国家级新区绿色增长能力提升路径研究

随着资源短缺与环境污染问题的日趋严重,绿色增长已成为了中国经济实现可持续发展的战略选择。国家级新区是我国战略的重要保障基地,其绿色增长能力的培育是实现国家绿色发展的重要途径之一。文章通过对绿色增长相关文献的分析,在对绿色增长能力内涵进行界定的基础上,结合国家级新区的典型特征,从政府、市场与企业三个层面识别了影响绿色增长能力的重要要素,并基于此提出了国家级新区绿色增长能力提升路径,即以政府与市场为双重驱动,以企业为核心,通过激活企业的绿色转型意识,推动企业绿色增长的培育行为,进而促进国家级新区整体绿色增长水平的提升。

Surrogate modelling of a detailed farm-level model using deep learning

Technological change co-determines agri-environmental performance and farm structural transformation. Meaningful impact assessment of related policies can be derived from farm-level models that are rich in technology details and environmental indicators, integrated with agent-based models capturing dynamic farm interaction. However, such integration faces considerable challenges affecting model development, debugging and computational demands in application. Surrogate modelling using deep learning techniques can facilitate such integration for simulations with broad regional coverage. We develop surrogates of the farm model FarmDyn using different architectures of neural networks. Our specifically designed evaluation metrics allow practitioners to assess trade-offs among model fit, inference time and data requirements. All tested neural networks achieve a high fit but differ substantially in inference time. The Multilayer Perceptron shows almost top performance in all criteria but saves strongly on inference time compared to a Bi-directional Long Short Term Memory.

政府干预、市场预期与限价房实施——基于广州限价房申购者的问卷分析

本文以广州的限价房实施为例,认为限价房作为政府干预住房的一种方式,主要目的是通过调控使房价稳定在与居民收入水平相适应的合理水平,缓解中等收入自住型的购房压力。这是对市场机制缺陷的弥补而不是取代,重在调节而不是保障,也是既有别于以政府主导为原则的住房保障政策,也有别于以市场调节为主导的其他商品住宅政策。     

《税务会计与纳税筹划》教材教法创新研究

原有《税务会计与纳税筹划》教材的内容和结构体系比较单薄,不能适用培养学生的创新能力和解决问题能力的要求。因此我们整合了原有知识内容,打破学科界限,把相关学科知识有机结合和综合运用,从税务理论角度重点突出提高学生的综合素养;从纳税筹划实务的角度重点突出对学生能力的培养。在教学中树立以学生为本的理念,将学生的知识学习与能力培养有机结合;将学生的被动学习转化为主动学习。     

How can corporate social responsibility activities create value for stakeholders? A systematic review

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities have the potential to create stronger relationships between firms and stakeholders. Although marketing researchers have studied the impacts of CSR activities on stakeholder responses, the CSR activities and outcomes measured have been varied and inconsistent. In this article we (a) review the extant literature to outline which CSR activities and outcomes have been included in previous research; (b) synthesize the means by which CSR activities can add value for consumers and how these have been represented in CSR literature, and; (c) present a research agenda for future research to allow greater consistency among CSR researchers.     

小麦A淀粉酯化淀粉的制备

实验室马丁法提取小麦A淀粉,以乙酸乙烯酯为酯化剂制备A淀粉酯化淀粉。以反应取代度为指标,研究了各反应因素如酯化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、反应PH值对取代度的影响。结果表明,制备低取代度A淀粉酯化淀粉最佳条件为反应pH值10,反应温度25℃,反应时间0.5h,酯化剂用量25%。     

Reflexivity,stress, and unlearning in the new product development team: the moderating effect of procedural justice

The success of new product development (NPD) depends on a team's abilities to integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competences and the flexibility to address rapidly changing environments. To develop innovative products it is desirable that these processes should not be constrained by current beliefs and routines. NPD teams therefore need to engage in an unlearning process to overcome any resistance to new ideas and to facilitate a fresh approach. The paper recognizes that the controlled experience of stress plays a part in unlearning (e.g., confusion about technology or market change can encourage changes) and argues that teams should systematically reflect on the progress they are making in projects and in unlearning. The fairness of procedures used by the management moderates the proposed relationships. Two hundred and ninety eight team members and 77 NPD team leaders participated in the study. The results indicate that team reflexivity positively influences unlearning and product innovation, while team stress has a negative effect. The perceived fairness of management procedures strengthens the positive effects of team reflexivity on unlearning and product innovation, and reduces negative effect of team stress.
