巴基斯坦金融发展与经济增长关系的实证研究

本文存简要总结前人研究成果的基础上,运用向量自回归模型考察金融结构及金融的广化和深化程度与经济增长之间的协整关系,并在存在协整关系的前提条件下,采用方差分解方法,判断巴基斯坦的金融发展与经济增长之间的长期关系.

安全轮胎的发展历史和未来前景

安全轮胎就是瘪了还能走的轮胎。汽车装上这种轮胎后，不但安全性能大大提高，而且不再需要携带备用轮胎。从1934年固特异取得首项安全轮胎专利算起，安全轮胎走过了70年的研发历程。它在20世纪完成了由概念到产品的转化，在21世纪可望实现从产品到市场的飞跃。     

The Demography of Resources

A longitudinal event‐history analysis using complete data on the aircraft fleets of all British airlines over the period 1919 to 1975 was applied to elucidating how a firm's internal resource demography can explain its resource divestiture decisions. The likelihood of divestiture for any particular aircraft was found to depend strongly on its age and size, but also on the age and size heterogeneity of an airline's entire fleet. The results constitute a demonstration of the utility of taking a demographic approach to studying the management of resource portfolios. This approach may also prove fruitful in the study of other types of strategic resources and their management.

解放战争初期,中共为争取绥远乃至内蒙古采取了与敌战斗、成立自治政府的策略,其中有主动,有被动.前期由于国共双方实力差距,加之中共作战战术不当,使中共的绥东解放区沦陷,但通过在恰当时机成立自治政府弥补了一些军事不利.不至于使中共在内蒙古、华北陷入更被动的局面.

Optimal pricing strategy for foreign market entry: a game theoretic approach

Given that pricing plays an important role in a company's international competitive strategy, researchers have long argued the need for theory building in the area of international pricing. This study develops an optimal pricing strategy for foreign market entry using a game theoretic framework. The proposed model assumes two firms, a local incumbent and a foreign entrant, competing in a market. Consumers know the quality of the incumbent's offering, but do not know how it compares to that of the foreign entrant's. Based on these assumptions, and using the theory of inference making, we propose an upward price distortion by the entrant firm as an optimal entry strategy under incomplete information. The paper presents a game theoretic derivation to establish that the game has a unique intuitive separating equilibrium where the entrant firm stands to gain by engaging in upward price distortion to signal high quality to consumers.
