美国是一个典型的由精英阶层主导的国家,而精英大都又是形形色色举足轻重的集团首脑或国家机构中核心职位的占据者,尤其是那些巨型商业集团的领导者.     

试论财经院校科研管理工作在科研促进教学中的特殊重要作用

科研与教学是现代社会高等院校的两项主要工作,有关科研与教学关系的一般性研究也已十分充分,但对不同类型高校科学研究特殊性教学作用方面的研究尚待完善.本文试图从财经类院校角度,分析撰写科研论文、编著专业教科书、出版学术专著、举办学术研讨会和讲座及从事科研项目等工作对提高教学质量的作用,并阐述在上述科研活动中科研管理部门可以发挥的作用.

浅析行政事业单位固定资产管理存在的问题及对策

2019年实施新政府会计制度,固定资产的管理变得更为重要,但是行政事业单位在固定资产管理中还存在诸多问题。为推进节约型政府、有效利用公共资金、增强国有资产保值增值,笔者从固定资产采购、日常管理、资产清查、资产处置等几个方面进行了分析,并从制度建设、信息化建设、人员培养、资产管理纳入绩效考核等方面提出了相关建议,希望能规范行政事业单位的固定资产管理,提高固定资产的使用效率。     

Examining export trade and corporate innovation: A multiphase difference-in-differences method

Using a multiphase difference-in-differences model, this study investigates the relationship between export trade and the corporate technological innovation of listed companies. It reveals that engaging in export trade increases corporate innovation input and output. In terms of patent output, export trade greatly promotes the output of invention patents and utility model patents with a high technological content. These conclusions remain valid after a series of robustness and endogeneity tests. Regarding the mechanisms of the observed relationships, export trade stimulates corporate technological innovation mainly by realizing economies of scale and increasing risk-taking. The positive correlation between export trade and corporate technological innovation is strongest among state-owned enterprises, non-high-tech enterprises, enterprises based in central and eastern China, enterprises engaged in general trade, and enterprises exporting to developed economies. Given the growing trade frictions ongoing at the time of writing, the conclusions of this study provide vital practical guidance and empirical evidence for a national strategy of innovation-driven development.     

金融腐败治理与金融风险防控

金融腐败与金融风险是交织在一起的,金融反腐是维护金融安全的重要一环.从经济学的角度看,金融腐败就是金融机构和金融监管部门人员利用公共权力谋取个人利益.它建立在对稀缺资源配置权的基础之上.对"经济人"来说,是遵纪守法还是违法乱纪,往往会根据成本与收益进行权衡.从防范金融风险的角度来看,金融腐败的传染性非常强,会极大扰乱金融市场秩序,且具有链条化特征,容易沿着业务链条进行传染,扩大其危害性,扰乱市场秩序,最后引发系统性金融风险.充分认识金融腐败的本质及其背后的经济学原理,使金融腐败的成本远超收益,是抑制金融腐败的应有之道.     

Understanding knowledge workers’ job performance: a perspective of online and offline communication networks

Optimal communication networks allow the knowledge workers to get high job performance. As knowledge workers are increasingly relying on the online interaction, it is important to understand how online and offline communication networks respectively enhance job performance. An empirical study is performed using data collected from 103 knowledge workers in a high-tech company. The results show that job performance of knowledge workers is positively influenced by online communication network properties and negatively influenced by offline communication network properties. The positions of knowledge workers within the offline whole communication network negatively moderate the above effects, such that the relationships between job performance and communication network properties are weaker when a knowledge worker occupies a central position. Theoretical contributions and practical implications are discussed.     

自我监控人格对创新绩效的影响:基于社会信息处理理论

中国文化背景下,人们更容易表现出高自我监控特征,但目前对自我监控人格与创新绩效的研究还相对不足.基于社会信息处理理论,采用25家企业441个员工的调研数据,探究自我监控人格对创新绩效的影响机制.研究结果表明,自我监控人格对创新绩效存在显著驱动作用;组织创新氛围感知、员工个体创造力以"串联"结构在自我监控人格与创新绩效的关系间发挥链式中介作用.上述发现扩展了自我监控人格与创新绩效间作用路径,为企业管理人员正视员工自我监控人格以促进员工创新绩效提供了一定启示.
