胆固醇认知对城镇居民鸡蛋食用量的影响

目的 鸡蛋胆固醇与身体健康问题是人们关注的焦点,直接关系到人们的鸡蛋食用量。方法 文章基于消费者视角,根据实地调研数据,采用分位数回归方法实证分析了胆固醇认知对城镇居民鸡蛋食用量的影响。结果 （1）城镇居民基本上实现了每人每日食用一枚鸡蛋,与鸡蛋实际食用量相比,调研到的样本目前还未达到认为合理的食用量。超过2/3的样本认为食用鸡蛋会导致胆固醇摄入量增加,从而会影响人体健康。（2）经模型验证,胆固醇认知对城镇居民鸡蛋食用量具有显著的负向影响,说明城镇居民为了身体健康以及减少胆固醇摄入量,会有意减少鸡蛋食用量,而且城镇居民鸡蛋胆固醇的负面认知更容易促使其鸡蛋食用量控制在自认为合理的范围以内。结论 基于此,该文结合胆固醇认知等对城镇居民鸡蛋食用量具有显著影响的变量,提出了引导消费者科学购买及食用鸡蛋的对策建议。     

社会化服务对农户农药减量行为的影响——基于服务专业化维度的考察

[目的]在社会化服务体系建设不断推进的背景下,农户并非是可自我执行农药减量化的行为主体。分析社会化服务对农户采纳农药减量行为的影响,旨在发掘出以服务规模经营方式促进农户采纳农药减量行为的可行性策略。[方法]文章基于甘肃省802户农户调研数据,利用倾向得分匹配法构建反事实框架,剖析不同专业化服务对农户农药减量行为的影响,最后运用分位数回归模型分析农户农药减量不同行为水平下社会化服务影响效应的动态变化。[结果]（1）农业社会化服务能够显著促进农户采纳农药减量行为。（2）讨论内生性后,社会化服务领域下更细化的专业化服务如技术培训、施药外包、农产品销售、产品质量认证等服务对农户农药减量行为具有显著正向影响,而农资供应服务的影响不显著。（3）技术培训、施药外包、产品质量认证等服务对农户农药减量行为高水平组的促进效果最强,对中等水平组的促进效果次之,对低水平组的促进效果最弱,而农产品销售服务的促进作用从中等水平组到高水平组呈现减弱趋势。（4）党员身份、信息来源对农户农药减量行为具有显著正向影响,种粮目的、风险感知对农户农药减量行为具有显著负向影响。[结论]政府对不同类型社会化服务的政策支持应有所差...     

淮安市电子商务发展模式研究

淮安地处长三角经济圈和环渤海经济圈交汇处,交通便捷,快递物流企业聚集,仓储、人才等要素资源充沛,面临发展电子商务的重要机遇。文章通过调研当前电子商务产业发展的新动态,比较分析杭州、义务、成都、鄂州等各地的电子商务发展模式,探析淮安市电子商务发展模式,进而提出相应的对策建议。     

资本结构、公司治理行为与CEO生活经历

本文选取三个可能对个人性格品质产生重大影响的生活经历:经历"大跃进"运动,从军及海外留学,研究了上述经历对上市公司CEO日后掌管企业时选择资本结构,公司治理行为的影响作用。我们发现,经历过"大跃进"运动的CEO为了避免重蹈"过度投资,激进发展"的覆辙,竭力保持公司发展的稳定性,其所在公司的股价走势稳健,同时投资水平显著低于其他公司。有过军队服役经历的CEO恪守严格的纪律,习惯将杠杆率控制在较低水平。海归CEO们在国内任职中因为水土不服或寻找到了更适合的工作岗位等原因,他们的平均任职时间显著低于本土管理者。     

The influence of thematic product displays on consumers: An elaboration‐based account

Marketers commonly adopt a theme to unify their design of an environment in which their products are displayed. A thematic display environment can be congruent with or unrelated to the concept of a product on display. The elaboration likelihood model and the knowledge activation literature suggest that conceptual congruence between the thematic display context and the product could affect product evaluation by a cue‐based mechanism and an elaboration‐based mechanism. First, the positive feeling associated with conceptual congruence serves as a peripheral cue, making product evaluation favorable. Second, the congruence provokes thoughts about the product's attributes, and these attribute‐related thoughts affect product evaluation. Whether the evaluation is dominated by the affective cue or attribute thoughts depends on the consumer's shopping motivation (planned purchase vs. browsing), because the motivation affects the consumer's elaboration likelihood. The results of three experiments support these propositions. The results indicated that under planned purchase motivation, the congruence effect on purchase intention through attribute‐related thoughts was observed. In contrast, under browsing, the congruence effect on purchase intention was dominated by a direct positive effect that reflected the influence of the affective cue. Implications of the findings for visual merchandising are discussed.     

人民币汇率对我国吸收外商直接投资(FDI)的影响——基于外商投资动机与市场区位选择的思考

依据外商投资动机把FDI划分为四个基本类型,借助净现值和资金循环原理将汇率水平和汇率预期对四类FDI的影响分别建模,利用2007—2012年的月度数据进行协整检验和格兰杰因果关系检验。研究结果表明,人民币汇率变化对FDI流入的影响与项目初始设备材料采购的市场区位密切相关;外商投资动机的不同组合决定着汇率预期对FDI流入的作用方向。在人民币升值预期背景下,外商对FDI会重点考虑市场导向与成本导向结合型,相对不愿意介入成本导向与出口导向结合型,实证结果与理论分析基本一致。     

The Effectiveness of Capital Regulation on Bank Behavior in China

This paper examines the impact that ownership and governance structures have on how Chinese banks react to regulatory pressure. We find that the current regulatory regime induces banks to increase their capital, but its effectiveness in doing so varies based on whether the bank is listed or not, and also who is the majority shareholder. We also find that the degree of central government ownership and the political ties the chief executive officer of the bank has play an important role in the risk‐taking behavior of banks. Overall, our results have a number of policy implications supporting the need to further reduce state ownership of banks in China to mitigate the prevailing moral hazard and dual‐agency problems that arise from the government being both the regulator and the majority shareholder.     

The influence of Internet on politics: the impact of Facebook and the Internet penetration on elections in Taiwan

Previous research on elections indicates that the rise of social media has had a positive impact on political participation and political interest, resulting in more voters going to the polls. However, there has been no research on the impact that social media have on bringing about a change in government. This research investigates the impact that the Internet and the Chinese version of Facebook have had on election results in Taiwan from 2001 to 2016. The findings indicate that after the Chinese version of Facebook appeared in 2008, the higher the penetration rate of the Internet in the Taiwan region, the more likely that political power will change hands and the ruling party will lose an election.

Supply Relational Risk: What Role Does Guanxi Play?

The topics of supply chain risk and global sourcing have garnered significant attention in recent years. Although there is ample circumstantial evidence of global sourcing risk, especially from the western‐firm perspective of sourcing from China, few published studies have investigated the root causes of this risk. In this paper, we argue that much of the risk associated with sourcing from China stems from the differences associated with institutional norms and philosophical orientation between western and Chinese thought and culture. Based on an in‐depth literature review and case analysis, we compare western forms of supply chain relationship management with Guanxi, the Chinese form of relationship management and propose a framework of how western firms are exposed to supply relational risk when sourcing from Chinese suppliers. The framework proposed in this article sheds light for supply chain managers with regard to the potential pitfalls facing firms when working with Chinese suppliers, and provides the groundwork for future research regarding supply chain practices and Guanxi networks.
