百色市可持续发展能力的生态评价

以百色市复合生态系统为研究对象,运用层次分析法,分别从经济发展、社会进步和环境保护3方面评价百色市2001～2006年的可持续发展能力的动态变化,分析制约其发展的因素,并提出相应对策.     

Division of Labor in Teams

This paper examines the incentive effects of division of labor on worker effort, in the absence of the scale effects studied by Adam Smith. The game-theoretic model gives two results. (1) Suppose workers are identical and risk-neutral, and there is stochastic observation of group output by the firm offering compensations subject to some worker-participation constraint. Then the firm can arrive at the same first-best outcome with or without division of labor. However, if workers are risk-averse, division of labor can give the firm strictly greater profit. (2) A deepening division of labor magnifies this positive incentive effect; but if workers are heterogeneous, or if there are certain informational imperfections in the production process, this incentive advantage of division of labor could be impaired or even reversed. The first result may help explain the emergence of division of labor in the early stages of industrialization without relying on the Smithian advantages, which are also present in some labor deployment schemes without division of labor. The second result throws light on some recent anecdotal evidence of a shallowing division of labor in some areas of modern manufacturing. These factors affecting the efficiency of division of labor are then further discussed in the light of recent empirical findings on division of labor and team work, such as those in Katzenbach and Smith (1993).     

股票流动性与企业创新：促进还是抑制——企业异质性视角

基于2010—2017年我国沪深A股1281家上市公司数据，从企业异质性视角分析股票流动性对企业创新的影响。结果发现：总体来看，股票流动性会抑制企业创新，而且对后期抑制作用更大；企业规模和行业特征是影响“股票流动性-企业创新”关系的重要因素，即股票流动性对大型企业和传统行业企业创新具有促进作用，而对中小型企业和高科技行业企业具有抑制作用。进一步机制研究显示，稳定型机构投资者和交易型机构投资者在股票流动性与企业创新间起双中介作用，虽然股票流动性对二者的作用方向相反，但最终都会导致企业创新水平下降。     

Sun Yat-sen and Henry George:

A bstract . Of Sun Yat-sen's "Three Principles of the People," the third principle, namely the People's Livelihood, forms the ultimate goal for social welfare. In this principle Dr. Sun tried to syncretize the economic theories of the West and adapt them within the Chinese context.
The equalization of land ownership through taxation of self-assessed land values, and the land value increment tax are the most essential ingredients of the third principle. Underlying Dr. Sun's concept of equalization of land ownership is the unearned increment theory of Henry George.
Dr. Sun conceived of agrarian reform as basic to the solution of the livelihood problem. Henry George also saw the cause of distress and destitution in the defective land tenure structure and the monopoly of land.     

A theorem on open coverings of a simplex and Scarf's core existence theorem through Brouwer's fixed point theorem

All for one,one for all: Coopetition and virtual team performance

This study establishes a model based on coopetition theory to explain the formation of team performance in virtual teams. We tested the model in information technology (IT) organizations, and found applicability of coopetition in influencing team performance and knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing is indirectly influenced by team politics and social capital (i.e., trust, social interaction and shared vision) via the mediation of cooperation and competition, while team performance is indirectly affected by team politics and social capital via the mediation of cooperation, team emotional intelligence and team competence.     

Does corporate governance play an important role in BHC performance? Evidence from the U.S.

This study explores the relationship between the operating performance and corporate governance of bank holding companies (BHCs) in the U.S. The modified data envelopment analysis (DEA) is utilized to integrate the five rating indicators of CAMEL (Capital Adequacy, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings, and Liquidity) so as to estimate the BHCs' performance. This study also employs the modified tiered DEA to categorize 68 BHCs into three Tiers. Additionally, the truncated-regression is employed to discuss whether or not the corporate governance would affect the performance of BHCs. The empirical results present the trade-off relationship with CAMEL indicators in the Tier1—Efficient BHCs. Moreover, it has been found that there are negative impacts on BHC's performance from board size, outside directors, the average age of directors and CEO/Chairman duality, while there are positive impacts from the number of committee and Big-4 auditors. The results further prove that corporate governance is important for the operating performance of BHCs.     

排放权交易运行机制下我国企业排放成本的优化战略管理研究——基于企业目标和社会环保目标的实现

排放权交易运行机制下我国企业排放成本的优化战略管理对于实现"股东财富最大化"的企业目标和"节能减排、发展低碳经济"的社会环保目标具有重要的意义。本文阐述了排放成本优化战略管理与双重目标实现之间的相互作用机理,构建了二者的作用路径图,并为企业目标和社会环保目标的实现提供了一定的理论依据和具体措施。本文的研究丰富了排放权交易运行机制下我国企业排放成本战略管理研究领域的研究成果,对于"加快我国转变经济发展方式、促进经济可持续发展、实施低碳经济"的"十二五"规划的社会环保目标的实现具有积极的借鉴意义。
