基于跨国公司的产业集群形态及发展路径

跨国公司的资源全球化配置和制造系统的重新构造，对市场需求、产业调整和增长趋势产生重大的影响，其高度集约化、高度垄断性和高度扩张性特性，加速了产业转移以及产业集群现象，促进了企业利益共同体、模块化组合、区域性创新网络进一步形成，使得区域产业集群发生结构性变化和战略性调整。在跨国公司主导下，通过专业化分工与协作形成了产业集群成长的形态、模式及其路径。这种发展不仅决定着国际竞争的发展格局和态势，而且还关系到未来产业集群的形态及产业分工格局。     

Construction and Application of Vegetables Intelligent Expert System based on the Internet of Things Technology

Taking the intelligent expert system of an agricultural company in internet of things in Beijing as an example,this paper discusses construction of a new generation of expert systems and its application.The paper describes the system structure of intelligent expert system and its 9 function modules.This system includes mainly three function modules as follows: the module of real-time environment display with function of showing the live video pictures and greenhouse environment parameters,the module of pest warning with function of warning pest outbreak probabilities,the module of vegetables mature degree with function of showing vegetables' mature degree number.The two main functions in the course of practical application are automatic alarm of system and management assistances.The article later makes a brief summary of the problems encountered by the expert system in the process of application and popularization.The paper last listed the cost reduction measures and the improvements to increase extension effect.     

中国背景下多视角公平的结构测量及其作用机制研究

组织公平理论研究一直受到众多学者的关注,并且逐渐突破多维度研究的局限,开始转向多来源(多视角)的研究。本文对中国背景下多视角公平的结构测量与作用机制进行探究。通过对来自20个组织的250名员工的数据进行实证分析,本研究表明:(1)在中国背景下,不同视角的公平(针对领导的公平和针对组织的公平)存在显著的差异,具有良好的辨别效度;(2)针对组织的公平预测组织导向结果的能力好于针对领导的公平,针对领导的公平预测上级导向结果的能力好于针对组织的公平。     

机电一体化技术的应用与发展前景

近几年来,随着现代科学技术的不断发展,机电一体化技术也得到了不同程度的发展。机电一体化技术是复合技术、机械技术与微电子技术相互渗透的结果。同时,根据实际生产以及优化组织结构的需求来对各个功能单元实现合理的配置以及控制,从而实现安全、可靠以及低消耗的生产目标。文章针对机电一体化的核心技术进行阐述,分析机电一体化主要的应用领域,探讨其今后机电一体化的发展前景。

本文通过对社会客观现状、毕业生自身素质、用人单位择人观念三个方面的分析,揭示了影响当前大中专毕业生就业的主要原因,为创造良好的就业环境和提高毕业生综合素质提供一点浅显的理论依据     

信息多样化与创业团队绩效关系研究

21世纪是一个信息爆炸的时代,信息多样化对企业经营绩效至关重要。近年来,信息多样化对创业团队绩效的影响逐渐受到学术界的关注。结合国内外研究成果,基于共享领导视角,探讨了信息多样化对创业团队绩效的影响机理,构建了三者之间的研究模型,并对西安市高新区241家企业的358个创业团队的调查问卷进行了实证分析。研究发现,信息多样化对创业团队绩效具有正向影响,且中介分析表明,共享领导在其间起到了部分中介作用。     

A dynamic evacuation network optimization problem with lane reversal and crossing elimination strategies

This paper discusses a dynamic evacuation network optimization problem that incorporates lane reversal and crossing elimination strategies. These two lane-based planning strategies complement one another by increasing capacity in specific directions through the evacuation network. A bi-level network optimization model is formulated, in which the upper level aims at optimizing the network evacuation performance subject to the lane-reversal and crossing-elimination constraints and the lower level conveys a cell transmission-based dynamic traffic assignment problem. An integrated Lagrangian relaxation and tabu search method is devised for approximating optimal problem solutions through an iterative optimization-evaluation process. The numerical results of implementing the developed modeling and solution approach to a synthetic network and a real-world example application justify its theoretical and practical value.     

Do negative investor attitudes drive corporate social responsibility? Evidence from China

This study explores the association between negative investor attitudes and corporate social responsibility. We conjecture that negative investor attitudes may drive firms to engage more actively in corporate social responsibility to improve shareholder perceptions. Consistent with this expectation, we find that firms facing negative investor attitudes exhibit better CSR performance, and this association is more pronounced in firms that receive more attention from investors and attach more importance to investor relationships. Overall, this study highlights the influence of investor attitudes on corporate social responsibility and contributes to the literature on the determinants of corporate social responsibility.
