在市场经济条件下，良好的金融生态是金融体系功能充分发挥和经济可持续发展的基础条件，一个地区金融生态环境的好坏不仅影响地区货币政策传导、资源配置效率、金融稳定发展，而且决定着该地区对经济金融资源的吸引力，并最终决定区域经济增长的可持续性。     

军事物流中的灵活性研究

在系统灵活性的基础上,分析了物流系统的灵活性,并着重研究了军事物流的灵活性,从其本质和内容入手,阐明了灵活性对于军事物流的重要性。文章以供应链各环节的关系为基础,设计了军事物流的灵活性分析模型,并通过一个案例加以验证。通过案例的分析得出了同一作战条件下军事物流量与灵活性之间的反比关系,说明了提高军事物流系统灵活性对于降低物流成本、提高后勤保障能力所具有的重要意义。     

浅析运筹学方法在物流设备管理与维护中的应用--直线电机最大连续运行时间的计算方法

在对现有各种时间序列预测方法进行简要对比的基础上,从中优选出了修正的指数曲线模型进行了较为深入的研究,提出了应用于直线电机温度预测的计算模型。在此基础上,以深圳机场海关国际快件监管中心物流分拣系统使用的直线电机的历史数据为样本数据,开展了预测计算试验,对直线电机较长时间连续运行后的温度变化数值进行了预报。     

Higher Order Expectations in Asset Pricing

We examine formally Keynes' idea that higher order beliefs can drive a wedge between an asset price and its fundamental value based on expected future payoffs. We call this the higher order wedge, which depends on the difference between higher and first order expectations of future payoffs. We analyze the determinants of this wedge and its impact on the equilibrium price in the context of a dynamic noisy rational expectations model. We show that the wedge reduces asset price volatility and disconnects the price from the present value of future payoffs. The impact of the higher order wedge on the equilibrium price can be quantitatively large.     

Why Invest in Emerging Markets? The Role of Conditional Return Asymmetry

We propose a quantile‐based measure of conditional skewness, particularly suitable for handling recalcitrant emerging market (EM) returns. The skewness of international stock market returns varies significantly across countries over time, and persists at long horizons. In EMs, skewness is mostly positive and idiosyncratic, and significantly relates to a country's financial and trade openness and balance of payments. In an international portfolio setting, return asymmetry leads to sizeable certainty‐equivalent gains and increases the weight on emerging countries to about 30%. Investing in EMs seems to be about expectations of a higher upside than downside, consistent with recent theories.

THE IMPACT OF NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENTS ON FIRM VALUE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PRODUCING INDUSTRIES: AN EXAMINATION OF INDUSTRY-LEVEL EVOLUTIONARY ERAS

We explored the market reaction to new IT product announcements by the hard drive manufacturing industry in relation to that industry's evolutionary cycle of innovation. In the short-term, there was no effect. In the long-term however, announcements made during an era of incremental technical change had more favorable reactions than announcements made during an era of ferment EXCEPT where those announcements represented an attempt to develop the emerging technology rather than further developing the existing dominant design.     

客专大站到发线运用随机机会约束模型与算法研究

在考虑到发线运用过程中不确定性因素的基础上，研究旅客列车停站时间和接续时间随机变动情况下客专大站到发线运用优化问题，以提高车站作业效率和方便旅客乘降为优化目标，建立了到发线运用的随机机会约束规划模型。通过将模型中的随机机会约束转化为相应的确定性等价形式，从而将随机规划模型转化为确定性模型，并设计了解决该问题的蚁群算法。算例表明该随机机会约束规划模型能取得可靠性更高的到发线运用计划。     

BS路由协议的FPGA实现方案

研究了光突发交换(OBS)网络路由协议。以FPGA芯片EP2C20Q240C8为基础,通过模拟OBS节点之间的通信,对协议的4类帧的通信流程进行了验证。最后,对该路由协议的时序仿真结果、资源占用情况和时延进行了分析,结果表明,该OBS路由协议实现方案能够满足OBS网络的通信要求。
