行动导向教学法在《饮料加工技术》课程中的应用

本文主要分析行动导向教学法在《饮料加工技术》课程中的实施流程及注意事项,并总结应用行动导向教学法的体会。行动导向教学法能有效促进学生的实践技能及综合职业能力的培养,是一种能体现以学生为中心的课程改革模式。     

高校经费来源结构与财务风险问题研究

本文在概述高校经费来源渠道与结构的基础上,阐述分析了高等院校财务风险的种类与形成过程,进一步从内部与外部两个方面提出了防范应对高校财务风险的方法与建议,在优化高校资金来源结构的同时分化财务风险。     

Fund selection,style allocation,and active management abilities: Evidence from funds of hedge funds’ holdings

This study examines whether funds of hedge funds (FOHFs) provide superior before-fee performance through managers’ fund selection, style allocation, and active management abilities. Using reported holdings of Securities and Exchange Commission–registered FOHFs, we find that FOHF managers have fund selection abilities, as hedge funds held by FOHFs outperform their style indices and over half of the individual hedge funds in the Lipper Trading Advisor Selection System (TASS) database. We also find that FOHF managers add value through active management of FOHFs’ holdings, while evidence on their style allocation abilities is mixed. Our findings suggest that FOHFs generate superior before-fee performance and that FOHF managers’ skillset is broader than previously documented. Thus, our study helps explain why FOHFs continue to survive and suggests that FOHF fee structure reform merits consideration.

目前国际金融中心格局发生了重大变化,国际金融中心之间的竞争更为激烈。各金融中心所处位置发生了较大变化,高层级与底层级国际金融中心之间的差距有所拉大,亚洲地区金融中心的竞争力逐步提高。各国际金融中心提高竞争力的经验有所差异,但主要包括放松管制、金融创新、金融基建与政府推动。     

Online Survey Data Quality and Its Implication for Willingness‐to‐Pay: A Cross‐Country Comparison

Using online surveys to elicit consumer preference is gaining popularity because of several advantages offered by this method. Past research mainly focuses on the comparison between online surveys and other survey modes. Few have explored methods of using online survey tools to improve data quality for consumer willingness‐to‐pay (WTP) estimates. This article determines the impact of using a validation question (VQ) approach that asked survey respondents to select a particular answer on improving online survey data quality across six countries. Results show that survey data quality is a common problem in online surveys across countries and the severity of this problem differs significantly. Using VQs might detect the respondents who are less careful in answering survey questions, thus providing less reliable answers. The econometric models for respondents who correctly answer VQs (pass VQs) perform significantly better than the models for respondents who incorrectly answer VQs (fail VQs). The WTP estimates for respondents who pass and fail VQs differ significantly; and in general the WTP estimates for respondents passing VQs have smaller variances than those for all respondents and for respondents failing VQs.     

Chinese tourists' views of nature and natural landscape interpretation: a generational perspective

This study investigates Chinese tourists’ views of nature, interest in animal experiences and their preferred natural landscape interpretation content from a generational perspective. Eight hundred and eight self-administered questionnaires were collected at Wulingyuan, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, in China. It suggests that overall Chinese traditional cultural values and beliefs, notably the thinking of tian ren he yi (oneness of nature with humans), still have considerable impacts on Chinese tourists. They were found to have a strong sense of connection with nature and a preference for cultural interpretations of natural landscapes. Meanwhile, Chinese might be reaching a point of convergence in terms of attitude towards nature and animals with their Western counterparts, as reflected by their weak anthropocentric view, and strong ethical and aesthetic appreciation of animals, regardless of generation cohorts. Yet, the study shows significant generational gaps: older generations have a stronger connection with nature, are more concerned about environmental issues and show more support for the Western approach towards nature protection; the younger generations hold weaker anthropocentrism, and are more interested in animals, yet are less likely to learn about nature through tourism interpretation.     

Changes in tourists’ perception of well-being based on their use of emotion regulation strategies during vacation

ABSTRACT

Based on the theoretical foundation of emotion regulation, this exploratory study aimed to examine changes in tourists’ perceived well-being and to determine whether these changes were due to use of emotion regulation strategies (ERSs) during their vacation. This study used travel diaries to record tourists’ use of ERSs on a daily basis, and also measured tourists’ perceived well-being one day before and after their vacation. Results indicated that tourists had significantly higher perceptions of well-being after vacation, and those who used ERSs were more likely to indicate a higher sense of well-being after vacation. The results provide new insight into which aspects of tourists’ subjective and psychological well-being can be boosted by taking vacations and how these aspects may be enhanced by using different ERSs.     

基于云重心Shapley值的供应链融资联盟收益分配研究

针对Shapley值法在供应链融资联盟收益分配过程中分配因素考虑不全以及各分配因素随机性和模糊性强的缺点,本文利用云重心法修正Shapley值的收益分配。根据供应链融资联盟收益分配的主要影响因素,在传统的Shapley值法的基础上引入了风险系数、投入成本、努力程度以及信息对称水平4个分配修正因子,弥补了影响因素的缺失,并利用云重心法计算各联盟企业的收益修正值,云重心法能够解决定性指标和定量指标之间的模糊性转换,极大克服了Shapley值法自身的局限性。算例对比结果发现,改进的Shapley值法能更加合理的分配收益,有利于维持供应链融资联盟的稳定。

世界风云多变幻，旅游业一直在变化中调整。进入21世纪以来，全球国际旅游业的格局发生了重大变化，亚太地区跃居世界第二，欧洲、亚太地区和美洲三足鼎立的局势真正确立。更值得注意的是，全球旅游发展的亮点在东方，世界旅游的增长主要在亚太地区，亚太地区的增长集中体现在东亚，而东亚的旅游领军者是中国。中国旅游的发展举世瞩目，中国旅游业也正面临着重大变革。
