高层建筑防火设计浅析

高层建筑火灾具有人员多、疏散困难等特点,在防火设计方面具有无法忽视的弊端和难题,保证高层建筑的消防安全成为了一项摆在我们面前的迫切任务。本文从高层建筑特点出发,对高层建筑主动防火措施和被动防火措施两个方面进行了分析。

A genetic algorithm based approach to transactional and QoS-aware service selection

As there are various risks of failure when Web services are deployed in unreliable environment, the execution of a composite Web service (CWS) requires the transaction mechanism to guarantee its reliable execution. However, the existing service selection approaches consider QoS and transaction separately and have not considered that transactional properties may affect the QoS such as the execution time of a CWS. This work addresses the importance of considering transactional properties and how the transactional properties affect the QoS simultaneously in the process of service selection by a QoS-aware and transactional-aware selection approach. First, a performance evaluation method is proposed to calculate the execution time of a transactional CWS. Then, a genetic algorithm based approach, which takes into account the execution time, price, transactional property and successful execution rate of CWS, is presented to achieve global optimisation service selection. Finally, experimental results show the efficiency and effectiveness of the approach.

"任务驱动"是实施探究式教学模式的一种教学方法.目前在计算机课程的教学中被普遍采用.文章就任务驱动教学法在市场营销教学中的应用作了初步的探索,认为在市场营销教学中采用"任务驱动"教学方法有利于构建教学情境,营造宽松的学习环境,激发学生的学习兴趣,能够充分调动学生的学习主动性、创造性.     

以开放的理念推动团队学习和创新——上海市电力公司市区供电公司团队学习新模式

企业要实现可持续发展,如何激发广大员工主动学习、团队合作以及管理创新的意识,使员工积极自觉参与公司发展,是企业必须解决的一大课题。基于上述考虑,上海市电力公司市区供电公司以"思维前线·智力风暴"人力资源开发解决方案青年设计大赛为基础,提出了供电公司团队学习新模式。文中首先对新模式内容进行了介绍,包括本次大赛的形式、内容等;接着结合相关理论,就新模式对企业团队学习、创新与可持续发展、创建和谐企业等方面产生的积极影响进行了论述。

A strategic analysis of surging Chinese manufacturers: The case of Galanz

Recent years have witnessed the surging of Chinese manufacturers, as China has become the world’s factory floor. This paper presents a case study of one of the most successful manufacturers in China, the Galanz Group, now the world’s largest microwave manufacturer. Based on theories of multinational corporations from emerging economies, the paper examines the process of Galanz’s integration into the global market. The company has developed unique competitive strategies that have made it a great success within China and in overseas markets. The Galanz model suggests strong strategic implications for both Chinese firms and incumbent multinational corporations.
