式和功能,评估了非常规货币工具在市场流动性、利率和经济方面的实施效果,并探讨了其对于完善我国流动性管理的几点启示。     

Crop Insurance as a Strategy for Adapting to Climate Change

Financial insurance for extreme events can play an important role in hedging against the implications of climate change. This paper combines a comprehensive estimation strategy and a unique panel dataset to study the role of financial insurance in farmers' welfare under uncertainty. Data are drawn from a large Italian farm panel dataset. We find that (i) demand for insurance products is likely to increase in response to climatic conditions, and (ii) that the use of insurance reduces the extent of risk exposure. We also find that farms growing more crops are less likely to adopt the insurance scheme. This confirms what is found in the theoretical literature. Crop diversification can be a substitute for financial insurance in hedging against the impact of risk exposure on welfare.
