冲突性信息对消费者信息搜索行为的影响——基于功能性食品健康声称的实证研究

通过实验法研究有关健康声称的冲突性信息是否以及如何影响消费者的行为。结果发现:当有关功能性食品健康声称的有效性存在相互冲突(相对于互补)的信息时,消费者的信息搜索倾向更强;认知闭合需要在冲突性信息对消费者信息搜索倾向的影响中起反向调节作用;消费者对健康元素的矛盾态度是有关功能性食品健康声称的冲突性信息对消费者信息搜索倾向影响的中介变量。     

豫鲁两省农产品出口竞争力比较及对河南的启示

河南与山东都是我国传统的农业大省,在农业发展和农产品生产方面许多相似之处。采用迈克尔·波特的"钻石模型"为依据,以国际市场占有率、显性比较优势指数(RCA)和贸易竞争力指数(TC)三个指标等国际竞争力指标,对河南、山东的农产品国际竞争力进行实证比较研究,并在与山东的对比基础上分析河南农产品出口竞争力的现状、存在问题及原因,提出增强河南农产品出口竞争力的对策建议。     

市场估值和过度自信对并购绩效的实证研究

运用事件研究法,以2003—2011年中国的上市公司为样本,针对市场估值和管理者过度自信的相互作用对并购绩效的影响进行多元回归分析。结果发现：不同于过度自信管理者,理性管理者在高估和低估价值时期进行的并购活动都能带来正的超额收益。     

Narratives,identity and community in esports

ABSTRACT

The commercial and social ascendance of esports has become a source of considerable organisational, industrial, experiential and identity-based concern for those inside and outside the digital gaming field. Indeed, one major concern for self-identifying ‘gamers’ around the world is the extent to which the logics of professionalisation, spectacularisation and rationalisation that pervade contemporary esports will unsettle existing identities within the gaming community. In this study, we draw upon the theories of Paul Ricoeur to provide a narratological analysis of the stories gamers tell themselves about themselves on the social media platform Reddit—and in so doing explicate the politics of inclusion and exclusion imbedded in these stories. We investigate how story-narrative is utilised to mark boundaries in rhythm with, or in opposition to, the commercial, cultural and identity politics which gamers perceive are infiltrating the online gaming field. Based on our analysis, it becomes clear that Reddit users actively use the medium to promote a dominant politics of gender- and investment-based inclusion/exclusion. We conclude with a discussion on the complexities of digital community identity and the challenges seemingly democratic media technologies such as Reddit present for those seeking to promote egalitarian and inclusive spaces of digital play.     

旅游目的地营销绩效评价研究现状与展望

随着公共投资审查的日益严格和目的地竞争的加剧,对旅游目的地营销绩效进行评价已经成为实践发展的必然要求.但由于目的地信息的多源性以及旅游者决策过程的复杂性,营销绩效评价一直是目的地营销研究领域中最具挑战性的问题.文章在回顾国内外相关研究文献的基础上,从旅游目的地营销组织绩效评价和旅游目的地营销传播活动绩效评价两个方面对国内外的研究状况进行了归纳,并指出了未来研究的重点和方向,以期为国内理论研究和实践活动的开展提供参考.     

Service-selecting approach based on domain-specified 'Quality of Service' model and its application in logistics

With the rapid growth of modern service economics and the popular adoption of web services, more and more service industries are beginning to deliver services with web service technology. One of the key issues is how the service consumer should search for services within the plentiful service repositories, and especially select a suitable and optimal service from candidates with similar features. However, most of the researches on service selection focus on the general criteria of web service, but ignore the domain-specified needs. This paper proposes a domain-specified quality of service model and an analytic hierarchy process-based service-selecting approach by integrating hierarchical clustering algorithms and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods. An application in logistics is given to validate the effectiveness of this approach.     

高低级别公职人员经济犯罪行为决策差异分析

公职人员经济犯罪决策受到需求动机、"进入"成本、道德自律三个条件约束。在引入公职人员效用函数的基础上,得出影响公职人员经济犯罪决策的因素是效用偏好结构、既有效用量、相对效用量、犯罪金额。研究结果表明:个人效用偏好结构不同导致高低级别公职人员经济犯罪决策的差异;就财富指标而言,高级别比低级别公职人员经济犯罪倾向性小,但一旦高级别公职人员发生经济犯罪,其犯罪金额较大;就相对效用指标而言,高级别比低级别公职人员经济犯罪倾向性大。     

浅谈高职高专院校计算机基础课程教学质量的提高

随着科学技术的飞速发展,高职高专院校开设计算机基础课程就变成了大势所趋。普遍开展计算机课程的情况下,如何更好的提高教学质量成了当下的热门话题。通过实践总结的教学方法可以很好的解决这一问题。     

我国高额现金持有上市公司的财务特征分析

现金持有作为一种财务决策,在我国上市公司中起到十分重要的作用。为研究高额现金持有上市公司的财务特征,文章通过选取我国2008年—2010年的上市公司为样本,通过对高额现金持有上市公司的界定,运用回归分析法,从财务方面设置获利能力与财务杠杆两个变量,对我国高额现金持有上市公司的财务特征进行分析。结果表明,我国高额现金持有上市公司具有较低的负债水平和较高的获利能力。
