论物流业刑事犯罪及法律规制

目前，有关物流行业的法律制度、管理制度的不健全和诸多漏洞，使得物流业刑事犯罪率逐年上升。研讨了物流业犯罪种类，分析犯罪成因，指出强化法治管理，有效遏制物流业刑事犯罪的建议，势必进一步推动物流业健康有序发展。     

FDI Location and the Relevance of Spatial Linkages: Evidence from Provincial and Industry FDI in China

In this study both aggregate and industry‐level foreign direct investment (FDI) data are employed to investigate the spatial dependence of FDI hosts. The analysis contributes to the existing literature by focusing on the heterogeneous spatial correlation of FDI in different industries. Using more comprehensive FDI data across multiple industries and multiple provinces in China from 1999 to 2007, the results show a significant spatial correlation among provinces. Aggregate FDI tends to be regional trade platform oriented indicating neighboring provinces become competitors for FDI. In contrast, results based on industry‐level provincial FDI show stronger support for vertical or complex vertical FDI.     

The impact of crude oil inventory announcements on prices: Evidence from derivatives markets

This study examines the impact of weekly crude oil storage announcements on oil futures and options prices. We document evidence of a strong announcement day effect on both markets, and find prices to move in anticipation of the inventory surprise. Futures returns significantly decrease with positive surprises and increase with negative surprises. There is no evidence of an asymmetric impact on futures prices. Near‐the‐money options exhibit the greatest price sensitivity, and the magnitude of the price response of both futures and options declines with maturity. The results remain robust even after controlling for various macroeconomic and other storage‐related news variables.

Losers and prospectors in the short-term options market

Intraday data for weekly options are investigated for behavioral biases implied in prospect theory (PT) and cumulative prospect theory (CPT). The results generally support both theories, with losers (winners) observed to be relatively risk-seeking (averse). On aggregate, losers (winners) overprice (underprice) their contracts and overweight (underweight) the probability of winning. Additionally, the volatility smirk observed in equity options is dampened by PT/CPT biases. The price distortions are time sensitive, especially for losing traders. Losers hold out by transacting later in the day and closer to expiration than their baseline counterparts. This betting-time effect is absent among winners.     

企业成功创新经历与未来创新绩效

结合组织学习和企业二元式创新理论，探讨成功创新经历对企业未来创新绩效的影响。以2000—2017年中国制造业上市企业专利数据为基础，研究发现，成功创新经历可以显著提高企业后续专利申请数量。但是依据创新实质和创新幅度将创新分为探索式创新与利用式创新后，发现企业后续专利申请主要体现在利用式创新方面，不利于企业探索式创新。间接影响因素检验表明，企业间合作研发程度越高，成功创新经历越能够显著提升其后续创新质量，但是路径依赖越强的企业，其后续创新质量越差。从新的视角推进企业成功创新经历研究，就当前关于成功创新经历对后续创新绩效的影响悖论给出解释机制，同时对企业增强创新能力、维持长期竞争优势具有重要启示作用。     

Prediction regions for interval-valued time series

We approximate probabilistic forecasts for interval-valued time series by offering alternative approaches. After fitting a possibly non-Gaussian bivariate vector autoregression (VAR) model to the center/log-range system, we transform prediction regions (analytical and bootstrap) for this system into regions for center/range and upper/lower bounds systems. Monte Carlo simulations show that bootstrap methods are preferred according to several new metrics. For daily S&P 500 low/high returns, we build joint conditional prediction regions of the return level and volatility. We illustrate the usefulness of obtaining bootstrap forecasts regions for low/high returns by developing a trading strategy and showing its profitability when compared to using point forecasts.     

Different forms of corporate philanthropy,different effects: A multilevel analysis

This study investigates how different types of corporate philanthropy impact employees' life satisfaction. Grounded in signaling theory, we explore and clarify the nuances among three types of corporate philanthropy values: the absolute value of corporate philanthropy, the value of a firm's corporate philanthropy relative to its past level, and the value of corporate philanthropy relative to the firm size. Results of multilevel analyses on a large scale sample with 218 firms and 2,261 employees at two time points reveal that: the absolute value of corporate philanthropy positively influences employees' life satisfaction; the value of a firm's corporate philanthropy relative to its past philanthropy negatively impacts employees’ life satisfaction; and the value of corporate philanthropy relative to the firm size positively affects employees' life satisfaction. The results indicate that the influences of corporate philanthropy on employees' life satisfaction vary depending on the evaluation benchmarks. Firms may benefit by taking their size and past philanthropy into consideration when making corporate philanthropy investment decisions.     

消费者生活方式与物质主义价值观的相关性研究

本文主要研究生活方式与物质主义价值观的相关关系。基于495位消费者的问卷调查数据，借助因子分析方法，探索出11个生活方式因子，利用这11个因子进行聚类分析，将调查样本划分为5个子市场。随后，用方差分析法分析得出结果：5个子市场在物质主义价值观上有显著性差异，并用最小显著差异法进行两两比较，确认了具有不同生活方式的消费者在物质主义价值观上的差别。     

营改增背景下企业办税人员素质现状及提升路径

当前不断推进的营改增对企业税务管理工作提出了更高要求,对企业办税人员素质形成了新的考量。本文分析了营改增背景下税企双方对企业办税人员的素质要求,结合地方企业办税人员的素质现状,探究其影响因素。提出应严格企业办税人员准入制度,建立配套的职称晋升和有效的激励机制,为办税人员营造良好的职业发展空间,促进其综合素质的全面提升,为地方经济发展助力。
