添加生活垃圾利用陶瓷废料制造陶瓷透水砖的研究

添加生活垃圾利用陶瓷废料,在常规生产工艺下低成本制造高附加值的透水砖,探讨了生活垃圾添加量对砖性能的影响,提高生活垃圾添加量可以提高透水砖的抗折强度和致密度,但降低了砖的透水性能和吸水率。研究表明,生活垃圾在砖坯中起着相反的作用——成孔和熔剂,控制生活垃圾添加量在5%内,对陶瓷透水砖的透水性能影响不大。     

Measuring Socioeconomic Effects When Using Income as Quality of Life Indicator

Abstract . By generalizing Stigler and Becker's idea of maintaining the “capital stock intact,” and incorporating it with other contributions to welfare economic analysis, this paper presents a modified conceptual framework for measuring and adjusting impacts of socioeconomic and environmental factors when income or consumption expenditure is used solely as a quality of life indicator. Such measurements and adjustments are made for differences in public needs and in the process of satisfying these needs. Application of this conceptual framework is illustrated, using statistics on police protection and crime rates.

The effect of repeat restructuring charges on analysts’ forecast revisions and accuracy

The primary objective of this study is to examine the effect of prior restructuring charges on analyst forecast revisions and accuracy. We find evidence that analysts respond differently to first-time restructuring firms than to repeat restructuring firms. Analysts revise their forecasts of both one-year-ahead earnings and five-year long-term growth in earnings more negatively for first-time restructuring firms than for firms with prior charges. When we examine forecast errors in the year subsequent to the restructuring, we find that current charges complicate analysts’ earnings forecast task. We further find that the decline in analyst forecast accuracy is mitigated by prior charges within past two years.

EARNINGS ANNOUNCEMENTS,QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF INFORMATION,AND STOCK PRICE CHANGES

We analyze the informational effect of earnings announcements on stock price changes. Although prior studies postulate that the direction and magnitude of earnings surprises contribute to abnormal stock price changes, we attribute earnings surprises and subsequent stock price changes to the quality and quantity of available information. If a stock is followed by many financial analysts, the amount of information available to investors contributes to higher quality information, which in turn is reflected by a small earnings surprise. Furthermore, we demonstrate that as the quality and quantity of information increase, stock prices adjust more quickly, which sheds additional light on the post-earnings-announcement drift issue. Finally, cross-sectional analysis reveals that the flow of information, as measured by the rate of trading volume changes, and the stock of information, as measured by the number of financial analysts, contributes significantly to the variations in excess returns and return volatility. Traditional variables, such as earnings surprises, earnings reporting lag, and firm size, do not perform well.     

消费者民事公益诉讼的原告主体资格的探讨

传统的诉讼法理论和现行的诉讼法有关规定都主张原告应该与案件有直接利害关系，因而当消费者公共利益和整个商业秩序受到侵害时，公益便陷入了缺乏实际的司法救济状态。为此，笔者认为有必要对原告主体资格进行研究，找出其中存在的问题，并对其进行分析和完善，以期通过原告资格的完善，建立消费者民事公益诉讼制度，更好地保护消费者权益。     

接近香农限的编织卷积码设计与仿真

本文主要阐述了斜纹编织卷积码的编码结构、迭代译码以及活性距离和交织器对其误码性能的影响等基本概念。通过系统仿真,在AWGN信道下发现斜纹编织卷积码的系统性能与系统传输帧长和编码器个数都有很大的联系,其误码性能十分接近香农限,且没有错误地板效应。
