团队内部粘滞性知识共享的模型构建与管理对策

首先回顾了知识共享和粘滞性知识的相关文献,随后从知识共享主体、共享客体、共享媒介以及外界环境4个方面对团队内部粘滞性知识的共享模型进行构建。并以此为基础,提出了若干降低共享过程知识粘滞性的对策。     

西部公益型水利建设项目应用RCP融资模式的探析

为了解决西部地区公益型水利建设项目融资困难的问题,引入RCP(资源—补偿—项目)融资模式,分析了我国现行水利项目融资基本模式和存在问题,对RCP融资模式进行了概述,并运用SWOT分析法论证了西部公益性水利建设项目中应用RCP融资模式的可行性。这种融资模式能够吸引更多民间资本参与水利项目的建设,提高社会资金的使用效率,为解决水利建设中的融资难题提供了途径和可能。     

基于Web的模型驱动决策支持系统描述框架

模型是决策支持系统的核心,为支持Web环境中决策问题求解和基于模型驱动的决策支持系统构建,在详细分析了Web环境下系统中各种决策实体及其相互关系的基础上,提出了一种基于Web的模型驱动决策支持系统描述框架,该框架采用可扩展标记语言进行一致性描述和以Web服务方式为用户提供统一接口调用。最后用导弹采办技术风险决策实例说明该框架的合理性和适用性。

In recent years, the economic cooperation between China and France has developed rapidly. In despite of the .bilateral relationship was fluctuating last year, two countries kept on making their efforts to improve the relation. The 15th China-France Economic Seminar was held on April 8 and 9, in Beijing. TRADE PROTECTIONISM,Better Cooperate than Fight？

In 2009,China witnesses a rage of trade protectionism wave.According to the Ministry of Commerce, currently,35%of anti-dumping and 71%of anti-subsidy cases are against Chinese products. In the first three quarters this year, there are 19 countries launching a total of 88 anti-dumplng （＂AD＂） and countervailing （＂CVD＂） investigations against China.     

MODELING THE RECOVERY RATE IN A REDUCED FORM MODEL

This paper provides a model for the recovery rate process in a reduced form model. After default, a firm continues to operate, and the recovery rate is determined by the value of the firm's assets relative to its liabilities. The debt recovers a different magnitude depending upon whether or not the firm enters insolvency and bankruptcy. Although this recovery rate process is similar to that used in a structural model, the reduced form approach is maintained by utilizing information reduction in the sense of Guo, Jarrow, and Zeng. Our model is able to provide analytic expressions for a firm's default intensity, bankruptcy intensity, and zero-coupon bond prices both before and after default.

He has since served as Resident Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute and worked as a consultant to the governments of a number of developing countries,     

China Business Delegation Visits U.S and Canada

CCPIT will organize a business delegation consisting of over one hundred entrepreneurs to visit U.S. and Canada in June 2009, which are invited by US Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Western Gover-nors Association and the China-Canada Trade Council. Mr. Han Meiqing, vice minister of International Liaison Department of CCPIT, announced this news on April 16, 2009 at a press conference. And they will launch a series of economic and trade exchanges. “Forum on Sino-US trade and investment cooperation” will be held in the U.S, and it will be the largest scale economic and trade exchange by China and U.S business communities since Obama took office.
