基于AI图像识别技术的人员防闯入系统在煤矿的研究与应用

煤矿斜井辅助运输过程中"行车不行人,行人不行车"始终是一个痛点难点问题,本文基于AI识别技术设计一种人员防闯入系统,应用于煤矿斜井轨道运输系统人员安全检测与监控,该系统可以有效解决煤矿斜井轨道运输巷道在运输工作中的人员误闯入,及时反馈至无极绳牵引车司机,获取人员位置,杜绝斜巷运输期间"行车行人",将有效保障煤矿辅助运输的安全性和可靠性,对进一步提高煤矿安全生产保障水平,促进煤矿信息化、智能化发展具有重要意义.     

北极东北航道通航背景下大连港发展机遇分析

随着全球气候逐年变暖,北极东北航线的通航船只日益增加,北极东北航道的开通将会使东北亚与北欧的海运距离大大缩减,在世界运输航道中的地位日益显著.大连港作为东北地区的出海口,承接了东三省98.5％以上的外贸集装箱货物运输.2020年3月1日开始施行的《大连市推进东北亚国际航运中心建设条例》,为大连港建设成东北亚航运中心指明了方向.以北极东北航道通航为背景,以大连港贸易发展趋势为研究基础,通过定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,得出北极东北航道通航将会增加经由大连港的贸易量的结论,最后提出机遇之下的建设策略.     

The prospect of decent work,decent industrial relations and decent social relations in China: towards a multi-level and multi-disciplinary approach

Abstract

Decent Work is a key initiative launched by the International Labour Organization in 1999. The initiative is to promote decent and productive employment with decent conditions of freedom, equality, security and human dignity. In reviewing academic literature on decent work, existing studies have been conducted primarily from a legal and political economic perspective. It is also largely situated outside any national industrial relations framework, both theoretically and practically. Decent work is an advocacy initiative of ILO, but the promotion of universal values embodied in the notion (e.g. equality, fairness, justice and dignity) needs to be tailored to specific societal contexts. Drawing on existing academic literature, this review article examines ideological, institutional and cultural distances between decent work and the reality of employment in China. It argues that achieving decent work requires an ideological transition of ‘traditional’ Chinese work ethics and a cultural transition from collectivism and altruism towards individualism and an emphasis on individual rights. This study also examines and highlights regulatory enforcement deficits and the inadequate role of the trade union in facilitating the advancement of decent work at various levels. Finally, the article argues that the study of decent work should be mainstreamed as an integral part of decent industrial relations and ultimately, decent social relations. It calls for a multi-level and multi-disciplinary approach to examining the historical, political, economic, ideological and cultural context of specific countries in fulfilling the ‘Decent Work’ agenda.     

企业家社会责任行为方式创新对其形象评价的影响机制研究

运用扎根理论探究了企业家创新性社会责任行为的特征及作用机制。基于扎根理论，就企业家微公益行为对其形象评价的影响机制进行了探索性研究。通过深度访谈与二手数据的扎根分析，提出了企业家微公益行为对其形象评价影响的理论框架：企业家微公益行为具有权威性、互动性与多样性，会通过情感和认知两大层面来获取消费者认同感，并影响消费者对企业家微公益行为动机的感知，进而影响其形象评价。该研究是对企业家社会责任理论的有益拓展，同时为希望通过社交网络进行公益活动的企业家提供了实践参考。

A Note on Family Influence and the Adoption of Discontinuous Technologies in Family Firms

The 4Cs model of command, continuity, community, and connections is useful for examining the effect of family influence on the adoption of discontinuous technologies. However, assuming that family influence differs only in degree rather than kind is naive because such an assumption ignores the likelihood of heterogeneous behaviors among family firms. In this conceptual note, we extend prior work and explain how heterogeneity in the family's relative emphasis on command, continuity, community, and connections requires that the multifaceted and potentially nonlinear nature of family influence be considered when analyzing strategic decisions concerning family firm innovation.

我国中小企业发展状况与政策研究——新形势下中小企业转型升级问题研究

我国中小企业得到了迅速的发展,在面向市场求生存、求发展中极具活力,已经成为国民经济中最活跃的成分。但是,面临复杂多变的国内外经济形势,结构性矛盾依然存在,局部性困难突出,新老问题交织,尤其部分行业小微型企业面临严峻形势,强大的市场倒逼机制推动中小企业加快转型升级的步伐。目前,阻碍中小企业转型升级的市场准入隐性壁垒依旧存在,转型升级下新生需求的多元化的金融业务、市场和机构发展滞后,中小企业成本全面上升导致转型升级动力不足,转型发展面临技术创新和管理创新瓶颈,中小企业的政府管理部门协调不力使得转型升级缺乏保障。未来必须充分认识中小企业的重要地位,把促进中小企业发展上升到国家战略层面,加强改革的顶层设计,破除民营经济和中小企业发展的体制机制障碍,缓解转型升级中融资难问题,同时通过加大扶持小微企业发展的财税支持力度以及鼓励中小企业转型升级和技术创新等,保障和促进中小企业转型与升级。     

Arrow–Debreu equilibria for rank‐dependent utilities with heterogeneous probability weighting

We study Arrow–Debreu equilibria for a one‐period‐two‐date pure exchange economy with rank‐dependent utility agents having heterogeneous probability weighting and outcome utility functions. In particular, we allow the economy to have a mix of expected utility agents and rank‐dependent utility ones, with nonconvex probability weighting functions. The standard approach for convex economy equilibria fails due to the incompatibility with second‐order stochastic dominance. The representative agent approach devised in Xia and Zhou (2016) does not work either due to the heterogeneity of the weighting functions. We overcome these difficulties by considering the comonotone allocations, on which the rank‐dependent utilities become concave. Accordingly, we introduce the notion of comonotone Pareto optima, and derive their characterizing conditions. With the aid of the auxiliary problem of price equilibria with transfers, we provide a sufficient condition in terms of the model primitives under which an Arrow–Debreu equilibrium exists, along with the explicit expression of the state‐price density in equilibrium. This new, general sufficient condition distinguishes the paper from previous related studies with homogeneous and/or convex probability weightings.
