基于波特钻石模型的中国汽车金融产业竞争力分析

本文以汽车金融为独立金融产业,在波特钻石模型基础上引入金融竞争力若干指标,对我国汽车金融产业的生产要素、国内需求、支持性产业和相关产业、公司结构、战略和竞争分析进行分析。研究发现我国汽车金融产业竞争力存在复合型汽车金融人才匮乏、资金来源限制多、消费征信制度缺失、汽车信贷产品单一、市场开发不够,产业集中度低等问题。最后从产业政策、法律制度与监督管理三方面提出了汽车金融产业竞争力的提升对策。     

公司参加股东代表诉讼的法理分析

公司可以参加股东代表诉讼的正当性在于其符合正当程序原理及诉讼的效率价值,也是股东代表诉讼诉权的性质所决定的。允许公司选择是否参加诉讼是其诉讼选择权在股东代表诉讼中的具体落实,符合该制度设立的初衷。基于股东代表诉讼的特殊制度设计以及该制度在我国发展的现状,公司只应参加原告股东一方进行诉讼,而不宜允许其辅助被告。

How perceived empowerment HR practices influence work engagement in social enterprises – a moderated mediation model

Abstract

Drawing insights from the group engagement model and self-determination theory, our research explored the role of perceived empowerment human resource (HR) practices in the hybrid organizational form of social enterprise in China. Based on two studies, this paper developed and examined a moderated mediation model, linking perceived empowerment HR practices, identification motivation, work engagement, and authority work value. Specifically, in Study 1 we found perceived empowerment HR practices increased employees’ work engagement through enhancing employees’ identification motivation. In Study 2, we adopted a two-wave design to duplicate and extend this mediation model. A moderator, employees’ authority work value, was found to weaken both the mediation relationship, and the positive relationship between perceived empowerment HR practices and identification motivation. This study broadens the understanding of what social enterprises look like in alternative contexts, while providing an opportunity to explore how a HRM mechanism and its boundary condition function in large social enterprises in China.     

A stochastic cost efficiency analysis of international tourist hotels in Taiwan

The one-stage stochastic frontier approach (SFA) is used in this study to simultaneously estimate cost efficiency scores and factors of cost inefficiency for 66 international tourist hotels in Taiwan during 1997–2006. An SFA model with three outputs and three inputs is defined. The three outputs are room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and other operation revenue while the three inputs are price of labor, price of other operation, and price of food and beverage. This model also takes into account five environmental variables, including dummy variable of the hotels located in non-metropolitan area, dummy variable of chain hotels, the number of tourist guides, the minimum distance from each hotel to Taoyuan international airport and the minimum distance from each hotel to Kaohsiung international airport. Empirical results show that international tourist hotels in Taiwan are on average operating at 91.15% cost efficiency. All nominal variables are transformed into real variables in 1997 prices by GDP deflators. Chain systems, tourist guides, and international transportation can significantly improve the cost efficiency of international tourist hotels in Taiwan.     

基于多目标优化的生鲜食品联合库存研究

生鲜食品是人们生活的必需品,随着生活水平的不断提高,人们的消费观念也随之发生变化,生鲜食品在安全性、时效性以及多样性等方面引起的研究一直居高不下,同时在服务上的要求也日益严格、高标准。而企业要达到消费者所满意的服务水平,它的总成本会很高,企业的利润将会大大减少。解决生鲜食品中出现的问题,满足消费者需求的同时使总成本最小是关键所在。文章通过层次分析法对生鲜食品的多个目标进行分析评价,并根据分析结果提出对策建议。     

惠农政策背景下县域公共权力价值的异化

县级政府作为惠农资源的直接分配者与惠农政策的直接执行者,其在政策执行中表现出来的权力价值取向对于实现农民公共利益最大化、保障农村社会和谐稳定意义重大。囿于传统权力价值理念的深入影响、权力主体价值目标的偏离、权力运行机制的失范,县级政府在公权力行使过程中偏离了公共走向,价值取向表现出了与原本目标、结果相悖的异化属性,体现在价值追求的利己化、价值理念的官僚化、价值选择的商品化和价值实现途径的滥化四个方面。应通过营造良好用权环境构筑权力内在自律机制、规范县域公权力运行机制确保公共走向、完善激励惩戒制度提高权力异化成本,缩小甚至消除县域公权力价值实然状态与应然状态的差距,实现县域公共权力价值的理性回归。     

我国科技-经济-生态系统的综合发展水平及其协调度评价——基于灰关联投影寻踪协调度组合评价模型

科技创新、经济发展与生态环境建设作为国家治理体系的重要组成部分,对于我国国民经济和社会发展具有明显的推动作用。本文参考现有文献中科技创新、经济发展与生态环境建设3个维度的相关指标,构建科技-经济-生态系统协调度评价指标体系。并采用灰关联分析法、投影寻踪法和协调度模型,综合评价我国不同时期的科技-经济-生态系统的综合发展水平及其协调度。研究结果表明,2000～2015年,我国科技-经济-生态系统的综合发展水平处于快速增长阶段,年均增长率为6.22%,其中,科技创新水平、经济发展水平、生态环境建设水平的年均增长率分别为5.95%、5.35%、6.43%。同时,我国科技-经济-生态系统的协调度达到0.992。其中,“十五”～“十二五”时期,我国科技-经济-生态系统的协调度持续提升,分别达到0.8465、0.8466、0.9152。总体来看,在经济发展新常态下,我国政府通过加快转变经济发展方式和社会发展方式,同步提高科技创新水平、经济发展水平、生态环境建设水平,有利于进一步提升科技-经济-生态系统的综合发展水平及其协调度。     

Developing energy conservation and carbon reduction indicators for the hotel industry in Taiwan

This study develops and weights energy conservation and carbon reduction (ECCR) indicators for the hotel industry in Taiwan to create an instrument to help address climate change. Eighteen semi-structured interviews were conducted with senior hotel managers, environmental specialists, and government officials to identify the preliminary ECCR framework. An expert panel then was invited to review the structure of ECCR criteria and the compiled criteria in a structure for item modification. An analytic network process questionnaire survey was employed to determine the relative weights of the criteria. The data analysis reveals seven categories in the ECCR framework: communication and participation, top management commitment, energy, water, waste, building, and purchasing. A total of 32 indicators were identified and prioritized in terms of their relative importance to ECCR contributions. The results of this study suggest that the success of ECCR implementation depends primarily on management support and staff engagement. Hotel operators can improve their environmental management by initiating ECCR practices based on the proposed ECCR indicators.
