英语技能在中国劳动力市场的工资溢价测算

作为人力资本的一种形式,语言能力在劳动力市场很可能有一定的经济回报。文章采用CFPS、CLDS和CGSS三套数据,检验了英语的工资回报效应。总体上,英语存在显著的"工资溢价"效应,且这种效应具有异质性。例如,年龄较大、受教育程度较高、从事管理和技术职业以及东部地区劳动者的英语经济回报率显著,同时英语能力对城市居民的影响要大于农村居民,对城市本地居民的影响要大于农民工。另外,在工资回报率上,英语的听说能力要明显大于英语的读写能力,而口语的作用又要大于听力。

Persistence in Portuguese mutual fund performance

Recent evidence suggests that future performance is predictable from past performance, that is, funds with superior (inferior) performance in the past are likely to remain good (bad) performers in the future. This research addresses the persistence of mutual fund performance in a European regional market (the Portuguese equity fund market). Some of the problems in evaluating fund persistence are identified in the context of limited sample size and using the peer group median as a benchmark for contingency table analysis of performance persistence. The criteria for assessing performance persistence based on the contingency table methodology of repeated winners and losers are presented in terms of significance statistics, adjusted for small sample bias. The adjustments are accomplished through the Yates continuity correction and Fisher's exact p-value. The appropriateness of each criteria under different circumstances is also discussed. The analysis of the returns of all Portuguese domestic equity funds, since a representative number was established, shows some performance persistence (on a quarterly basis). The persistence, however, is reduced when the returns are controlled for the various dimensions of risk. Significant risk persistence has been documented. Furthermore, for more or less frequent intervals of measurement, the industry persistence is rejected, although individual funds exhibit superior/inferior performance.     

A study of trust over time within a social network mediated environment

Abstract

Trust is central to many marketing models; however, few studies have measured its components over time. Many longitudinal studies have relied on retrospective recall. This study builds a theory of trust development and undermining over time within the context of social-network media.An inductive study phase used phenomenological webnography to build a theory of trust development. 352 peer-review comments were analysed over six years. Outcomes of this phase informed subsequent deductive tests.Four dimensions of trust emerged – ability, benevolence, integrity and predictability – with different salience over time. Ability, a cognitive-based dimension, was important in initial trust-building. Integrity and predictability, linked to the brain’s emotion area, became important later. Undermining of trust was a shorter process than its development.     

中国国民经济总量与房地产业的关系研究

房地产业在国民经济中保持"波动型"上升态势,具有支柱产业的特征;房地产业的开发投资所发挥的整体作用与国民经济总量密切相关,房地产投资不能离开土地等要素而单方面发挥作用;房地产业受到国民经济总量增长的带动,且不能缺少资金的支持。总之,房地产业与国民经济总量的波动具有很强的一致性。     

上交所新券和旧券的价差研究

新券和旧券价格差异被国际学术界普遍关注和解释。我们考察上海证券交易所交易的7年期国债,构造风险特征和久期相同的新券和旧券组合,采用均值和Wilcoxon-Whitney中位数检验,发现二者到期收益率平均存在14个基点的显著差异。使用换手率指标,应用AR(2)模型和GARCH(1,1)模型拟合分析发现,流动性是造成新券和旧券价差现象的显著原因。     

一种求解随机需求库存-路径问题的分解算法

将SDIRP分解为基于直接配送的随机库存-路径问题的库存子问题和基于车辆路径问题的路径问子题,并设计了一个基于(s,S)库存策略和修正C-W节约法的启发式算法,最后,通过相应的数值算例验证了算法的有效性。     

当前小微企业劳动者的权益困境及其对策

小微企业对中国经济社会的发展发挥着无可替代的的重要作用,小微企业中劳动者的基本权益有其明确的理论与法理依据,但当前一些小微企业中劳动者的安全与健康权、休息权与自由时间、劳动报酬权、教育发展权等诸多方面的基本权益出现了明显的困境。这些困境的破解对策一定程度上取决于企业中劳动者自身的意识自觉、对企业经营管理者的教育引导以及企业外部的社会监管与约束机制。

本文通过设立集聚程度指标,结合上海的具体案例,检验智力资源、土地资源、市场资源、相关产业基础和支持等要素对创意产业集聚程度的影响强度,并对以上各因素进行进一步分析和说明,得出以上各因素对创意产业集聚程度具有重要影响的结论。     

财富的国际转移与美国高消费时代的调整——基于国际资产负债结构的分析

美元的霸权地位以及美国特殊的国际资产负债结构为美国攫取巨额国际转移财富提供了条件。另外,美国国际资产负债结构特征也表明,在全球实体经济失衡的同时,全球虚拟经济层面同样存在失衡,这种"双重失衡"的局面为全球经济调整增加了困难。据此类推,这次危机不仅打击了美国的商业银行以及其他金融机构,也打击了美国的货币霸权。国际货币地位的争夺将更加激烈,国际货币合作将更加困难。美国通过价值渠道获得国际转移财富的持续性也将受到冲击,因此美国的高消费时代将难逃调整的厄运。
