The constraints of Chinese tourists to visit Korea caused by THAAD using Q-methodology

The recent deployment of the THAAD system to South Korea has resulted in complex and controversial issues, particularly in the political, diplomatic, and economic relations between Korea and China [Perlez, J. To minimize its negative impact on international tourism, the underlying psychological mechanisms of Chinese tourists associated with this complex political issue should be determined. As an attempt to resolve the current crisis, this study identified the subjective characteristics of Chinese tourists who cancelled visits to Korea using Q-methodology and classified Chinese tourists’ attitude towards the THAAD issue. Based on respondent’s evaluations on Q-sample statements, four types of Chinese tourists were articulated, namely, patriotism, risk awareness, external dependency, and Lotte sanctions. By delving into tourists’ subjectivity, Q-methodology seems powerful to elicit intrapersonal constraints, which are deeply embedded in an individual’s psychological state. The results showed that the THAAD issue greatly influenced Chinese tourists’ personal values, beliefs, and identities.     

中国人口老龄化变化趋势及完善养老保险体制的研究

本文利用全国人口普查和经常性统计的有关资料,在不同的人口政策目标参数假设下,根据中国人口预测系统（CPPS）和人口生命表对今后45年中国人口老龄化的变化趋势进行了分析和预测。根据预测结果,通过较全面系统地分析中国社会养老保险体制的现状,指出了其存在的问题,特别是在中国人口老龄化快速发展趋势冲击下已经出现及可能出现的问题。在此基础上,提出了几点具有可操作性的改革和完善养老保险体制、退休及人口生育等方面的政策建议。     

相关政策能否营造系统化军民资源拓展空间——基于军民资源政策的实证评价

拓展军民资源是我国破解资源约束、实现结构优化、促进经济社会发展的重大战略举措。基于1978-2021年出台的79份军民资源政策,通过政策文本量化分析,构建基于PMC指数模型的军民资源政策评价指标体系,从政策属性、政策内容、政策理念、政策实施4个维度刻画军民资源政策对军民资源拓展的支撑效果。研究结果显示,不同等级军民资源政策均较好地贯彻了军民资源拓展的指导思想。其中,PMC指数得分较高的军民资源政策场域广阔,能够为更多场景中的军民资源拓展提供空间;PMC指数得分较低的军民资源政策能释放更多的治理资源存量,发挥政策聚焦优势和比较优势,提升军民资源拓展水平。     

基于全球价值链视角的珠三角“民工荒”分析

后金融危机时代,在经历了"农民工"返乡之后,珠三角"民工荒"的再次上演。本文以全球价值链(GVC)治理模式为分析框架,探讨了劳动力需求结构、工资水平、雇佣关系与价值链"低端锁定"的内在联系,研究了珠三角"民工荒"反复上演的成因。本文认为,"民工荒"也是珠三角经济转型和结构升级的新契机。     

Beliefs of and attitudes toward political advertising: An exploratory investigation

The major goals of this study were to identify voters' belief structures about political advertising, develop a scale to measure beliefs, and examine how the identified beliefs are related to overall attitudes toward political advertising. The reliabilities, factor structure, and validity tests indicate that five belief dimensions—information, veracity, cynicism, money politics, and entertainment—have sound and stable properties. The scale demonstrates that voters assess political advertising at the instrumental level (e.g., information, veracity, and entertainment) as well as the institutional level (e.g., cynicism and money politics). The results showed that not all beliefs predicted overall attitudes. Furthermore, the results indicated that political involvement was a significant factor in influencing both beliefs and attitudes. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

资产结构与企业经营绩效的最优化配置研究——以中国纺织机械股份有限公司为例

本文认为,较之资本结构,资产结构的研究更具实际应用价值和普适意义,它们才是创造公司价值和抵御各项风险的源泉。基于此,本文试图从逻辑和实证两个角度评价资产结构与企业绩效之间的关系,并希望通过评价实证结论的相关性程度,来求得各变量之间的函数方程式。在此基础上,本文再分别进行各变量的曲线拟合,试图通过在建立拟合方程模型的基础上,求出其最优资产配置值。     

促进社会公平的公共政策

贫富差距过大是当前我国经济社会中的一个突出问题。在调节收入差距，促进社会公平方面，作为公共政策的财税政策能发挥重要作用。文章在分析目前我国收入差距的基础上，从完善公共财政制度和调整税收政策与制度两个方面论述了这一问题。主要内容包括：调整事权划分，实现基层政府财政的财权、财力与事权相匹配；完善均等化的转移支付制度，加强向中西部地区的转移力度；以公平为导向优化调整税制结构；完善调节个人收入分配的税收体系；推进个人所得税征管制度改革等。

2007年9月27日中央政府出台的《关于加强商业性房地产信贷管理的通知》实质上是国家新一轮产业大调整的开始,开发商对此认识不足,造成十分被动的局面。2008年8月28日中央政府颁布了《金融促进节约集约用地的通知》,第一次使土地管理和金融管理结合到一个文件,表示了政府在房地产领域控制金融风险的决心和力度。开发商应正确领会。
