浅谈企业职工家属的户籍管理工作

企业职工家属的户籍管理与企业职工不同,在管理的过程中应该区别对待,从以人为本的角度出发。同时,在管理的过程中,我们发现现有的管理制度存在着一定的问题,主要是管理的有效性不高,本文就如何提高职工家属户籍管理效率这一问题展开论述,希望能够对今后的工作有所推动。     

Properties and estimation of asymmetric exponential power distribution

The new distribution class, Asymmetric Exponential Power Distribution (AEPD), proposed in this paper generalizes the class of Skewed Exponential Power Distributions (SEPD) in a way that in addition to skewness introduces different decay rates of density in the left and right tails. Our parametrization provides an interpretable role for each parameter. We derive moments and moment-based measures: skewness, kurtosis, expected shortfall. It is demonstrated that a maximum entropy property holds for the AEPD distributions. We establish consistency, asymptotic normality and efficiency of the maximum likelihood estimators over a large part of the parameter space by dealing with the problems created by non-smooth likelihood function and derive explicit analytical expressions of the asymptotic covariance matrix; where the results apply to the SEPD class they enlarge on the current literature. Also we give a convenient stochastic representation of the distribution; our Monte Carlo study illustrates the theoretical results. We also provide some empirical evidence for the usefulness of employing AEPD errors in GARCH type models for predicting downside market risk of financial assets.     

完善地方政府金融管理体制研究

地方政府金融管理体制是我国金融体制的重要组成部分。目前我国地方政府金融管理实践中还存在着重复监管、监管盲区、责权不对等、职能混淆等问题,基于对当前地方政府金融管理体制缺损主要原因的分析,借鉴国外经验及寻求理论指导,本文建议从中央地方政府统分结合、金融发展与风险防范关系、需求角度及基础性制度安排等方面入手,逐步完善地方政府金融管理体制。     

2000年我国原油进口首破七千万吨原因分析及其思考

2000年我国原油进口量创记录地达到7013．4万吨，较1999年增加了91．5％，造成进口量猛增的原因，一是国民经济增长加快，拉动内需增加，二是国内原油产量增长有限而出口量增多，三是成品油进口量减少而出口量增加，四是在油价下落，需求减少的情况下，原油进口量和炼厂加工量未能及时调减，石油消费和进口石油的快速增长呼唤尽快建立符合我国国情的石油安全体系，呼唤全社会重视并大力推动节能，调整不合理的能源结构，这是一个复杂的系统工程，需要综合治理，采取切实有效的措施并认真加以贯彻落实，此外，适应市场经济的经营运作规律，抓好市场预测，根据市场的变化搞好原油进口，炼厂加工，成品油销售和库存等环节的衔接和协调，也是我们必须尽快掌握的一种管理技巧。     

不确定性、财务状态与财务行为

本文认为不确定性是主观和客观的不同状态,风险是主观认识偏离客观状态的结果。财务的功能就在于如何正确分析、识别财务状态,相机选择财务行为,使财务行为与财务状态保持动态协调一致,以保持财务政策的时间一致性。     

股权投资项目经济评价方法探讨

《建设项目经济评价方法与参数》规定的股权投资项目经济评价方法,在实际应用时存在两个问题:一是同一项目在其他条件完全相同的情况下,合资方式与独资相比,投资者收益大幅下降;二是合作项目无法使用规定的方法。目前用于股权投资项目的经济评价方法,其评价结果不能反映股权投资者的真实效益,可能导致决策失误。产生问题的原因是股权投资的评价方法与项目及资本金的评价方法不一致。对于同股同权项目,没有必要重新计算各投资方的效益指标,可根据资本金现金流量表直接计算各投资方的效益。合作项目投资方效益的计算,只能依据合同约定进行,没有统一的计算方法和格式。对于股权收购项目,经济评价方法应根据收购方式不同而不同。     

Competing with complementors: An empirical look at Amazon.com

Research Summary : Platform owners sometimes enter complementors' product spaces and compete against them. Using data from Amazon.com to study Amazon's entry pattern into third‐party sellers' product spaces, we find that Amazon is more likely to target successful product spaces. We also find that Amazon is less likely to enter product spaces that require greater seller efforts to grow, suggesting that complementors' platform‐specific investments influence platform owners' entry decisions. While Amazon's entry discourages affected third‐party sellers from subsequently pursuing growth on the platform, it increases product demand and reduces shipping costs for consumers. We consider the implications of these findings for complementors in platform‐based markets. Managerial Summary : Platform owners can exert considerable influence over their complementors' welfare. Many complementors with successful products are pushed out of markets because platform owners enter their product spaces and compete directly with them. To mitigate such risks, complementors could build their businesses by aggregating nonblockbuster products or focusing on products requiring significant platform‐specific investments to grow. They should also develop capabilities in new product discovery so that they could continually bring innovative products to their platforms.     

企业技术创新与企业经济绩效关系的探析

本文以总资产收益率和净资产收益率作为反映企业经济绩效的因变量,以研发密度、技术人员比率、资本支出率和专利作为反映企业技术创新的自变量,同时选用控制变量资产负债率（Debt）和企业规模（Size）进行回归估计,得出如下结论：企业研发密度、企业技术人员比率、专利授权数均与企业经济绩效之间存在正相关关系,资本支出率与企业经济绩效之间存在负相关关系。     

如何规范项目工程质量监督档案管理工作

按《石油天然气建设工程质量监督工作程序》,分析了不同监督阶段应形成的档案资料内容及要求;结合西气东输冀宁管道工程质量监督档案整理工作实践,提出了完善石油专业监督档案规定、注重监督工作质量、完善审核制度、通过培训增强监督档案工作质量意识等建议。
