构建亚洲区域信用评级体系的探讨

构建亚洲区域信用评级体系是2012年东盟10 +3财长和央行行长会议的新倡议,其构建背景是各国为发展亚洲债券市场加强合作,信用评级机构沟通协作意愿强烈.构建模式主要有“协议模式”“认证模式”和“机构模式”等三种.通过比较三种模式的有效性和可行性,我们认为“认证模式”优于其他两种模式.在构建亚洲区域信用评级体系的问题上,我国应积极参与,并注意保证我国信用评级机构在该体系中的话语权.     

Beijing Parks:Greenery and Tranquility in the Metropolis

Beijing can sometimes seem a bustling city of gray buildings but in fact there is a surprising amount of green,tranquil parks in it to afford rest and relaxation to local residents and visitors to China's capital.There are over 300 parks to explore in Beijing,many of which were built by China's past emperors.In ancient times,they were not open to the public and were used by emperors for sacrifices to gods or leisure activities.Nowadays,Beijing's parks are a great place to relax,take the kids to play or watch the locals flying kites or practicing their morning tai-chi.Now let's look at some of the best parks in Beijing.     

China Sports Goods Industry:Big but Not Strong

China,though not the largest consumer market of sports commodities,has 20,000-plus producers of sports goods.A reshuffle of the industry to retain the strong ones and eliminate the weak is going on,said Ma Jilong,vice-Chairman of China Association of Sports Goods Industry,during the 30th China Sports Show held from May 17 to 20 in Beijing.Asked about the unique features of this expo,Ma said that it has grown from a pure show of sports goods into one that features sports culture,financing,release of trade standards,and auction of sports collection.Yao Ming attended the show,as an investor instead of a sportsman.Yao said he was interested in some creative mass sports programs initiated by young entrepreneurs.The first day of the show received 20,000 visitors,most of whom are professionals in the industry.There are also foreign visitors,mainly from India,Pakistan,Turkey and the Middleeast.

A Successful Example of South-South Cooperation

The 5th Ministerial Conference of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation was held on 19th July in 2012 in Beijing.Foreign ministers and ministers responsible for foreign economic cooperation from China and 50 African countries as well as President of the African Union Commission attended the meeting.     

China to Levy New Duties on U.S.Auto Imports

China's Ministry of Commerce announced December 14 that China would levy anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties on sedans and sport utility vehicles (SUV)with engines of 2.5 liters and above imported from the United States,the latest in a series of trade disputes between the world's two largest economies.

The case study regards the question whether economic self-interests of publishers have a significant influence on the reporting of their own newspapers with regard to crucial topics touching those interests. The conflict about the minimum wage in the mailing business is scrutinized. The newspapers engaged in the mailing business are compared with those of independent newspapers without these interests. Because the political inclination of a newspaper, even beyond the self-interests of its publisher, affects the reporting of a conflict, newspapers with different political views are chosen among economically involved and uninvolved media companies. The study is based on the “public task” of press and researches, using a quantifying analysis of contents, relevance and plurality of conflict reports. The results show that in this case the basic political orientation of a newspaper had a significant influence on the portrayal of the conflict. An additional influence with regard to the economic self-interests could not be proven significantly. Ideology seems to be more important than self-interest. However in this case political orientation and economic self-interests harmonized. Therefore it is still relevant to study the role of economic interests for the realization of the “public task”.     

因子分析法在县域经济发展水平评价中的应用

县域经济是国民经济的重要组成部分。为了全面、客观、系统、科学地评价和分析县域经济发展水平,一般要采用多指标综合评价法,这种传统方法具有主观随意性与工作复杂性的缺点。采用因子分析法对县域经济发展水平进行评价,可以有效地克服传统多指标综合评价方法中的不足与缺陷。     

当代大学生网络政治参与情况的调查与分析——以江苏高校为例

通过对江苏4所高校1044名在校大学生进行问卷调查和访谈,发现当代大学生网络政治参与具有四大特征:一是大学生网络政治参与具有超越时空的虚拟性;二是大学生网络政治参与内容广泛、渠道多样;三是认知和行为脱节,理性和非理性共存;四是大学生网络政治参与具有双重效应,既能促进大学生政治社会化,影响政府决策,又易导致大学生或参与失度,或远离现实政治,甚至危及政治稳定。因此,必须通过高校教育引导、政府政策调控、个人自我修炼三方协同努力提高大学生政治参与水平和质量。     

我国建设社会主义新农村的理论与实践

1949年新中国成立后,在土地改革和农业社会主义改造完成的基础上,中国共产党加强了对农村工作的领导和建设。十一届三中全会后,随着农村改革实践的深入,农业生产力得到了解放与发展,农村面貌发生了巨大变化,中国共产党适应农村发展变化了的新实际,提出了建设社会主义新农村;并结合我国农村改革发展的不断深化,把建设社会主义新农村推向新的发展阶段,进一步促进了农业发展、农村稳定和农民增收,加速了全面建设小康社会的步伐。
