This paper measures the perceptions of the service quality by both the users and the health centre managers in Spain. With this information, it was possible to calculate the size of Gap-6, proposed by Lewis of discrepancy among the customers' perceptions and the perceptions of health centre managers. Using factor analysis and multiple regressions, significant associations were found between the service quality dimensions and patient satisfaction. The degree to which hotels can be competitive depends upon some very important factors, such as city promotion initiatives and city knowledge networks. The purpose of this study is to analyse and present how a city marketing procedure could become an effective tool for knowledge development and the competitiveness of Spanish hospitality hotels. Our findings support the view that in order to implement a marketing city programme oriented towards hotels, municipal managers need to provide and support knowledge creation networks. Furthermore, a hotel's size is significantly associated with levels of city promotion initiatives. Therefore, to consolidate marketing city results among small hotels, municipal managers need to reinforce the environment in which hotel managers operate and provide them with the means to survive in the context of a competitive knowledge-based economy. 相似文献

Negotiating contracts with multiple interdependent issues may yield non-monotonic preference spaces for the participating agents. These negotiations are specially challenging because of the complexity and dimension of the search space. Automated negotiation mechanisms designed and proven useful for monotonic utility spaces may fail in these negotiation scenarios. This paper presents a novel solution to the problem of automated multi-issue negotiations in the context of complex utility spaces. We seek to address the challenge of intractably large contract spaces and utility functions with multiple local optima in automated negotiation scenarios. A protocol for automated bilateral multi-attribute negotiation processes is proposed, in which the individual agents??preferences can be non-monotonic and discontinuous. The protocol is based on a recursive non-mediated bargaining mechanism, which involves two agents who simultaneously exchange proposals defined as regions within the negotiation space. An agreement on a region implies a new bargaining which is restricted to that region. This recursive process is governed by a set of rules which modulate the joint exploration of the negotiation space until an agreement is found or a deadline expires. The protocol is experimentally evaluated under monotonic and non-monotonic preference scenarios, confirming that the protocol is able to produce outcomes close to the Pareto frontier in acceptable negotiation time, outperforming previous approaches. 相似文献

Only a small number of works in the literature examines the role of familiarity in the perception of products from a specific origin, despite the importance of this variable in the formation of product image and its effects on consumer behavior. The current work aims to fill this gap in the literature by carrying out a cross-national analysis of consumers' image of fruit and vegetables that includes a defined origin. For this purpose, the authors examine the influence of product cues on the formation of a global image of the product, and considers the moderating role of familiarity in this relation. The results indicate that product familiarity has an effect on the relation between the product cues and the image perceived by the consumer, and that differences exist between the nationalities considered. 相似文献

采用共聚法制备了新型绿色絮凝剂---聚硅硫酸钛铁( PTFSiS ),通过XRD 法、红外光谱法、粒度分析法和Zeta电位测定法对PTFSiS 进行了表征,并与聚硅硫酸钛( PTS)和聚硅酸( PS)进行了对比研究。研究结果表明:PTFSiS与PS相比具有更大的粒径和更强的电中和能力。聚硅酸与钛、铁的反应过程中形成了框架钛结构Ti-O-Si 和Fe-O-Si结构。通过XRD 图谱分析表明PTFSiS 中形成了新的物质Na3Fe(SO4)3·(H2O)3、Na2Ti(Si4O10)O 和 Na0.68Fe0.68Si0.32O2。采用烧杯实验对PTFSiS 去除模拟乳化油废水中的乳化油的混凝性能进行了研究。结果表明,最佳投加量为0.3 mmol/L(以钛离子和铁离子计),最佳pH值为7.15时,浊度去除率和CODCr的去除率分别达到99.5%和99.9%。 相似文献

近年来,影视剧的热播引起观众蜂拥前往拍摄地旅游的情况已经由个别的、孤立的案例发展成具有一定规律和规模的现象.以澳门为研究背景,以影视旅游者目的地认知、情感形象和行为意向为研究中心并探讨他们之间的关系。同时还了解了目前与澳门相关的影视作品观看情况以及不同人口统计学特征的游客在影片观看上的分布差异。根据研究结论,提出针对影视旅游日后发展的建议,有助于认知澳门目前影视旅游发展的状况,以及目的地认知,情感形象是否与下一步的行为意向正向相关,为未来影视旅游产品和行业的发展提供更多建议和意见。 相似文献
