一、结合实际,大力实施"双满意"工程 2001年以来,福建电力结合自身实际,自我加压,把实施"双满意"工程,作为全面落实国家电力公司开展"电力市场整顿和优质服务年"活动的具体举措."双满意"是指电力服务"上下满意,内外满意",其终极目标是"客户满意,政府放心"."双满意"工程从本质上讲,既是一个宗旨问题,是福建电力党风、作风、行风的问题,是提高服务质量、提高客户满意度的问题,又是实现企业价值观的问题.     

市场呼唤低成本营运

随着电力体制改革的不断深入，“厂网分开、竞价上网”、独立核算、自负盈亏的格局正在形成，发电企业将面临市场的严峻挑战。发电企业在电力市场竞争中能力高低的关键是如何降低企业的成本，成本决定市场的竞争力。显然，企业面向电力市场，就必须对低成本营运方略加以研究，这是认识发展和变化了的发电企业客观经济规律的一次有意义的探索。课题组在赴各厂调查研究的基础上，按照从特殊到一般、立足共性的原则，为便于叙述和分析，建立了装机容量为２×３０万千瓦机组模型电厂的相关数据，在特定的销售电量范围内，对发电厂的物流、生产技…     

电网经营企业产权的多元化

随着电力建设的快速发展,我国巳形成了六个跨省的大区电网,并将在三峡电站投产后,形成一个跨大区的国家级电网.厂网分开后,网省公司都将以管网为主.电网企业投资巨大,其它投资者难以进入,其特点仍然是高度垄断性,产权也比较单一;但电网建设资金严重不足,长期滞后于电源建设.随着全国联网、南北互供和西电东送步伐的加快,电网建设已迎来了一个大建设、大发展的契机.为了筹集足够的电网建设资金,对电网经营企业实行产权多元化已是当前亟待解决的一个重要问题.     

关于发展高技术产业的政策建议

高技术产业的发展水平决定着国家竞争力的水平,在向市场经济转型过程中应逐步摒弃传统的单纯依赖高新技术产业开发区的技术创新模式,代之以中心城市的整体性制度创新、技术创新和管理创新,并辅之以必要的国家扶持政策,从而建立以中心城市为单位的高技术产业基地发展模式。     

Determinants of equity return correlations: a case study of the Amman Stock Exchange

This paper seeks to explain time-varying correlations among equity returns. The literature has shown that fundamental and economic factors can explain stock returns or the volatility of markets. Here, panel data analysis is employed to examine whether these factors can also explain the comovement of stock returns. Time-varying correlations among sectoral indexes are estimated using a restricted multivariate threshold GARCH model with dynamic conditional correlation controlling for the asymmetric effects of news and the influence of financial crises. The empirical results from this panel data analysis show that equity return correlations can be explained not only by macroeconomic variables but also by fundamentals within an industry.     

PERSONAL BANKRUPTCY A RISK MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUE: POLICY IMPLICATIONS

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to extend the risk management paradigm to include the decision by individuals to use the Federal Bankruptcy Act to manage personal financial risks. Broadening risk management to include personal bankruptcy is consistent with the view that risk management is no longer an interdisciplinary discipline that has a singular focus on managing corporate pure risks.     

美国政府对联邦土地及其附属资源的管理模式

美国宪法确立了联邦政府对其拥有的土地及附属自然资源的专属管理权,但这种专属管理权的行使不可能排斥州和地方政府的参与。联邦政府与州政府以及地方政府在对联邦土地及附属自然资源的管理上,实际实行的是联邦政府主导的合作型联邦制。在保证联邦政府对联邦土地管理最终决定权的前提下,联邦政府通过制定法律和签订协议的形式与州和地方政府分享权力,以便对联邦土地及附属自然资源进行富有成效的管理。     

Performance and Strategy: Simultaneous Equations Analysis of Long-lived Firms

A simultaneous equations model of performance, strategy and size is tested using fieldwork evidence on long-lived firms in Scotland. Estimation is by I3SLS, with correction for sample selection bias. The contributions of this paper are that it: (a) grounds estimation on fieldwork evidence; (b) calibrates performance and competitive strategy; (c) tests and models endogeneity; and (d) computes robust trade-off elasticities between firm size and performance. It shows how this trade-off provides the entrepreneur with two strong incentives: (i) to seek greater efficiency typically by an increase in the human capital of the ‘core’ workforce; (ii) to achieve higher levels of performance by adopting more diverse competitive strategies.
