浅谈中医阴阳教学的心得体会

通过查阅古今相关资料,并结合本人在教学中的深刻体会,为了将抽象的阴阳哲学形象化,以便于更好地认识阴阳,现将阴阳哲学的形成沿革及形象现实例证加以整理,以期感兴趣者进行交流,不当之处还请读者帮忙指正。     

乡村振兴战略下农村养老困境与对策探究

社会主义现代化国家建设,农村发展是重点.为促进农村发展,国家提出乡村振兴战略.在此战略基础上,结合农村内外资源,抓住机遇.面对农村老人自我供养能力不足、养老主体缺失和养老资源不足的困境,针对性提出优化资源,提高供养能力、构建多层次的养老体系、建立互联网+养老模式的对策.力求农村老人在自己和家庭、国家各养老主体帮扶下,能体面、幸福、安稳的享受老年生活.

Revenge Exacerbates the Effects of Interpersonal Problems on Mentors’ Emotional Exhaustion and Work‐Family Conflict: A Self‐Defeating Perspective

Drawing on conservation of resources theory, this study examined the link between negative mentoring experiences (i.e., interpersonal problems) perceived by mentors and their work‐family conflict (WFC) by focusing on the mediating role of emotional exhaustion and the moderating role of revenge. The results of a field survey of 187 mentors in China supported all of our hypotheses, indicating that interpersonal problems perceived by mentors were positively related to their WFC. This relationship was also found to be mediated by the mentors’ emotional exhaustion. In addition, revenge against protégés was found to moderate the main effect of interpersonal problems on emotional exhaustion and the indirect effect of interpersonal problems on WFC. Specifically, revenge exacerbated the positive relationship between interpersonal problems and emotional exhaustion. Further, emotional exhaustion mediated the indirect effect of interpersonal problems on WFC when the level of revenge was high, but not when it was low. The findings of this study provide insightful theoretical contributions and managerial implications that indicate new directions for research related to mentoring and work‐family relationships. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

培育新农村经济开发的领导者——农业企业家

农业企业化经营既是社会主义市场经济体制的要求,也是农业现代化和家庭联产承包责任制发展的一种必然结果。农业企业家是农业企业的核心人物,是新农村经济开发的领导者。文章提出了农业企业家培育机制模型,并系统提出相应对策主张。     

中小企业内部控制存在的问题及对策

从当前实际看,许多中小企业的内部控制问题非常突出,进而影响了中小企业的经济效益,阻碍了中小企业的发展。加强内部控制的有效实施无疑会促使企业生产管理登上一个新台阶,促进企业经营流程的合理化和正规化。     

Robust estimation for structural spurious regressions and a Hausman-type cointegration test

This paper analyzes an approach to correcting spurious regressions involving unit-root nonstationary variables by generalized least squares (GLS) using asymptotic theory. This analysis leads to a new robust estimator and a new test for dynamic regressions. The robust estimator is consistent for structural parameters not just when the regression error is stationary but also when it is unit-root nonstationary under certain conditions. We also develop a Hausman-type test for the null hypothesis of cointegration for dynamic ordinary least squares (OLS) estimation. We demonstrate our estimation and testing methods in three applications: (i) long-run money demand in the U.S., (ii) output convergence among industrial and developing countries, and (iii) purchasing power parity (PPP) for traded and non-traded goods.     

破解困扰“中国制造”升级的“生产性服务业发展悖论”的经验研究

研究目标:面对美国、英国、德国先进制造业快速发展,“中国制造2025”进程还要加快,需找到破解阻碍“中国制造”升级的“生产性服务业发展悖论”的路径。研究方法：结合投入产出法和虚拟变量最小二乘法进行经验研究。研究发现：我国要合理引导进口批发零售业、金融业和交通运输仓储业进入制造业产业链;针对生产性服务国内投入,要加快研究与试验发展业、综合技术服务业更快融入制造业产业链;要结合地区特色优势产业打造民族品牌。研究创新：验证了“生产性服务业发展悖论”,并通过引入产业链与生产性服务交互项有效破解了悖论。研究价值：为打破地区边界,构建产业链条的破解路径提供经验证据。     

对某航空企业文化管理咨询的初探

为使某航空不同依靠出色的企业文化构建核心竞争力,通过全面细致的资料收集与调研,对核心价值观进行梳理、提炼,针对弱项维度进行诊断,完善化系统设计企业文化,以期实现企业文化再造。     

基于三生协调的乡镇级国土空间规划实践探究——以沈北新区黄家街道为例

当前正值国土空间规划体系构建的特殊过渡时期,本文充分认识新时代下国土空间改革对乡镇层面国土空间规划提出的新任务新要求,以沈北新区黄家街道为先行,立足三生协调发展思想,率先探索乡镇级国土空间规划编制技术新路径,以期为量大面广的乡镇级国土空间规划编制提供一定的范式借鉴.
