Marketing capabilities and innovation. How do they affect the financial results of hotels?

From the point of view of firms’ managers, the knowledge of the factors which explain their firms’ financial results is considered of great usefulness to propose the most appropriate and profitable marketing strategies and actions. This research sets out from this central idea and proposes a model of relationships that considers the marketing results, the marketing capabilities, and the innovation capability as key factors for achieving good financial results. This model is verified via an empirical investigation carried out among 200 directors of hotel establishments in Andalusia, a region in the south of Spain which is one of the country's main tourist destinations. The results indicate that innovation capability is strongly conditioned by marketing capabilities and resources and that this innovation capability affects the financial results of the firms analyzed. Likewise, it is deduced that a market-oriented management philosophy contributes to the development of these marketing capabilities. The implications for management are considered very relevant as they must lead these firms to invest in the development of marketing resources and capabilities, and apply a market-oriented management philosophy if they wish to improve their financial results.     

Exploring the customer's intention to switch firms: The role of customer‐related antecedents

This study examined the customer‐related antecedents of the customer's intention to switch firms. Customer citizenship behavior was a key element in this study. Scholars have extensively studied the antecedents of customer citizenship behavior. However, the way that customer citizenship behavior relates to other attitudinal variables and the intention to switch has scarcely been analyzed. The proposed hypotheses were verified using partial least squares variance‐based structural equation modeling applied to 947 users of beauty care service firms in five countries. The results suggest that customer citizenship behavior is an antecedent of satisfaction, trust, and attitudinal loyalty. Two of these variables influence customers’ intentions to abandon relationships with the service provider. The implications of these findings enhance managers’ and scholars’ understanding of the determinants of customers’ intentions to switch firms.

本文以我校气象类2012届本科毕业生为例,通过设计毕业生、气象行业相关部门调查问卷,并采用电邮、邮寄、传真、网络、走访、座谈等形式,对我校气象类2012届本科毕业生进行跟踪调查,基于毕业生基本情况、工作情况、生活情况,对我校的意见和建议,通过文献分析、实践调查、交流研讨等,深入分析研究,旨在进一步分析目前气象类人才培养不足和探索新思维新理念而提供支持和服务。     

完善吉林省科技金融风险控制机制的建议——基于金融机构视角

吉林省在科技金融风险控制中存在诸如科技金融风险控制运作模式不成熟、风险投资发展滞后、政策支持力度不足、科技保险发展缓慢、专业科技保险公司依然空白等一系列问题.由于科技金融风险是各类金融机构在为科技型企业提供金融服务时所产生的风险,因此,作为吉林省科技金融风险控制中至关重要的主体——金融机构必须不断加强自身建设,提高科技银行风险管理能力,充分发挥保险公司的科技金融风险保障功能和风险投资的分担作用,多方面着力完善吉林省金融机构的科技金融风险控制机制.

万古霉素高产菌株选育及发酵配方优化

为了提高东方拟无枝酸菌产万古霉素的发酵单位,降低生产成本,采用紫外诱变、常压室温等离子体诱变对东方拟无枝酸菌出发菌株V19-02进行诱变处理,通过筛选链霉素抗性突变菌株,选育高产菌株;通过对发酵培养基中碳源和氮源进行筛选,选取葡萄糖、淀粉、低温豆粉、酵母粉4个因素进行均匀设计。结果表明,获得的高产菌株V19-1-07摇瓶发酵单位提高33.7%,且具有良好的传代稳定性;优化后的培养基配比质量分数为葡萄糖8.0%、淀粉1.0%、低温豆粉1.0%、酵母粉4.0%、氯化钠1.0%、磷酸二氢钾0.1%;小试结果证明,优化配方可使50 L罐发酵单位平均达到14 110 μg/mL,比原始配方提高了28.9%。因此,研究获得的高产菌株V19-1-07可应用于万古霉素工业化发酵生产,以帮助企业降低成本,进一步提高竞争力。     

Value at Risk and Economic Growth

The improvement of data statistics as well as the econometrician methods have facilitated the introduction the new variables and factors I the economic growth analysis. In this sense, real variables have mainly been considered in the economic growth studies, but not financial or risk management aspects. In this sense, it is interesting to analyze the relationship between economic growth and value at risk and the feed-back process. The goal of the paper is to analyze the relationship between economic growth and risk management and the feed-back process. We will consider economic variables, including economic growth, rule of law, human capital, fiscal policy and monetary policy, among others, in our analysis. We will analyze the theoretical relationships between these variables and risk and the effects of risk on economic growth. We will also develop an empirical analysis considering the case of 15 European Union countries.

省联社管理及其对农信社效率提升的影响:理论与实证研究

合理地衡量和评价省联社对农信社效率的影响,是推动省联社改革的基础,也是当前理论和实践中面临的难题。本文在对省联社的管理服务职能详细调查的基础上,提出了通过比对省联社管理导向和农信社效率提升方向之间的差异,间接分析省联社管理对农信社效率的影响,并以2010-2017年A省75家农信社为研究对象进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,当前省联社管理的总体导向是:有效引导农信社在扩大业务规模的同时,控制总成本收入比和降低不良贷款水平,但对农信社的利润水平、风险覆盖水平、支农支小情况缺乏实质性约束;在推动农信社改制为农商行的过程中缺乏对其提高经营效率的帮助,在管理中未充分考虑各家农信社及其所处市场环境的差异等。文章建议,当前省联社改革的路径是“减少管理+增强服务”,其中减少管理的关键是解决退出职责谁接管的问题,而增强服务的关键是对省联社进行更有效的激励约束。     

引入金融背景高管人员与企业资本结构调整——基于民营上市公司的证据

基于2011-2017年沪深A股民营上市公司引进金融背景高管人员事件,运用倾向得分匹配和双重差分模型（PSM-DID）对该类事件与资本结构间的关系进行研究。结果显示：与未发生引进事件的控制组样本相比,处理组样本的资本结构出现了显著的向上调整,说明提高债务融资能力并改善资本结构是民营上市公司引进金融背景高管人员的重要动因之一。
