三江平原土地资源潜力评价

文章采用层次分析法和指标体系法,建立了由5个指标组成的三江平原土地资源潜力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对影响指标进行赋权,进而进行了土地资源潜力评价。评价结果:三江平原土地资源潜力总体较高,其中一等土地占土地总面积的5.4%,二等土地占50%,三等土地占44.56%。研究结果可以为三江平原土地开发利用提供科学依据。     

协议变更主合同对保证责任的影响

有关合同变更的含义 ,目前我国学术界的观点不一致。本人认为 ,合同变更仅指合同内容的变更。明确合同变更的意义在于 :分析协议变更主合同的主要方面对保证责任的影响 ;比较各国法律关于协议变更主合同对保证责任的影响的有关规定 ,借鉴国内外立法司法经验 ,进一步完善我国现行法律规定。     

中国国际旅游业的区域非均衡增长

我国国际旅游业在迅速发展的同时也呈现出明显的区域非均衡增长的特征。以区域经济非均衡增长理论为基础 ,采用计量经济学的方法 ,对我国国际旅游业的区域非均衡增长进行分析 ,得出结论并提出政策建议。

Internal control quality and relationship‐specific investments by suppliers and customers

This paper investigates the association between the quality of internal control over financial reporting (ICOFR) and relationship‐specific investments by suppliers/customers. I find a significant negative association between the disclosure of a material weakness (MW) in ICOFR and changes in the relationship‐specific investments of suppliers/customers. Relationship‐specific investments of suppliers/customers have a stronger negative association with inventory‐related MW. The negative association between MW disclosures and the relationship‐specific investments of suppliers/customers is stronger when economic dependence between the firms and the suppliers/customers is more important and when the suppliers/customers have greater bargaining power. Also, suppliers/customers significantly increase their relationship‐specific investments following the remediation of ineffective ICOFR. Overall, my findings show that a firm's quality of ICOFR affects the relationship‐specific investment decisions of suppliers/customers.     

Does More Consumption Promote Real GDP Growth?

This paper employs Hansen's (1999) panel threshold regression model [Journal of Econometrics 39 (1999) 345–68] based on a time series dataset of 109 countries from 1960 to 2007 to investigate the threshold relationship between the change in real GDP per capita and the consumption size (consumption‐income ratio, APC). The results show that the consumption level should not exceed the 49.68% threshold of real GDP per capita for each country regardless of the income level. Also, the relationship between the change in real GDP per capita and the consumption size seems to have ‘Armey curve’ or ‘inverted‐U shape’ characteristic. In order to promote real GDP growth, our results suggest that the high‐income, low‐APC countries should encourage more consumption while the low‐income, high‐APC countries should encourage more saving.     

渐进式延迟退休年龄:"小步前行"抑或"大步迈进"?——基于养老保险基金可持续性与财政责任的视角

文章运用精算模型分析不同延迟退休年龄方案对城镇职工基本养老保险基金可持续性和财政责任的影响,研究发现:(1)当未延迟退休年龄,基金将在2036年开始出现累计赤字,2070年累计赤字为713.21万亿元,财政于2036年起承担补贴责任,2020-2070年财政责任占财政总支出比重的均值为12.32％;(2)如果执行"女先男后"延退方式,当每年延迟2、3、4和6个月,均值分别降至9.2％、9.78％、7.88％和6.29％,为尽可能减轻财政压力,建议每年延迟6个月;(3)如果执行"男女一起"延退方式,当每年延迟2、3、4和6个月,均值分别降至7.91％、7.06％、6.37％和5.97％,为尽可能减轻财政压力,仍建议每年延迟6个月.可见,从降低财政责任视角,无论执行何种延退方式,每年延迟6个月是较为理想的选择.     

The influence of accessibility and motivation on leisure travel participation of people with disabilities

Research is not conclusive about the factors that contribute to the lowered level of participation in travel of people with disabilities. Framed in self-determination theory, this study examines the perceived accessibility of the travel industry and leisure travel motivation as antecedents of travel participation using a sample of 258 individuals with mobility impairment. Results show that although respondents reported the highest level of intrinsic motivation, they mainly traveled for extrinsic reasons. Perceived accessibility of travel services has significant impacts on all types of motivations except introjected/external motivation, and amotivation mediates the impact of perceived accessibility on future travel intention.
