本文依据金字塔底层(BOP)理论,通过1000份大样本的问卷调查数据,采用回归分析方法,对农民工和失地农民两种底层群体创业行为影响因素进行了同构性与差异性的比较分析,为助推城镇化进程中底层群体创业以及为实现真正脱贫与发展提供参考依据.结果表明:征地情境特征是BOP特征中影响底层群体创业行为的关键所在.农民工主要受征地项目类型显著影响,失地农民主要受安置方式显著影响,而政策环境对失地农民创业行为影响更显著;自身禀赋特征对底层群体创业行为存在差异性影响;BOP策略对底层群体创业行为存在同构性与异质性影响.静态特征中价值主张和社会嵌入对两种群体创业行为都有显著性影响,动态特征中可持续能力对农民工的创业行为影响更为显著.为此,本文针对农民工群体和失地农民群体分别提出了差别化的创业扶持政策建议.  相似文献

The recent resurgence of the vinyl record and the proliferation of so-called craft and artisanal products offer unique opportunities to observe ongoing shifts in the contemporary consumer’s values and attitudes. In this article, we explore such thought-provoking market developments and their implications by contrasting them with the conventional understanding of markets and consumers. This understanding can lead to marketing myopia as it works from the utility-oriented assumption that what ultimately matters for both the company and the customer is cost efficiency and convenience. Against this backdrop, in this article, we discuss how market developments representing the contemporary consumer’s mindset prove valuable in creating customer insight that highlights aspects often obscured by an exaggerated focus on cost efficiency and convenience. We provide an alternative approach to evaluating markets and consumers that encourages companies to build their customer-centric market strategies around questions of context, authenticity, story, and resonance. This will help them narrow the gap between their market offerings and the actual wants and needs of their customer, and consequently allow them to revitalize their market.  相似文献

This research examines how the credibility and accuracy of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosures enhance market confidence by exploring their effect on the cost of capital. How do capital markets react to higher-quality assurance of CSR reporting? Can the hypothetical reduction in the cost of capital that assurance quality produces be explained by restatements of previous information given in these CSR reports? We explore the relationship between assurance quality, as a proxy for credibility and market confidence, and the mediating effect of CSR restatements as indicators of accuracy. We propose regression models with a sample of CSR reports issued by European companies. Building upon the signalling and legitimacy theories, the results support the positive effect of higher assurance quality statements on market confidence by confirming a decrease in the cost of capital; assurance quality gives an indication of credibility to the capital market and restatements related to methodological updates signal accuracy. The reduction in the cost of capital brought on by higher assurance quality appears to be determined by the issuance of CSR restatements, which create legitimacy for both client companies and assurance providers. CSR reporting and assurance have reached a greater level of maturity as demonstrated by the evolution of these practices and financial market perceptions.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to examine the role played by external and internal network embeddedness in the headquarters entrepreneurial orientation of multinational enterprises (MNEs), and the role of the latter in MNE performance. Drawing on responses from CEOs in a sample of 143 European MNEs, our study offers evidence for the antecedent role of network embeddedness on headquarters entrepreneurial orientation on the one hand, and for the positive impact of headquarters entrepreneurial orientation on international performance on the other. Our findings contribute to the network view of MNEs in the international business and international entrepreneurship literature by disentangling the complex phenomenon of entrepreneurship in MNEs, partly explained by its multiple embeddedness in external and internal networks, and by studying its impact on international performance.  相似文献

本文基于BEKK-GARCH模型,考察了中国黄金市场与股票市场的动态相关性,以此来分析黄金的避险能力。我们发现,长期来看黄金不具有明显的避险能力;短期来看黄金具有一定的避险能力,而且短期避险能力从2003年至2011年为止呈现逐年加强的趋势,但是当金融危机发生时没有一个固定的最佳黄金持有期,因此必须采用非静态避险的方法来对冲股市风险。  相似文献

本研究成功研制的通关单自助打印系统,针对通关单柜台人工打印工作量大、费时耗力等问题,集成应用了真空吸纸控制、走纸直通道、快速升降台与大容量进纸容器、激光对射厚度检测、位移传感器检测、定制开发PR2打印机设备等多项光机电先进技术,设计实现具有纸张调度、OCR识别、打印控制3个子系统的打印装置,有效解决一式多联并可能带有附页的通关单安全、快速、批量打印问题;建立了与CIQ2000系统无缝衔接的应用系统,实现自动下载通关单数据,自助打印通关单,自动发送电子通关单到海关,自动核销通关单流水号等功能。该系统的应用提高了通关效率,提升了通关单签证质量,减轻了检务前台工作压力,有效缓解了人员不足的矛盾,为建设和扩展检验检疫自助报检大厅功能,为企业提供远程延伸服务奠定了基础。  相似文献

Many new web-based services are introduced as free services. Depending on the seller??s business model, some remain free in the long run, while others switch to pay mode at some point in time. I characterize the relation between buyers and a new service seller when the former are uncertain about the latter??s business model and need to incur a one-time sunk cost before enjoying the new service. I derive a natural signaling equilibrium where the seller plays a ??lock-in-and-switch?? strategy, while buyers play a ??wait-and-see?? strategy. Specifically, a high-cost seller starts by pricing at zero and waits for a sufficient number of consumers to adopt the new service, at which point the seller switches to pay mode. In this gradual separation equilibrium, the signal is given not by the price level (which always starts at zero) but rather by the duration of the introductory offer. Finally, I show the equilibrium entails diffusion even though consumers are identical and equally aware of the new service??s existence.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the relation between working capital management and profitability for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by controlling for unobservable heterogeneity and possible endogeneity. Unlike previous studies, we examine a non-linear relation between these two variables. Our results show that there is a non-monotonic (concave) relationship between working capital level and firm profitability, which indicates that SMEs have an optimal working capital level that maximizes their profitability. In addition, a robustness check of our results confirms that firms?? profitability decreases as they move away from their optimal level.  相似文献

Gender Diversity in the Boardroom and Firm Financial Performance   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The monitoring role performed by the board of directors is an important corporate governance control mechanism, especially in countries where external mechanisms are less well developed. The gender composition of the board can affect the quality of this monitoring role and thus the financial performance of the firm. This is part of the “business case” for female participation on boards, though arguments may also be framed in terms of ethical considerations. While the issue of board gender diversity has attracted growing research interest in recent years, most empirical results are based on U.S. data. This article adds to a growing number of non-U.S. studies by investigating the link between the gender diversity of the board and firm financial performance in Spain, a country which historically has had minimal female participation in the workforce, but which has now introduced legislation to improve equality of opportunities. We investigate the topic using panel data analysis and find that gender diversity – as measured by the percentage of women on the board and by the Blau and Shannon indices – has a positive effect on firm value and that the opposite causal relationship is not significant. Our study suggests that investors in Spain do not penalise firms which increase their female board membership and that greater gender diversity may generate economic gains.  相似文献
