国家知识产权竞争力及其评价指标体系研究

讨论了知识产权竞争力的含义,并分析了知识产权竞争力的组成要素——知识产权资源、知识产权动态能力,在此基础上建立了国家知识产权竞争力评价指标体系。     

基于AHP的机载浮标搜潜系统维修决策分析

针对机载浮标搜潜系统维修决策的复杂性。在深入研究影响决策的各项因素基础上,首次根据机载浮标搜潜系统的特点建立了维修决策选定的指标体系和度量标准;利用层次分析法构造了判断矩阵并计算了各底层因素对于整体系统的权重系数。以国外某型反潜直升机为例,结合模糊综合评判法建立隶属度矩阵,对其搜潜系统在三种维修方式决策下的保障效能进行综合评定。结果表明,利用层次分析法结合模糊综合评判对机载设备维修决策选定是有效的。     

基于工作过程的《电工技术与实训》课程设计

传统的《电工技术与实训》的教学模式先是理论教学,然后再做相关的实验,理论与实践分离,不能适应当前以职业能力培养为核心的高职教育教学的要求。本文改变了传统的教学模式,将整个课程的相关理论、实验、实训等教学内容进行了整合与序化,开发了基于工作过程、工作任务的学习情境,学生通过学习情境的学习达到课程的教学目标。     

Noncognitive skills, occupational attainment, and relative wages

This paper examines whether men's and women's noncognitive skills influence their occupational attainment and, if so, whether this contributes to the disparity in their relative wages. We find that noncognitive skills have a substantial effect on the probability of employment in many, though not all, occupations in ways that differ by gender. Consequently, men and women with similar noncognitive skills enter occupations at very different rates. Women, however, have lower wages on average not because they work in different occupations than men do, but rather because they earn less than their male colleagues employed in the same occupation. On balance, women's noncognitive skills give them a slight wage advantage. Finally, we find that accounting for the endogeneity of occupational attainment more than halves the proportion of the overall gender wage gap that is unexplained.     

一卡通在管理过程中的问题及对策

一卡通管理系统的运用,从根本上提高了企业的管理模式和信息化水平,使其管理工作上了一个台阶。但一卡通系统在如火如荼建设的同时,也存在一些问题。本文通过对一卡通系统存在的问题进行分析,提出了一卡通系统有效管理的对策。     

Inconsistency in Welfare Inferences from Distance Variables in Hedonic Regressions

In hedonic analysis, a common approach for eliciting information regarding the welfare significance of some landmark or (dis)amenity is to control for its distance from each observation. Unfortunately, the effects of distances to amenities on housing prices are generally not consistent indicators of the true price impact of that amenity. Instead these variables serve as proxies for the relative position of every observation in space. Whenever a household considers more than two landmarks in a housing purchase, distance variable parameter estimates are simply the best linear fitted weights for that multiple criteria location decision. Simulations illustrate extreme sensitivity in parameter estimates to the researcher’s choice of landmarks. One strategy models the location of each observation directly instead of its distances to amenities. Using the quadratic controls of longitude and latitude controls for location effects on price to assure unbiased estimates of non-distance variable regressors.     

Fifty‐year overview of judgment and decision‐making research in accounting

As part of the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of AFAANZ, we consider the breadth of judgment and decision‐making (JDM) experimental research in accounting over that 50‐year period. Our review is divided by decade and between auditing, financial accounting and management accounting. In four major journals, we found 5745 papers between 1970 and 2009, which we consider impressive and strong support for the opportunity to publish in this field. Our aim is to encourage more JDM research from Australians and New Zealanders, and to allow researchers in particular specialisations to get a better understanding of the JDM research in other specialisations.     

2000-2010年我国金融体系脆弱性的分析与测度

基于国家金融信息平台＂新华08＂从2000年到2010年我国金融监管当局和统计部门的数据,结合十年来我国实际经济运行状况和全球经济形势,在前人研究的基础上,本文对影响我国金融体系脆弱性水平的指标进行了选择,并且采用因子分析法做出了定量的测度。结果表明,十年来我国金融体系脆弱性水平有了长足的改善,其中流动性风险逐渐减少,信用风险和外汇风险不断波动。基于此,本文提出相关政策建议：防止突然的流动性反转、严控房地产市场的波动带来的信用风险、提高汇率风险管理水平和管理工具的操作水平以合理配置外汇资产。

Determinants of fruit and vegetable consumption in Malaysia: an ordinal system approach*

We examine the socio‐demographic determinants of fruit and vegetable consumption using household survey data from Malaysia. A bivariate ordered probability model is developed by the copula approach. Results for a system of fruit and vegetable servings per week indicate that education, age, ethnicity, income, location of residence, smoking status and health conditions are significant predictors of fruit and vegetable consumption in Malaysia. Policy implications are suggested.
