谈西方价值澄清德育理论对我国高校德育的启示

我国的高校历来十分重视学生的思想政治工作,有着好的传统和成功的经验。进入新的历史时期,市场经济下形成的思想多元化,带来了传统德育方式与学生受体的新矛盾,直接影响到高校德育的实际效果。为改变这种状况,以开放的胸怀和心态学习借鉴并引入西方的“价值澄清理论”,不仅能充分体现高校德育的新特点、新变化,也必将会给高校德育工作注入新的活力。     

基于乘法合成的层次分析模型的第三方物流企业绩效评价

分析了第三方物流企业绩效评价指标体系建立的必要性和原则,构建了第三方物流企业绩效评价指标体系,提出了基于乘法合成的层次分析方法,并分析了它与传统的层次分析方法应用范围的不同,提高了特定条件下决策的科学性和准确性.用实例证明了基于乘法合成的层次分析方法的可行性.     

邯黄铁路沿线物流园区项目分析

对邯黄铁路经过的邯郸、邢台、衡水以及沧州地区的货运需求进行调研后,指出邯郸、邢台以及沧州地区存在可以经由邯黄铁路运输的较大货运需求,建议建设武安钢铁物流园区、邢台南和物流园区、平乡自行车物流园区和盐山管道物流园区,并对物流园区建设的有利条件进行了说明。     

Estimation and Explanation of Time-Varying Weights in Chinese CPI

The time-varying weights in the Chinese consumer price index (CPI) are estimated using a time-varying coefficient model, which is shown to be useful for testing the CPI’s “weighting biases” and adjustment problem. The empirical results show that China’s CPI has “weighting biases,” in which the time-varying intercept reveals negative adjustment of the CPI. This means that people pay less for food and more for medical care, education, and housing. By comparing the weights between urban CPI and rural CPI, the extended examination suggests a widening income gap between urban and rural households.

Outstanding fundraising practice: how do nonprofits substantively increase their income?

• In this paper, we examine the characteristics of charities that have generated substantive increases in their fundraising income. We interviewed 25 fundraising directors and team members, from organizations experiencing rapid growth, adopting a “decoding the discipline” approach to identify how each organization had overcome key barriers to its success. We identify that fundraising leaders in these exceptional nonprofits focus particularly on matters connected to their team, organizational structures that support that team, and the development of an organization‐wide learning culture. We also find that these teams were successful because of the “systems” way in which they understood and coped with the complexities of decision making. They were exceptional in isolating the right problems and exceptional too in the processes they adopted to solve them.

Benefit and cost analysis of mariculture based on ecosystem services

As a life-supporting system, marine ecosystem provides various services for human being. Based on ecosystem services, we developed a Benifit and Cost Analysis model to balance the conflicts between economic income and environmental loss caused by mariculture activities. This model not only calculates market income of mariculture but also monetizes the positive and negative effects of mariculture activities on ecosystem services. In this model, three indices, the NPV (Net Present Value), BCR (Benefit to Cost Ratio) and RC (Relative Coefficent) with consideration of discount rate, are developed to assess and prioritize the candidate mariculture modes. This Benefit and Cost Analysis model was applied to Sanggou Bay, one typical mariculture bay in China, to identify sustainable mariculture mode. In this paper, we find that benefit and cost analysis based on ecosystem services value provides a convenient and effective tool to compare different exploitation modes of marine ecosystem.     

电子邮件在普通高校大学英语教学中的运用——基于徐州工程学院的实证研究

利用电子邮件辅助英语教学不仅有利于提高学生英语口语表达能力和写作能力,还有助于增强学生跨文化交际能力。通过教学实验,发现电子邮件对普通院校大学英语教学很有意义。     

Influence behaviors and employees’ reactions: An empirical test among six societies based on a transactional–relational contract model

Organizational and task commitment are central drivers of firm performance as they affect employees’ willingness to exert effort for the organization. This paper argues that supervisors who consistently use socio-emotional and supportive influence strategies are likely to enhance subordinates’ immediate commitment to the tasks as well as their psychological attachment to the organization. Drawing on the transactional–relational contracts framework, we develop and empirically examine the effects of supervisors’ influence behaviors on two types of commitment. Data collected from 1150 respondents from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Germany, United States and Brazil provided support for the positive relationship between the persuasive influence strategy and both immediate task and organizational commitment. Exploratory analyses of the cultural differences in our sample reveal differences in assertive and relationship-based individual tactics. We thus identified potentially universally endorsed as well as culturally contingent influence tactics in predicting the two types of commitment.     

试论新债务重组

2000年12月财政部对《企业会计准则一债务重组》进行了修订,修订后的新准则在债务重组的定义、方式、债权人和债务人的会计处理等方面都有较大的变化。新的债务重组准则极大地规范了企业的债务重组行为,防止了企业借债务重组操纵利润,粉饰会计报表。但在执行过程申还存在一些问题,建议对新准则进行相应的修改。
