利用互联网进行体育教学的实践探索

通过对传统的体育教学、多媒体教学和体育网络教学的调查与分析,归纳总结了三种教学模式并存的重要性,同时也强调运用互联网进行体育教学的重要作用及其对学生综合素质的培养以及社会体育的发展起到重大的推动作用。     

投射方法与体育教学的相互作用

运用投射方法使教师发现学生的性格特征,使学生发现并建立适合自己的运动方式,从而使体育教师运用恰当的运动项目,合理的教学方法、手段,提高课堂教学教课,激发学生学习兴趣;同时在体育运动中可以折射出学生的性格特征,有利于教师发现其性格缺陷,再利用体育教学纠正其性格缺陷,或完善其性格特征,从而为投射测验也找到一条新思路,即用体育运动来投射人的思想感情。最终达到投射——教学纠正——投射的良性反复的循环过程。

学科馆员制度是高校图书馆的研究热点,但是涉及如何合理地划分学科的文章却很少。本文结合信息挖掘的技术,以高校专业情况表为数据源,探讨了如何通过K均值聚类方法对所有专业进行合理的聚类,从而为图书馆的学科划分提供理论依据。     

A Complete Markovian Stochastic Volatility Model in the HJM Framework

This paper considers a stochastic volatility version of the Heath, Jarrow and and Morton (1992) term structure model. Market completeness is obtained by adapting the Hobson and Rogers (1998) complete stochastic volatility stock market model to the interest rate setting. Numerical simulation for a special case is used to compare the stochastic volatility model against the traditional Vasicek (1977) model.     

我国海域污染与渔业经济EKC关系研究——基于日本海洋渔业发展的启示

近年来,我国近岸海域污染加剧,严重影响海洋经济特别是渔业经济的健康发展。文章以海洋渔业为例,基于2001~2014年我国四大海域水质污染状况和沿海11省海洋渔业经济面板数据的分析,运用计量经济学模型,以三次EKC模型为技术支撑,对我国海域污染与沿海各省渔业经济增长动态关系进行实证检验。结果显示:海域污染指标与渔业经济指标间关系呈"N"型或"U"型,并均处于上升阶段,表明我国海域污染状况在不断恶化并阻碍着渔业经济的可持续发展。日本自然条件恶劣、资源匮乏,却保持海域水质良好且渔业经济发达,总结其海洋经济发展的先进经验,为我国改善海域污染、增强渔业经济实力提供参考。     

模糊随机环境下考虑碳限额和碳交易机制的库存配送问题研究

本文以高端物流服务集成商与库存配送服务商为研究对象,以集成商的供应链网络成本最小、服务商的运营成本最小且准时制供应为目标,深入研究考虑碳限额、碳交易机制以及残次品处理的多供应商选择多产品多阶段库存配送问题,构建了基于动态规划的双层库存配送模型。利用双层全局--局部--邻域粒子群算法 (Bi-GLNPSO) 设计了模型求解方案,并通过算例验证了模型和算法的有效性和合理性。探讨了碳限额和碳交易机制对总成本和库存配送决策的影响。     

Self-congruity and flow as antecedents of attitude and loyalty towards a theme park brand

Brand loyalty is believed to be a sustainable advantage for theme parks. Since theme parks represent a man-made environment purposefully built for specialized market segments, studying factors that lead to brand loyalty for theme park products is of strategic importance. These factors have yet to be identified in the current literature, however. Recognizing the potential influence of self-congruity and flow in the theme park consumption experience, and thus its influence on loyalty, the current study investigated the effect of these constructs on visitor attitude and loyalty towards a theme park brand. The results revealed that both self-congruity and flow are the antecedents of visitor attitude and brand loyalty. The theoretical contributions of this study, as well as managerial implications concerning image projection, branding strategy, and park experience design, are discussed.     

Green initiatives in the lodging sector: Are properties putting their principles into practice?

There is growing recognition of the role of good environmental management practices on the part of both tourism providers and consumers. But to what extent is this recognition translated into practice in daily operations and activities? This research note assesses the correspondence between the perceived importance of environmental management techniques and the actual adoption of these same initiatives among lodging property owners and managers in the US state of Michigan. Results showed sometimes substantial differences between the perceived importance of environmental initiatives and their actual adoption or implementation. In other words, the 217 properties surveyed appear to be failing to put their principles into practice in the case of most of the environmental management techniques assessed. The findings suggest a potential need for increased education regarding the practicalities of implementing such techniques, as well as further investigation of the barriers currently preventing higher levels of adoption.     

论学术文献的转摘率与引用率

从学术研究的角度来看,转摘率的高低和引用率的高低是评价学术文献在学术界影响大小的基本标准。从学术发展史来看,学术文献的引用率相对于转搞率来说,具有更加重要的意义。由于种种原因,我国文科学报存在着重转摘率、经引用率的突出问题。为了规范学术研究,合理评价学术文献,必须正确认识学术文献的转摘丰和引用率,并实行相应的有效措施。这屯是文科学报成为社会公认的第一流学术期刊的基础性工作。
