文章对全流通体制下IPO重启前后影响其抑价水平的相关因素分别进行了回归分析,其研究结论表明,IPO重启后新股抑价状况得到显著改善,并且IPO重启前后影响其抑价率的相关因素有明显不同,市场行情的转变和相关制度的修订在影响IPO押价因素的变化过程中可能发挥了重要作用.     

Pairwise Multiple Comparisons under Violation of the Independence Assumption

Several multiple comparison procedures (MCPs)were compared for their rates of Type I error and fortheir ability to detect true pairwise differencesamong means when independence of observationsassumption were not satisfied. Monte Carlo resultsshowed that, if independence is not met, none of theprocedures maintain controlled at the chosennominal level, neither using error rate per comparisonor the error rate experimentwise. However, once thedependence of the data was corrected the Type I errorrate was maintained at the same level as when thecorrelation was zero in all the procedures, except forthe Fisher's (1935) least significant differenceprocedure (LSD) and Hayter's (1986) two-stagemodified LSD procedure (FH). At the sametime, conform the correlation increased by a smallamount the power rates also, specially, when the powerwas examined using per-pair power.     

中美贸易失衡与人民币汇率“操纵”——基于汇率与贸易收支关系的实证研究

基于2002年1月至2011年12月的月度数据,运用自回归分布滞后(ARDL)模型,分别从总体和分行业的角度,探讨人民币兑美元实际汇率、汇率波动率与中美贸易收支之间的关系。研究结果表明,无论长期还是短期,人民币汇率水平和汇率波动率对中美两国之间总体和分行业贸易收支差额均不会产生显著影响。该结论意味着无论长期还是短期,中国政府都无法通过汇率操纵来达到扩大中美贸易收支顺差的目的。     

The impact of venture capital on family businesses: Evidence from Spain

We analyzed growth in family and non-family Spanish venture capital-backed firms. When the venture capital (VC) firm does not hold a majority stake, the usual risk aversion attitudes in family firms may lead to conflicts between the management cultures of the existing and new shareholders, which may affect growth. We found lower firm growth after the initial round in family firms only when the investor holds a minority stake. Our results may explain the under-representation of family firms in VC portfolios and highlight the need to align the objectives of family managers and VC investors before the initial VC round.     

Reverse takeover: the moderating role of family ownership

The aim of this study was to analyse the determinants of reverse takeovers, examining the influence of target firm shareholders’ type in the agreement. We examine reverse takeovers implemented in the Alternative Investment Market between 1999 and 2012, paying special attention to the differences between family and non-family target firms, as well as the impact of the financial crisis.

We propose that family firms have a lower probability of accepting a reverse takeover (‘shell’ firm), to avoid both diluting the ownership structure (loss of control) and new shareholders entering their firm. Our main findings show that the higher the percentage of ownership held by family holders, the lower the probability of their being the target firm in a reverse takeover. This effect is maintained during the crisis period, in accordance with the expectation that family firms will have fewer financial constraints.     

冷凝热回收的研究

Dialogic Communication and Thought Leadership: Twitter Use by Public Relations Agencies in the United States

Abstract

This study examined how the 117 Twitter profiles maintained by U.S. headquartered agencies appearing in the 2017 Global Top 250 PR Agencies list from the Holmes Report are using this platform to communicate with their publics. Guided by the dialogic communication theory, a content analysis of 1,120 tweets (from the 112 agencies identified as having public active accounts) published between January and October 2017 were analyzed to better understand the content strategies implemented by these agencies as well as the relationship between levels of public engagement and the implementation of dialogic principles. Additionally, this study placed a special emphasis on thought leadership and the means being employed by agencies to introduce and promote their ideas. The study’s results suggest that while media vividness increases the public’s levels of engagement, interactivity has an inverse effect. At the same time, the findings indicate that agencies are not fully employing the dialogic capacity of Twitter. From a strategic point of view, this study provides significant implications for social media communication practices by public relations agencies.

现阶段大学生结构性失业问题的政府治理

由于高等教育发展模式不适应经济体制改革与经济结构调整步伐,大学生结构性供需矛盾突出,结构性失业成为现阶段大学生失业的主要表现形式.在社会主义市场经济条件下,政府应该在解决大学生结构性失业问题中发挥重要的作用.文章从政策的支撑和法律的保障、劳动力市场的规范、高校就业信息平台的建立完善、失业保险制度的建立健全等方面探讨了政府对大学生结构性失业问题的治理.     

所有权类型的激励效果与国有资产布局的关系

从不同所有权类型的激励效果出发,在社会福利最大化的约束下,研究了私有产权与国有产权在产业间的配置问题。基本结论如下:私有制下企业经理工作努力水平、创新投资、成本降低投资高于国有制下的水平,但私有制下的公共投资低于国有制下的水平:就某一产业来说,从社会整体效益来看,存在国有产权与私有产权的权衡问题;具体而言,当产业外部收益较大且产业重要程度较高时,应采取国有所有权形式,否则应采取私有所有权形式。
