关于我国社会结构调整的几点思考

在经济发展的基础上形成合理的社会结构,是国家实现现代化的重要目标。改革开放以来,中国的社会结构发生了深刻变化。这种变化主要是在经济结构调整和经济发展的推动下自然形成的,与中国社会主义现代化建设的要求还不相适应。应当通过社会体制的改革与社会政策的调整和创新,自觉推进社会结构的调整,培育形成一个合理的社会阶层结构,这是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基础。     

中小企业融资合作联盟的系统协调性:烟台案例

中小企业融资难是一个系统性问题,更是一个系统协调不平衡问题.为有效解决这一问题,2008年6月,烟台市在充分考察论证的基础上,创造性地发起成它了"中小企业融资合作联盟",通过银政企联手搭建合作平台,把政府部门的协训优势、金融机构的资金优势、担保机构的同风险控制优势有机整合,使中小企业融资道路越走越宽.

我国发达地区农村金融市场的演进及重构

如果实现二元转型是最终解决"三农"问题的关键,那么现有农村金融体系的重构就不应仅着眼于农户信贷的获取,而至少要同等程度的关注农村工业部门的资本积累。基于这一考虑,本文从我国发达地区转型过程中所面临的双重二元经济特征出发,通过构造竞争条件下农村金融市场的一般均衡模型、农村工业部门的资本积累动态最优化模型和农民收入最大化的动态模型,对农村金融市场的利率市场化、农村金融机构竞争机制和农村金融资源外流问题进行了规范地分析。分析结果认为,无论是利率市场化还是竞争机制的引入,都有一个时机选择问题。

Banking on Reform in the Rising China

About six years ago when China first entered the WTO and agreed to open up its retail banking market after a period of five years,many overseas me- dia organizations held a pessimistic outlook that China's banking industry was headed towards bankruptcy.However,through effective adjustment and reform, China has edged into the advanced ranks of the banking world through some huge developments in its banking system.     

基于博弈论的ICT低碳方案协同创新行为及策略分析

通过ICT促进节能减排,实现低碳经济发展,需要ICT低碳方案提供商、高能耗工业企业及政府的共同努力。基于博弈论分析高能耗工业企业与ICT低碳方案提供商通过收入分享方式合作时,本文分析了各方的最优投入水平,以及政府激励和监管的协调作用。研究表明收入分享比例是影响合作与否的关键;政府资金资助和监管惩罚力度、税收优惠能分别提高ICT低碳方案提供商和高能耗工业企业的最优投入,协调双方因收入分享比例导致的利益冲突,但须合理设置经费资助的首期拨付比例。     

市场化进程、企业家能力与经济增长

本文以2010—2012年中国大陆省级行政区的宏观经济数据和企业家能力的微观数据为研究样本,通过理论模型与实证检验分析企业家能力与经济增长的关系,以及不同市场化进程下企业家能力对经济增长的差异化贡献。研究发现,企业家人力资本水平越高,社会责任能力越强,越不利于经济增长;相反,企业家关系网络能力和战略领导能力越强,越有利于经济增长。在不同市场化水平下,企业家能力对经济增长的影响也有所不同。市场化水平越高,人力资本水平和社会责任能力对经济增长的负面影响越弱,关系网络能力对经济增长的促进作用也将有所减弱。
