旅游社区经济发展初步探讨

结合国内外学者对旅游社区的研究，重点分析了旅游社区的利益相关者，绘制出了旅游社区利益相关图，并尝试性地构建了旅游社区经济的发展模型。旅游社区是一个系统，政府、社区居民、旅游者和旅游社区内企业的共同作用是旅游社区经济发展的关键。同时，认为旅游孵化器和数字化、虚拟化旅游社区是旅游社区的两大走向。     

Jackknifing Bond Option Prices

Prices of interest rate derivative securities depend cruciallyon the mean reversion parameters of the underlying diffusions.These parameters are subject to estimation bias when standardmethods are used. The estimation bias can be substantial evenin very large samples and much more serious than the discretizationbias, and it translates into a bias in pricing bond optionsand other derivative securities that is important in practicalwork. This article proposes a very general and computationallyinexpensive method of bias reduction that is based on Quenouille's(1956; Biometrika, 43, 353–360) jackknife. We show howthe method can be applied directly to the options price itselfas well as the coefficients in the models. We investigate itsperformance in a Monte Carlo study. Empirical applications toU.S. dollar swap rates highlight the differences between bondand option prices implied by the jackknife procedure and thoseimplied by the standard approach. These differences are largeand suggest that bias reduction in pricing options is importantin practical applications.

资本市场传导财政政策机制的理论与及其实证研究

财政政策作用于经济增长，也存在着一个类似于货币政策的传导机制，它是通过政府支出或税收来影响经济增长的。财政政策的实施，完全可以借助于资本市场的机制，更好地发挥作用。本首先从理论上分析了资本市场对财政支出政策和税收政策的传导，进而对我国资本市场在这一传导过程中的作用有效果进行了实证分析。     

我国开展离岸ABS的现实思考

近年来，ABS（资产证券化）的热潮席卷全球，成为一种新型的融资方式。国内许多人也主张将这一创新工具引入我国，为我所用。然而，我国现实的条件决定了目前在我国尚不具备大规模开展ABS的条件。因此，我们必须寻找到突破口，另辟蹊径，将此项业务开展起来，而离岸ABS则成为可取的一条道路。     

企业多元化的新模式：基于核心能力的虚拟经营

本文研究了企业多元化经营的科学含义，创建了一个二元作用定性模型来论证企业发展到一定阶段多元化经营的必然性，研究了现代企业虚拟经营的背景，含义以及企业深化，培育核心能力与开展虚拟经营之间的本质联系，考察了多元化成功与失败的众多企业案例，当代多元化经营成功的企业大多是基于核心能力的战略相关多元化，而虚拟经营也是核心能力培育，深化的产物，借助于基于核心能力的虚拟经营以实现相关多元化发展，是企业多元化的一条新途径，相对于传统多元化而言，它更具竞争优势。

作通过对数项目程中的弱电工程的监理经验总结，提出了对智能建筑实行规范化操作的具体建议。     

Trade-off Model of Debt Maturity Structure

In this paper, we suggest the trade-off model to explain the choice of debt maturity. This model is based on balancing between risk and reward of using shorter-term loans. Shorter-term loans have cost advantage over, but incur higher refinancing and interest rate risk than longer-term loans. Using the Compustat data, we show that the principal components of financial attributes are financial flexibility and financial strength. Therefore, only firms with greater financial flexibility and financial strength can use proportionately more short-term loans. We also document that financially strong firms take advantage of lower interest rates of short-term debt. They use proportionately more short-term loans when the term premium is high. The results of our study also provide evidence supporting the agency cost hypothesis, which is strongly supported by current literature.

在全球经济一体化之下,中国科技产业化的发展,需要立足WTO规则,及时作出立法应对,迎接时代的挑战。科技产业化的发展,是产、学、研一体化的发展,要通过立法支持政府财政对非盈利性的科研院所的补贴,要在立法上加强对自主知识产权和商业秘密的保护。我国科技产业化的发展,需要反垄断立法的支持。WTO规则的扩展,包括环境保护议题,需要规则先行,完善立法,推进科技产业化的可持续发展。
