美国融资租赁公司盈利模式分析及对中国的启示

中美租赁公司的盈利模式存在较大差异,这种差异不仅来自发展阶段的不同,更与两国金融市场发展水平、政策监管、税收及法律等综合外部环境息息相关。美国银行系租赁公司的收入主要来源于利差、交易和余值收入,中国银行系租赁公司目前业务结构单一,集中于利差收入,业务和风险与银行趋同,其盈利模式必须逐渐多元化。要实现这一转变,有赖于外部政策和市场环境的变化,也需要租赁公司自身主动调整。     

冷漠是理性的吗?中小股东参与、公司治理与投资者保护

基于深交所独特的网络投票数据,本文从公司治理和投资者保护视角,考察两个层面的问题:中小股东是否积极参与公司决策?中小股东利益是否得到保护?结果表明,中小股东参与度与公司治理负相关;网络投票平台能够表达中小股东意愿,且能够保护其利益;整体上,中小股东的“冷漠”是非理性的,并损害了其利益;但就中小股东对议案的认同度而言,则存在“搭便车”式的边际收益。本研究为市场监管与投资者保护提供了明晰的政策支持。     

利用回压阀控制和计量高压气体的实验研究

注气（Co2、烟道气、N2泡沫段塞）提高普通稠油油藏的采收率的研究工作,在辽河油田的矿场和实验室内已经开展。作为室内评价实验的关键技术,高压气体的控制和计量技术,直接影响到了评价试验的结果。

中国对非洲ODA与FDI关联度研究

本文旨在研究中国对非洲提供的官方发展援助与对非洲直接投资、对非洲进出口等方面的关系。根据中国对非洲援助目标与政策的转变,把中国对非洲援助与直接投资关系的分为三个阶段,并根据第三阶段1993～2007年的相关数据,建立面板数据计量模型。结果表明,中国对非洲的官方援助与对非直接投资在规模上具有互补性,但从各自占当年中国GDP的比重而言,两者又具有相互替代性。此外,本文还在建立计量模型时发现,中国对非洲援助可以极大的促进中国对非洲出口,但对非洲进口方面的影响并不大。     

Informal lending amongst friends and relatives: Can microcredit compete in rural China?

This paper explores the relationship between informal and formal lending in China with consideration of how the strength of informal lending might affect microcredit. Lending relationships involving trust are investigated using original survey data from over 1500 farm households. Econometric results confirm a relationship between trust and informal lending, and mistrust and formal lending. With over 67% of farm households borrowing from friends and relatives the economic significance between this form of informal lending and borrowing from Rural Credit Cooperatives and Micro Finance Institutions cannot be overlooked.     

美国投资银行风险管理架构对我国的启示

投资银行作为金融中介机构,其本质就是通过吸收风险、承担风险转移来获取收益,要通过建立完善的风险管理机制与制度,对各种风险因素进行充分的识别和评估,要在资本金约束下敢于承担与预期收益相平衡的风险,追求盈利机会,同时又要以科学的理念和方法加强风险管理,将风险控制在与资本金和风险管理能力相适应的水平上.美国投资银行的发展历程与教训显示了投资银行风险管理的重要性.而我国证券公司所经历的教训,所面对的机遇同样彰显了风险管理的重要性.本文对美国投资银行风险管理架构进行深入剖析,以期对我国券商进行有效风险管理起到良好的借鉴意义.     

The challenge of Chinese state‐affiliated multinationals in benefiting from foreign subsidiary knowledge transfer: A criticism of light‐touch integration

Acknowledging the sharp growth of Chinese state‐affiliated multinationals and their strategic asset‐seeking investments abroad, this study investigates the effects of headquarters' home‐country political ties on the multinational‐wide benefits gained from subsidiary knowledge transfer in Chinese multinationals. It also looks at how these effects are mediated by organizational distance and social integration between headquarters and subsidiary. Based on a survey of 177 subsidiaries of 99 Chinese multinationals, we find that headquarters' political ties trigger organizational distance and hinder social integration between headquarters and foreign subsidiaries and these, in turn, hamper the potential benefits that Chinese multinationals derive from subsidiary knowledge transfer. This study identifies new challenges related to political ties and light‐touch integration in gaining benefits from subsidiary knowledge transfer.     

An intellectual capital perspective of competitive advantage in nonprofit organisations

• Very little systematic research has focused on applying the concept of intellectual capital (IC) within the nonprofit context; particularly in the highly competitive nonprofit environment. Based on a review of the existing literature, this paper firstly contributes to filling this gap by building an argument that IC can be utilised as a competitive tool in nonprofit organisations (NPOs). Secondly, an IC conceptual framework is proposed that explicitly links the attainment of competitive advantage with positive outcomes for NPOs. Finally, the paper discusses how the IC conceptual framework can be effectively utilised to foster competitive advantage in the nonprofit sector.
