基于BP神经网络的企业自主创新能力评价方法研究

根据自主创新的特点,建立自主创新的评价体系,并与BP神经网络的学习算法相结合,理论上能找到最满意的指标权重,为提升企业自主创新能力提供理论依据,最后提出了几点关于对我国建设创新型国家的启示。     

中国与东盟四国吸引跨国公司地区总部的税收政策比较研究

东盟的新加坡、马来西亚、泰国和菲律宾四国(以下简称"东盟四国")在运用税收手段吸引跨国公司地区总部方面有很多有价值的经验。本文对比了我国和东盟四国在吸引跨国公司地区总部方面的税收政策,提出我国应该借鉴东盟四国的经验,把吸引跨国公司地区总部纳入国家引进外资的战略框架。     

Dynamic portfolio optimization with liquidity cost and market impact: a simulation-and-regression approach

We present a simulation-and-regression method for solving dynamic portfolio optimization problems in the presence of general transaction costs, liquidity costs and market impact. This method extends the classical least squares Monte Carlo algorithm to incorporate switching costs, corresponding to transaction costs and transient liquidity costs, as well as multiple endogenous state variables, namely the portfolio value and the asset prices subject to permanent market impact. To handle endogenous state variables, we adapt a control randomization approach to portfolio optimization problems and further improve the numerical accuracy of this technique for the case of discrete controls. We validate our modified numerical method by solving a realistic cash-and-stock portfolio with a power-law liquidity model. We identify the certainty equivalent losses associated with ignoring liquidity effects, and illustrate how our dynamic optimization method protects the investor's capital under illiquid market conditions. Lastly, we analyze, under different liquidity conditions, the sensitivities of certainty equivalent returns and optimal allocations with respect to trading volume, stock price volatility, initial investment amount, risk aversion level and investment horizon.

非营利性组织可以弥补政府和市场在公共物品提供上的不足。文章分析了非营利性组织提供公共物品的必要性，深入探讨了我国非营利组织提供公共物品时存在的主要问题，在此基础上，提出了一些对策和建议，以更好地发挥我国非营利性组织的公共物品提供中的作用。     

World Black Tea Markets: Relationships and Implications for the Global Tea Industry

Prices at world tea auctions are interlinked across different black tea markets. This study applied the cointegration approach using Engle-Granger 2-stage estimation procedures to examine the extent to which these markets are linked. We analyzed the relationships between monthly average tea auction price data from 7 selected markets from Africa and Asia and found out black teas markets are defined more from the type of manufacture. Black tea markets seem segmented between orthodox types of tea mainly exported by Sri Lanka and Cut-Tear-Curl type traded in Mombasa, Kenya. Cointegration results show that tea agribusiness firms can benefit by simultaneously adopting both modes of manufacture. The tea boards in the respective countries should promote diversification of products into other segments of the market while at the same time control quality of tea, which by default will curb oversupply.

稠油开采工艺进展

在过去60多年里,稠油开采工艺逐步完善,国内外关于不同的井网设计、操作条件和采油工艺的专利文献十分丰富。其中蒸汽吞吐和蒸汽辅助重力泄油自提出已有30多年的历史,目前尚有一些新的技术正在研究和评价当中。文章系统的介绍了采用不同驱动剂使稠油流动及其相关的开采工艺。通过分析,得到了稠油开采技术的演变,以及获得经济采收率的技术特点。结果揭示了稠油开采工艺从酝酿到提出,再到实现的一些特点,为国内稠油开采提供了依据。
