小城镇生活垃圾处理现状及治理技术探讨

为合理解决小城镇生活垃圾处理问题，以连云港市青口镇为例，对其生活垃圾管理现状及存在问题进行论述，提出分类收集是实现垃圾资源化的最有效途径，并结合当地实际提出垃圾制炭新工艺，为垃圾处置开辟一条绿色新途径。     

扁平化管理与商业银行组织结构的创新

商业银行组织结构控制,对商业银行经营活动有着极其重要的影响,建立相互联系、相互制衡的组织结构,对商业银行内部控制至关重要.现代商业银行的组织结构主流模式包括传统的总分行制模式和新兴的扁平化组织模式.当前对我国商业银行组织结构进行扁平化组织再造的呼吁日益激烈,本文首先从这两种组织结构模式比较入手,进而对两种模式下的组织结构控制进行比较评价,提出在扁平化模式下进行组织结构控制创新的对策建议.     

产权交易信息披露研究:一个基于竞争市场的理论框架

从长远发展和国家规划看,产权交易市场的服务对象将由国有产权交易为主,向多种所有制产权交易转变,交易产品将扩展到物权、债权、股权和知识产权等。而我国目前产权交易信息披露主要是基于国有产权交易而规制的,具有显著的行政特点,这必将影响到我国产权交易市场的发展。基于此,本文构建了一个由产权交易信息披露理论研究的逻辑起点、产权交易信息披露理论研究的路径以及产权交易信息披露系统三个层次构成的理论框架,分析了基于竞争市场的信息披露的特点,并对现阶段产权交易信息发布、监督管理实践提出了看法。     

Continued usage of e‐learning communication tools: a study from the learners' perspective in Hong Kong

In line with the mainstream research on e‐learning, we propose a model of the continued usage of e‐learning communication tools by learners. We observe in particular that there are two less studied but potentially very important factors, learning self‐efficacy and compatibility of values and beliefs with learning tools, which may contribute significantly to the continued usage of e‐learning communication tools. We carried out a study of 682 e‐learners and the results support our propositions.     

Multiple and Partial Correlation Coefficients of Fuzzy Sets

In many applications, multiple correlation and partial correlation for three or more fuzzy sets are very important, but Chiang and Lin (1999, Fuzzy Sets and Systems 102: 221–226) do not solve this problem. Here, we propose a method to calculate the multiple correlation and partial correlation for fuzzy data, by adopting the concepts from the multivariate correlation model. In order to fit into normal framework, we use empirical logit transform (see, Agresti, [1990, Categorical Data Analysis. New York: Wiley]; Johnson and Wichern, [1992, Applied Multivariate Statistical Analysis 3rd edn. Engelwood Cliffs; Prentice-Hall.]) for membership function grades to achieve this.     

Factors affecting Internet shopping behaviour in Singapore: gender and educational issues

Despite the increasing number of online users and products that are being offered on the Web, there is relatively little work that specifically examines the role of gender and educational level on the attitudes of Internet users in the Singapore context. Our findings reveal that there is a general consensus amongst Singaporeans that the Internet is a convenient medium for information search or making purchases. The better‐educated respondents seem to be less concerned with security issues. They also perceive that Internet shopping provides better prices and more cost savings. Females indicate a strong dislike for not being able to savour a physically fulfilling shopping experience online.     

A generalization of the Barone‐Adesi and Whaley approach for the analytic approximation of American options

This article introduces a general quadratic approximation scheme for pricing American options based on stochastic volatility and double jump processes. This quadratic approximation scheme is a generalization of the Barone‐Adesi and Whaley approach and nests several option models. Numerical results show that this quadratic approximation scheme is efficient and useful in pricing American options. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Jrl Fut Mark 29:478–493, 2009
