中国企业对外投资风险管理研究

中国企业对外投资发展迅速,但是面临着体制性的风险和商业性的风险,因此在体制方面需要理顺中国对外投资管理体制,调整中国对外直接投资管理体系,降低体制性风险。企业需要建立对外投资风险管理体系、制定风险防范和管理策略,在此过程中充分发挥政府、行业协会等外部机构的作用。

生产性服务业是上海市“十二五”重点发展产业,“十二五”期间是上海市汽车产业的关键时期,发展基于汽车行业的生产性服务业将有效促进上海市两大关键产业的发展.从上海市生产性服务业和汽车产业发展的实践出发,基于生产性服务业和汽车行业的关联性概念模型,应用多元线性回归技术,通过对上海市生产性服务业、汽车产业及其外部环境因素的多元线性回归,论文研究了上海市生产性服务业、汽车产业和外部环境的数量关联及其含义.     

水下隧道问题的边界元方法

文献[1][2]用有限元方法分别计算了水下单一隧道和双隧道的压力分布。本文用边界元方法计算了水下三隧道非对称情况下的压力分布及典型流场。计算结果符合物理规律。     

Exploring subcultural differences in hofstede's value survey: The case of the Chinese

Hofstede's Value Survey Module (VSM) identifies fundamental differences in the way people in various countries perceive and interpret their worlds. After adjusting value scores on the basis of demographic features of samples in the present study, values between subcultural groupings in four Chinese-populated regions (Taiwan, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Wuhan) were compared, and strong subcultural differences revealed. A methodology is proposed to facilitate VSM comparisons using limited, secondary data sources. Propositions concerning subcultural differences are suggested on the basis of the findings.

实现山区农村教育的和谐发展仍有许多问题需要解决。本文通过对中西部部分山区农村教育现状进行调查,引进和谐理论,具体分析了解决山区教育不公平、信息化落后、师资力量薄弱、教育设施简陋及农民教育观念落后等问题的对策,从而促进山区农村教育的和谐发展。     

大型LED显示系统的设计与研制

绍了一种由单片机组成的大型ＬＥＤ显示系统的功能特点、硬件结构和软件框图。该系统由主单片机ＣＰＵ完成与ＰＣ机的通讯,同时完成数据存储、动画处理、循环显示等,由辅单片机ＣＰＵ完成显示画面的刷新。该系统能脱机和连续长期运行,具有结构简单、显示刷新速度快、成本低等特点。

由于住房抵押贷款证券化过程中独有的内生性风险—提前偿付风险的存在,致使基础资产的预期现金流难以确定,从而导致对资产支持证券难以进行合理而准确的定价。为了能够准确预测现金流而对资产支持证券进行合理定价以保障住房抵押贷款证券化正常运行,本文从提前偿付风险的基本内涵出发,分析了提前偿付行为造成的不良影响及促使其发生的种种因素,提出了提前偿付风险管理的策略与方法。

西部民营经济发展的战略思考

作为西部经济新的主要增长点—民营经济,在西部经济发展中起着越来越重要的作用。但由于诸多原因,西部民营经济同东部民营经济发展的差距不是在缩小,而是在扩大。如何使西部民营经济持续、快速、健康发展,提升西部经济发展水平,缩小地区间差异,本文在充分认识西部民营经济发展问题及深入分析问题原因的基础上,从战略的高度提出了一些促进西部民营经济发展的策略。     

Public-Choice Analysis of a New International Organization: The International Sea-Bed Authority

The usefulness of the public-choice approach for a better understanding of international organizations can be demonstrated by applying it to the analysis of the structure and functions of a new international organization, the International Sea-Bed Authority, established in 1994, after two decades of negotiations under the auspices of the United Nations, with the aim to control the oceans' mineral resources beyond the limits of national jurisdictions (which have been proclaimed by the U.N. Assembly common heritage of mankind). First, the reasons for establishing this organization, whose basis is the common heritage of mankind nature of ocean resources, are examined under two aspects: 1) definition and protection of property rights; 2) environmental control of sea-bed mining activities. Secondly, the organization's decisionmaking system is presented, including such features as the assembly, council with chamber voting, finance committee with decision by consensus, features that balance the voting power of members and protect those countries that bear the financial responsibility for the budget. Finally, some comments are offered about more general aspects of the theory of international organizations: the bureaucracy (and diplomacy) of these organizations as well as the interdependence among international organizations, which opens the way to forms of international logrolling and makes it advisable for countries not to exit from these organizations, even when they have no primary interest in them.
