When communication quality is trustworthy? Transactive memory systems and the mediating role of trust in software development teams

While the importance of communication frequency to transactive memory system (TMS) development has well been established, few studies have been done examining the relationship between communication quality and transactive memory systems in software development teams. This study empirically tests the relationships between communication quality and TMS, and the effect of TMS on team effectiveness. We also examine the mediating effect of trust on the link between communication quality and TMS. By investigating 86 software development teams in China, the results suggest that: (1) communication quality has a positive effect on TMS; (2) the link between communication quality and TMS is mediated by benevolence‐ and competence‐based trust; and (3) TMS has a positive impact on team performance. Theoretical and managerial implications of the study findings are discussed.     

PROCESSING TRADE BIASES THE MEASUREMENT OF VERTICAL SPECIALIZATION IN CHINA

Vertical specialization (VS) is often measured by the import contents of the exports, using an input–output (I–O) framework. Half of China's exports are processing exports, which largely depend on imported intermediate inputs and tie up upstream as well as downstream trade partners. Thus, one would expect to find strong VS for China. Using the ‘ordinary’ I–O tables, however, this is not the case. Because the production of processing exports is only a small part of total production, the average input structure in the I–O table hides the typical features of processing exports. Using adapted, tripartite I–O tables (for 2002 and 2007) in which the processing exports have been singled out, indeed reveals the expected strong VS in China.     

新型矿用排水泵入口段口环密封结构优化研究?

以某型号矿用排水泵入口段口环密封为研究对象,采用数值仿真方法,研究排水泵迷宫密封内部流动特征,分析迷宫密封结构尺寸与形状对其泄漏量的影响。结果表明：迷宫的间隙尺寸对密封性能的影响最大,间隙宽度和节流齿宽度的变化将导致泄漏量的大幅变化;相比直齿结构迷宫密封,异形齿结构有利于湍流充分发展,从而可以提高密封性能;通过分析复杂迷宫密封的内部流场,得到适用于排水泵的优化的迷宫密封结构。     

一种针对转发式欺骗干扰信号的负延时补偿方法

针对卫星导航转发式欺骗干扰中转发信号存在负延时需求而工程上又无法实现的问题,提出了一种负延时补偿方法。该方法根据预设欺骗位置,通过转发式欺骗干扰延时算法,获得各卫星信号通道所需转发延时量;然后基于接收机钟差最小化原则选取最优的延时修正量添加到所有通道的转发信号中。理论分析和仿真结果表明,该方法不影响接收机的定位结果,消除了负延时无法实现的问题对转发式欺骗干扰的限制。

广西打造21世纪海上丝绸之路有很多有利条件,如经贸往来密切、文化纽带较强、历史的传承、泛北合作打下基础、合作平台多样等。基于此提出广西打造21世纪海上丝绸之路的建议:完善基础设施建设;优先发展港口物流;积极推动RCEP谈判;全力打造中国-东盟自贸区升级版;构建友好人文交流圈等。     

Environmental Management Practices of Hotels in Malaysia: Stakeholder Perspective

This article described the level of hotel participation in environmental management practices (EMPs) in Malaysia. It aimed to identify the level of stakeholder influence on EMP participation and whether EMPs contribute to overall hotel performance. To achieve these objectives, stakeholder theory was selected as the theoretical basis to explicate the proposed hypotheses. The analysis showed that stakeholder influence and the level of participation in EMPs among Malaysian hotels are only at a moderate stage. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

西药房高危药品的管理与用药安全研究

目的：探讨西药房高危药品的用药安全性,促进高危药品的管理,保证患者就医安全。方法对西药房的高危药品进行调查,观察药物摆放、警告标签、药物使用剂量等高风险药物管理中所存在的问题,并进行分析总结。结果本研究中西药房确实存在高危药品概念掌握问题、高危药品摆放问题、高危药品警告标签问题以及用药安全等问题,需进一步改善,以提高安全性。结论西药房要对高危药品加强管理,避免出现错误用药,以保证患者用药安全。     

超声波提取-气相色谱质谱联用仪法测定笔墨水或吸墨笔芯中的乙二醇

建立了采用超声波提取-气相色谱质谱联用仪检测笔墨水或吸墨笔芯中乙二醇的方法。通过以甲醇为溶剂,超声波萃取笔墨水或吸墨笔芯中的乙二醇,气相色谱质谱联用仪测定,内标法定量,检出限为3 mg/kg,定量限为10mg/kg,加标回收率为95%-102%,相对标准偏差不大于5%,线性范围为10mg/L-500mg/L,相关系数大于0.999。实验结果表明方法简便、可靠,能满足文具笔墨水及吸墨笔芯中乙二醇的检测要求。     

安徽巢湖滨水旅游产品开发策略研究——基于滨水游憩机会谱(WROS)综合环境的分析框架

滨水游憩机会谱(WROS)是从游憩活动本身、综合环境的特性、游客自身体验3个角度考察滨水旅游产品的开发所产生的对个人、社区、经济、环境等方面有益的影响,是分析滨水旅游产品开发的有力工具。以巢湖为主要研究对象,运用滨水游憩机会谱(WROS)综合环境的分析框架,在对巢湖娱乐休闲旅游产品、生态观光旅游产品、文化体验旅游产品的物理特性、管理特性、社会特性的现状分析和问题描述的基础上,提出了相应的巢湖滨水旅游产品开发建议。     

当前我国土地收购储备制度透视

土地收购储备制度可为房地产业创造健康发展的环境,但也存在一些需要探讨的问题。其主要的实施难点在于如何面对历史上形成的两种利益关系:一是以何种补偿价格收购国有企业的原划拨存量土地,二是如何认识和把握协议出让与公开出让的价格双轨制。本文从实践的角度,分析了目前土地收购储备制度实施过程中存在的若干问题,并提出了一些解决思路。其中的一些观点和思路,值得读者共同探讨。
