The evolution of competition in innovation resource: a theoretical study based on Lotka–Volterra model

This research uses the Lotka–Volterra model to analyse the competition of innovation resource between two enterprises and studies the dynamic effects of environmental changes through the change of model parameters. The research finds that there are three possible results of the competition in innovation resource. That comprises ‘crowding out effect’, ‘unstable equilibrium’ and ‘stable equilibrium’. The results of competitive evolution are determined by enterprises’ interaction parameters. However, the natural growth rates, the initial resource possessions of both enterprises and the amount of regional innovation resource have a significant impact on the evolution of competition.

Standalone CSR reporting by U.S. retail companies

We investigate first-time use of standalone CSR reporting in the U.S. retail industry. We find it is limited to publicly traded companies and that environmental rather than other social disclosures are most prominent. We document that firms focus on discussing CSR initiatives and programs as opposed to providing performance data, suggesting the reports are more about image enhancement than transparent accountability. We explore impacts of the choice to disclose, and our findings suggest that standalone CSR reporting by the retail companies appears to positively influence perceptions of company reputation, and may be leading to increased appeal to socially responsible investors.

关于内容分析方法对中国旅行社网站营销效果的研究——以国内44家旅行社网站为例

学者们从多个角度、不同方法对网站评价进行了研究,而且建立了很多网站评价指标.我们认为对于电子商务网站仅仅考虑可用性等指标是不全面的,应该融合网站营销效果的因素.基于此,本研究采用内容分析法,运用成熟的编码表对国内旅行社网站的营销效果进行了研究,分析了不同网站利用网站沟通的能力和差异.     

The institution efficiency of stock price limits： An experimental analysis on the two stocks market with continuous bid

Price limits in product market have been discarded in classic microeconomics. However, price limits affect the trade behavior of the same agent, since agents in the stock market change their trade status frequently. Due to the controversy on the institution effectiveness of the price limits in stock market, this paper design an experimental market with two stocks with continuous bid, in which we investigate the impact of the price limits on the stock market. The results show that the price limits moderate the price volatility within and between the trades periods, thus can stabilize stock price. In addition, price limits, when measured by traditional approach, restrain the fluidity of the market, reduce the volatility of transaction shares and maintain durative of fluidity. While volatility-based fluidity measurements show that the fluidity is enhanced significantly in stock market with price limits.

冷链物流外包中的质量博弈分析

通过构建并分析冷链物流外包中制造商与第三方物流提供商质量投入的几个博弈模型,得出尽管合作博弈均衡下的渠道总收益最大,但是第三方物流提供商更愿意采取主从博弈结构。
