岩溶山地土地整理模式研究

西南岩溶山地是典型的脆弱生态环境,与经济发达地区相比,有其自身的土地资源特点、生态特点和社会特点。文章以此为基础,提出岩溶山地土地整理的原则、思路,认为岩溶山地的土地整理应从高标准基本农田建设、阶梯式还林退耕和辐射式生态重建、实行土地双轨制、直接对农户投资着手等,提出不同空间尺度如县市、乡镇、村组、农户土地整理的具体模式。非耕地资源开发是岩溶山地土地整理的重点。     

科学考察旅游市场分析与对策研究——以澜沧江下游地区为例

以澜沧江下游地区为例,立足旅游资源开发条件,着眼旅游业的发展机遇,通过典型抽样调查,结合国内外科学考察旅游的发展态势,系统分析了科学考察旅游市场的发展前景,确定了市场目标,并提出相应的发展对策。     

On the theory of cost sharing

This paper investigates efficiency and equitability issues given a cost sharing method in an economy with a public commodity. We study the concept of a -cost share equilibrium and examine the set of all equilibrium allocations. Finally, we devise a mechanism to implement -cost share equilibria as strong equilibria of an associated non-cooperative game.This paper was written while Shlomo Weber was visiting the University of Bonn. Assessing the impact of patent infringement on new product sales

In order to assess the impact of patent infringement on the growth of a new product, a model is developed through the intervention model development processes of Box-Jenkins and Box-Tiao. Physical interpretations of model parameters and determination of associated damages suggest that the model can provide a sound basis for analyzing patent infringement disputes.

Var模型作为金融风险量化管理的有效方法，在国际金融界得到了广泛的认同和应用。本文介绍了Var模型的基本思想及Var值估算的三种具体方法，并对Var模型在中国金融风险管理中的应用前景进行了分析和展望。     

我国证券市场风险收益特征的行为基础

我国证券市场的风险收益具有以下特征:(1)资本资产定价模型所揭示的风险收益关系在我国股市并不显著。(2)我国证券市场系统性风险占整体风险的比例较高。(3)从趋势上看,无论个股还是行业系统性风险占整体风险的指标没有明显的下降趋势。这些特征根源于我国特定的投资者结构以及不同投资者的风险厌恶特性和对私人信息的偏好特性。因此,投资者应针对上述特征,在集中投资、反向交易和降低交易频率等方面调整交易策略,提高投资收益率。     

PRICE AND SUBSTITUTION IN RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE

Many per-unit curbside recycling and garbage collection pricing systems were implemented in the 1990s. A detailed data set is used to estimate the effect of an increase in the per-unit price change for a long-running pricing system across time in one city. A fixed-effects regression controls for collection district and explanatory variables including weather, time, and employment changes. The elasticity estimate is within the range of previous work but with a higher cross-price elasticity to recycling. This shift to recycling results in significant financial benefits to the city and a small decrease in social welfare. ( JEL Q5, Q53)
