韩国存款保险制度发展的经验及启示

韩国存款保险制度既融汇了美国等国家先进的制度理念,又积累了危机的实践经验,已经处于世界先进水平。本文通过对韩国存款保险制度建立的背景、发展历程和设计特征进行研究和探讨,为我国存款保险制度的建立提供参考。     

关于中介行业自律管理的思考

自律一词源于伦理学,是指主体不借助外在的要求或力量的自觉的道德意识和实践,是相对于他律、外在约束而言.中介行业的自律,主要是相对于政府管理而言的一种管理体系.在经济发达的国家,中介行业大多采用自律管理模式,只有当中介行业存在问题,并对公众利益构成威胁时,政府才会介入.     

Sub-Replication and Replenishing Premium: Efficient Pricing of Multi-State Lookbacks

The direct valuation procedure of performing discounted expectation to obtain the prices of multi-state lookback options may lead to insurmountable complexity and numerical difficulties. The computation may require numerical differentiation of the joint distribution function of the extremum values, then followed by numerical integration over a semi-infinite domain. In this paper, we illustrate the use of an alternative approach that significantly simplifies the calculations of multi-state lookback option prices. The financial intuition behind the new approach involves the choice of a sub-replicating portfolio and the adoption of the corresponding replenishing strategy to achieve the subsequent full replication of the derivative. The replenishing premium is obtained by performing the integration of an appropriate distribution function over the range of asset price within which under replication occurs. The sub-replication and replenishment procedures may be utilized as hedging strategies for the lookback options. The pricing and hedging properties of multi-state lookback options are also discussed. 我国生猪价格保险可行性分析与方案设计要点

生猪价格风险的系统性和非完全随机性特点,使得生猪价格保险的实施遇到很大挑战,但这并不意味着生猪价格风险不可保,通过建立政府保费补贴和巨灾风险分散制度以及科学设计保险产品等一系列制度和技术创新,能够使传统不可保的生猪价格风险转变为可保风险。生猪价格保险相对于传统市场风险管理工具具有很多优势,在我国具有很好的发展潜力。我国生猪价格指数保险方案设计的关键在于保险赔付指标、保障价格、保险期限、保险金额和赔付等要素的设计。     

Long-run equilibrium, short-term adjustment, and spillover effects across Chinese segmented stock markets and the Hong Kong stock market

This paper adopts a novel FIVECM-BEKK GARCH approach to examine the bilateral relationships among the A-share and B-share stock markets in China and the Hong Kong stock market. The evidence shows that these stock markets are fractionally cointegrated. Analyses of the spillover effects across these markets indicate that the A-share markets are most influential. The relaxation of government restrictions on the purchase of B shares by domestic residents accelerates the market integration process of A-share markets with the B-share and Hong Kong markets. The effects of the Asian crisis on the stock-return dynamic correlations vary across these markets.     

多渠道实现高校融资规模效益研究

1999年我国高校开始扩招以来，高校为了实现规模的扩大开始大量举债。极度扩张之后，高校贷款后遗症随后出现，经费有限，贷款期限短，无法短期还贷，光靠扩张规模已经不符合新时期高等教育发展的要求。要转变高校发展理念，重人才培养而不是重规模。实现适度融资规模效应，以往依靠商业银行贷款的方式则要转向政府、高校、社会三方的共同努力得以实现。
