光杆卡的标准化问题应引起充分重视

通过对油田普遍延用的卡瓦式光杆卡缺陷分析，论述了贯彻执行新标准SY／T5029的必要性。介绍了按新标准研制“无压痕标准光杆卡”的过程和应用价值。并对新标准中的缺点提出了改进建议。     

Promoting innovation through the accumulation of intellectual capital, social capital, and entrepreneurial orientation

This study attempts to explore how a firm's operational mode can reinforce the advantages of intellectual capital on innovation. Specifically, the main purpose of this study is to develop a comprehensive research model to integrate the interrelationships among social capital, entrepreneurial orientation, intellectual capital, and innovation. In addition to identifying the influences of intellectual capital on innovation, this study focuses in particular on the mediating effect of intellectual capital and the moderating effects of social capital and entrepreneurial orientation on innovation, which have largely been neglected in previous literature. The results support the mediating role of intellectual capital and the moderating roles of entrepreneurial orientation and social capital on innovation. Specifically, firms that have higher levels of social capital and entrepreneurial orientation tend to amplify the effects of intellectual capital on innovation.

利用废催化剂铝渣研制水处理剂

以废催化剂铝渣为基本含铝原料,采用低渣合成二步法制造聚合氯化铝,采用浮动配比技术确保产品质量。在制造过程中,废渣中所含有机物因发生气化、聚合等物理或化学变化而得到分离。液体聚合氯化铝产品中三氧化二铝的质量分数大于10％,盐基度为40％～90％,液体聚合氯化铝（1％）的pH为3．5～5．0,密度大于1．15g／cm^3,达到国家相关标准要求。

俄罗斯国内天然气价格实施政府定价机制,价格水平较低.俄政府从2006年开始以市场原则为基础开展天然气价格改革,开放电子交易平台,允许少量的天然气自由贸易;设定价格范围,允许新增供应天然气的价格浮动;制订新的天然气价格公式,实施国内与国外销售同等收益的原则.俄国内天然气价格的快速提升将使中国和俄罗斯的天然气价格谈判更加困难.

本文将技术创新战略看作是企业发展战略的一部分,结合企业战略管理的一些理论和方法,在分析企业不同发展阶段和企业现有技术创新能力强弱的基础上,建立一套技术创新战略的选择体系,以便企业在开展技术创新活动时,量体裁衣,选择适当的技术创新战略。     

《抽油泵及其组件规范》采标的滞后问题

通过对2001年版API Spec 11AX《抽油泵及其组件规范》的研究分析，指出了新版标准的先进性、科学性和合理性，阐明GB／T18607—2001：API Spec 11AX(1996)《抽油泵及其组件规范》在采标中存在滞后问题。     

低渗透油藏合理注采技术政策研究——以西峰油田合水区块长3油藏为例

低渗透油藏注采技术政策的匹配性关系到油田开发及稳产形势,庄73区块为西峰油田合水区块的重点开发区之一,部分井组因注采技术执行不到位出现含水上升快、递减快及地层压力保持水平低的"两高一低"情况。通过理论研究来评价该区块注采技术政策的匹配性,并提出了相应的技术指标调整建议。     

水平井完井技术在长北气田的应用

水平井钻完井技术在提高天然气采收率等方面具有明显的优势。通过介绍长北合作区双分支水平井完井管柱、井下工具、工具下深、完井质量检验等技术的应用,得到水平井完井技术在长北气田的成功应用。为生产任务的完成提供了强有力的技术支持和安全保障。     

Leaders’ social ties, knowledge acquisition capability and firm competitive advantage

Drawing on the relational and knowledge-based views of competitive advantage, this study links leaders?? social ties and knowledge acquisition capability to competitive advantage of a firm. Specifically, it posits that leaders?? business ties and government ties have differential effects on firm competitive advantage. It further posits that the effect of leaders?? business ties on firm competitive advantage will be positively moderated by knowledge acquisition capability, and the effect of leaders?? government ties on firm competitive advantage will be negatively moderated by knowledge acquisition capability. The hypotheses are tested based on a survey of 386 firms in China. The results provide support for the hypotheses.
