The Performance of Service Industries in Canada: A Real Value Analysis

The performance of service industries in Canada has been lower than that of good industries over the last four decades, with noticeable exceptions such as for railways and telecommunication carriers. Service industries were less economically (and technically) efficient in that they generated less output value (quantity) per hour worked (level and growth) or per combined unit of labour and capital (multifactor productivity growth) than good industries. The relative output price of services declined slightly over time compared with goods. At the disaggregated level, changing relative output prices were substantial and proved to be an important factor explaining the relative satisfactory economic performance of many service industries despite their low technical performance. Nevertheless, the output share of service industries increased over that period, sustained, mainly, by the growing recourse of all firms to outsourcing of services.

美国一家规模较小、经营内容与其他竞争对手雷同的银行，尽管内部人员从上到下工作都很努力，但整体经营情况却很是一般。一次该银行在其汽车贷款业务中，发现了一个因为内部流程改变而产生的一项竞争优势——即以24小时完成现在竞争对手48小时才能完成的汽车贷款手续。     

汉诺坝玄武岩中麻粒岩捕虏体的发现

近十余年来,中外地质学家对我国河北西北部的汉诺坝玄武岩及其深源包体进行了广泛深入的研究,发现了种类繁多的上地幔岩石捕虏体,发表了不少专著和论文,但有关麻粒岩捕虏体的报导,迄今为止尚未见到。本文作者经过三年的努力,在汉诺坝玄武岩中发现了五类八种麻粒岩捕虏体,其中包括石榴辉石麻粒岩、斜长石榴辉石麻粒岩、斜长单辉麻粒岩、斜长二辉麻粒岩、石榴钾长石英麻粒岩、石榴斜长石英麻粒岩、辉石二长麻粒岩、辉石钾长麻粒岩。初步研究表明这些麻粒岩大部分是在下地壳环境下形成的,它们具有麻粒岩矿物组合和结构构造特征,但又不完全类同于古老高级变质地体中的麻粒岩。     

汇率变动、市场份额与中国纺织品服装出口竞争力

本文选取中国纺织品服装出口的主要海外市场——美国作为研究范围,将韩国、印度和巴基斯坦分别作为中国棉纱、棉机织物和服装成衣类纺织品出口的主要竞争对手,探讨在人民币实际有效汇率波动和贸易争端引起的市场份额不稳定的情况下,以上三类产品国际竞争力的不同表现及人民币实际有效汇率波动对中国以上三类产品价格的传递系数。研究结果显示:汇率变动对服装类和棉纱类出口价格影响具有完全传递性。导致汇率波动的压力直接传递到出口产品价格上;中国相对较高的市场份额对产品价格的积极影响力并不太大,而贸易争端导致的市场份额不稳定对以上三类纺织品的国际竞争力造成了不同程度的影响。

OECD国家企业年金基金监管模式及其对我国的启示

企业年金的发展已经有了100多年的历史,已成为社会保障体系的一个重要组成部分。本文从总结OECD国家的监管经验,对审慎性模式和定量限制模式进行比较出发,分析我国企业年金监管的内在动因,结合我国的具体国情,确定我国应当采用何种监管模式,保证企业年金的安全性和收益性。     

The effects of influencer type,regulatory focus,and perceived authenticity on consumers' purchase intention

Companies often use influencers to promote their products, and many celebrities have expanded their activities on social media as influencers. In this work, we classified influencers into celebrity and noncelebrity groups and analyzed how they affect consumers' purchase intention. We also analyzed how psychological variables, such as regulatory focus and perceived authenticity affect this process. We conducted three studies with consumers in China, South Korea, and the United States who participated in each between-subjects experiment. The results showed that people have higher purchase intention for products recommended by noncelebrity influencers than those recommended by celebrity influencers. We also found that regulatory focus moderates the relationship between the influencer type and consumers' purchase intention. Purchase intention for products recommended by noncelebrity influencers were stronger among prevention-focused consumers. However, no significant difference in the effect of influencer type was found among promotion-focused consumers. We found that perceived authenticity mediated this moderating effect. The results of this study provide effective marketing strategies and implications for companies when they use influencers as a tool for marketing activities.     

我国农村环境问题的基本表现与法律对策

与城市环境不断得到重视和改善相比,农村环境在城乡社会经济的不平衡发展中承载了更多的不公平负担,加之农业化学品的应用等原因使农村环境自身纳污能力不断减弱并趋于饱和,逐步呈现出与经济发展呈逆向关系的问题化表现.文章阐述了我国农村环境问题的产生,并对我国农村环境问题的基本表现进行梳理和归纳,分析其产生的原因,最后从法律制度完善的角度提出对策性建议.
