Flive Ministries including the Ministry of Corn-merce, the National Development and Reform Commission （NDRC）, China Customs, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, National Certification and Accreditation Administration jointly promulgated a notice on November 31, 2006, announcing that from March 1, 2007, to conduct the license administration on the export of autos （including passenger cars, commercial cars, chassis and full set of auto parts）.

环保投资、CEO海外经历与企业价值：增值抑或减值?——基于烙印理论视角的分析

作为环境污染主要制造者的微观单元,企业进行环保投资是企业环境保护的重要方式,而作为自负盈亏的经济主体,企业环保投资是否毁损了企业的价值？以2008—2018年上市公司为样本,实证研究发现：企业环保投资与企业价值呈现先下降后上升的U型关系;CEO海外经历对企业环保投资与企业价值的非线性关系有显著调节作用。进一步研究还发现：在高融资约束水平下,CEO海外经历对企业价值的提升作用和对环保投资与企业价值的调节作用更加显著。研究结果拓展了环保投资对企业价值的影响分析,为选聘海外经历高管的现有人力资本管理提供了新的视角     

以价值为核心的元服务模型

抽象出不同服务行业共性特点的元服务是一个多维系统。以往构建的元服务模型只能从某些方面描述元服务,不够全面,无法描述其动态性和主观性。采用本体论和目的论,并结合系统思维的结构-系统范式,提出由5条原则构成的包括分析和描述方法在内的元服务建模方法。基于该方法,构建服务价值实现保障系统模型、价值主张过程模型、价值动态实现过程模型;综合这些模型,得到了一个以价值为核心的元服务模型。该模型是一个描述服务主体、过程路径、价值之间交互的集成模型,能描述元服务的动态性和主观性,可作为多方交流工具、服务设计分析工具和服务创新整合工具,而且为元服务的形式化描述奠定了基础,有利于服务的深入研究。     

政治关联、两权分离与盈余管理——基于中国上市家族企业的实证研究

以2009—2013年家族企业为样本,分析家族企业两权分离度对盈余管理的影响以及政治关联对于家族企业两权分离度和盈余管理关系的调节作用,研究发现：两权分离度越大,家族企业盈余质量越低,盈余管理水平越高;政治关联对于家族企业两权分离度与盈余管理之间的关系起到负向调节作用,存在政治关联的家族企业,两权分离度对盈余管理的作用越弱,企业盈余质量越高。     

企业异质性、人民币汇率变化与中国企业出口

通过建立双向固定效应模型,采用CSMAR数据库的上市公司数据和EIU数据库的宏观数据,分析企业异质性、人民币汇率变化和波动对中国企业出口的影响,并且探讨汇率变化、汇率波动和生产率对企业出口的联合效应。实证结果表明：人民币汇率水平变化对出口有显著的积极影响,而人民币汇率波动对出口则有显著的负向冲击。人民币汇率变化和生产率的交互项系数,以及汇率波动和生产率的交互项系数均不显著,说明上市公司中生产率更高的出口企业在面临汇率变化和汇率波动时并没有表现出明显的优势。
