纺织品pH值快速测量方法的研究

[目的]为实验室和现场快速检测找到有效手段.[方法]通过对各类纺织品表面吸附功能的比较研究,对棉斜纹布、棉绒布、丝绸及涂层布等纺织面料进行测试研究,经过萃取时间、萃取水量、测试稳定性、辅助稳定性、辅助装置的试验,确定了用平头电极直接测试纺织品表面pH的方法.[结果]该方法具有快速准确、不破坏样品的特点,测试所需时间比现行的标准方法快16倍.[结论]本方法适用于实验室和生产现场的快速检测,同时也为在检验现场进行快速筛选检验提供了一项有效的测量手段.     

Demand for milk quantity and safety in urban China: evidence from Beijing and Harbin

Urban households account for most of the milk consumption in China, but their consumption is hampered by safety concerns. Using survey data collected in Beijing and Harbin in 2010, this paper simultaneously analyses urban households' milk consumption using a multiple linear model and their willingness‐to‐pay for milk safety using an ordered choice model. The results of this study show that as income increases, urban households consume more milk and are willing to pay a higher premium for milk safety. Modern food marketing channels play a positive role in stimulating milk consumption and building consumers' confidence in milk safety. The growth in the elderly population influences milk consumption positively, but their demand for milk safety is negatively affected by higher price. The combined analysis of households' demand for milk quantity and safety may be useful to the Chinese government in promoting the development of the domestic milk industry and to dairy firms in exploring the milk market in China.

本文以 2 0世纪二三十年代为背景 ,概述农民“离村”的社会经济效应 ,认为 ,“离村”现象主要是农村经济衰退的产物。农民大量“离村” ,对农村经济社会影响至巨 :精壮劳动力流失“不仅减削生产力 ,而且失去优秀人才以为农村改进之基本” ;造成耕地撂荒和“有地无粮”现象的严重化。尽管农民离村对农村社会经济不无小补 ,但总的来看 ,积极影响微乎其微     

‘The Re Tea Corporation principle and junior creditors’ rights to participate in a scheme of arrangement – a view from Singapore'

This paper examines the application of the principle derived from Re Tea Corporation's case in recent schemes of arrangement to break negotiation deadlocks between senior and junior creditors of a financially distressed company. This paper argues against an overly technical application of the principle in Re Tea Corporation's case which might work injustice towards junior creditors by effectively shutting them out of a restructuring. This paper further explores how the holdout problem, which led to the formulation of the Re Tea Corporation principle in the first place, could be addressed while balancing the competing interests of junior claimants in a scheme of arrangement. Financial distress prediction based on SVM and MDA methods: the case of Chinese listed companies

How to accurately predict financial distress is an important issue for enterprise managers, investors, creditors and supervisors. In this paper we develop SVM models (Support Vector Machine) and MDA (Multivariate Discriminant Analysis) models, using Chinese listed companies as our sample. The empirical results show that the prediction ability of SVM models outperforms the MDA models. Additionally, internal governance and external market variables, as well as macroeconomic variables are added as the predictive variables. The results indicate that these variables have theoretical and empirical linkage with the financial distress of Chinese listed companies.     

利用税收政策调控房地产市场的对策思考

近年来,我国房地产业飞速发展,房价节节攀升,国家不断出台宏观政策来调控抑制房价,虽然取得一定成效,但仍然存在很多问题。加大税收杠杆的调节力度,通过税收政策的改革和创新来引导我国住房的理性消费势在必行。本文从税收角度分析了房价上涨的原因,对现行的税收政策提出了改革建议,以期稳定房价,促进房地产业的健康发展。

财政分权、官员特征与生态效率——基于2003-2017年省级数据的实证研究

本文运用数据包络分析法(DEA)测算2003-2017年我国省级生态效率值,整理全国30个省(区、市)省委书记和省长的官员特征建立动态面板模型,运用系统GMM检验财政分权背景下不同官员特征对生态治理效率的影响.研究表明:第一,不同类型官员特征对生态效率的影响具有异质性.不论是省委书记还是省长,任期越长、换届频率越低以及具备"乡土情结"越容易促进该省生态效率提高.第二,在财政分权体制下,官员特征对环境效率的影响会进一步扭曲.第三,生态效率存在时间惯性,且区域间存在差异.因此有必要优化官员政治晋升考核制度提升官员环境治理积极性.同时建立生态效率的长期考核机制,全面评价生态治理效果,从而提升生态效率.
