广东外贸企业应对中美贸易摩擦的主要做法和成功经验

通过对广东及其深圳等地开展国情考察,并借助研究文献等方式,本文总结提出了广东积极应对中美贸易摩擦的四个方面的主要做法和四个方面的成功经验,如抓住问题,认真分析,精准施策,积极应对;坚持统筹兼顾、综合施策的基本原则是有效应对中美贸易摩擦的基本要求等,从而为继续有效应对中美贸易摩擦和及时促进有关地区外贸发展提供了有益借鉴。     

Public bicycle as a feeder mode to rail transit in China: The role of gender,age, income,trip purpose,and bicycle theft experience

A marriage between public bicycle and rail transit presents new opportunities for sustainable transportation in Chinese cities. To examine determinants of public bicycle usage for rail transit access, an intercept survey of feeder mode choice among rail transit users was conducted near rail stations in Nanjing, China. Mode choice models were estimated with five feeder mode alternatives, including car, bus, walk, private bike, and public bike. By differentiating between public and private bicycle modes in the mode choice models, the study reveals the effects of personal demographics, trip characteristics, and station environments on public bicycle usage for rail transit access. Results show that female, older, and low-income rail commuters are less likely to use public bicycle to access rail transit. Rail commuters with bicycle theft experience and making school- or work-related trips are more likely to use public bicycle to access rail transit. Land use variables are largely insignificant in this study except that density shows a positive relationship with walking to rail transit. The results on demographic differences raise equity concerns when it comes to investing in public bicycle systems. Policy implications are discussed for Chinese cities to equitably boost public bicycle integration with rail transit.     

青海地区农业保险保单质押模式的探索——以青海藏区为例

欠发达地区多以农牧业发展为主，农牧民融资问题一直是阻碍这些地区生产发展的一大障碍。针对这种情况，本文提出了以保单质押摸式来解决融资问题。保单质押是以未来预产出的农业产品作为对象进行风险投保，然后通过保单资本化进行抵押贷款的融资方法。这种方法一则解决了抵押物缺乏的融资困境；二则引入了保险机制对农牧业风险进行合理规避，进一步确保了贷出资金的回收能力。与此同时，政府可做好配套工作，促进农业保险保单抵押贷款工作的开展，如此一来，农牧民融资问题可以得到很大程度的解决。     

The Effect of Environmental Corporate Social Responsibility on Environmental Performance and Business Competitiveness: The Mediation of Green Information Technology Capital

With the emergence of environmental sustainability and green business management, increasing demands have been made on businesses in the areas of environmental corporate social responsibility (ECSR). Furthermore, the influence of ECSR on green capital investment, environmental performance, and business competitiveness has also been the subject of attention from enterprises. However, in previous studies, the mediating role of green information technology (IT) capital in the relationship between ECSR, environmental performance, and business competitiveness, has not been investigated by researchers. In order to bridge this gap in the ECSR literature, this study aims to examine the influence of ECSR on green IT capital, and the consequent effect of green IT capital on environmental performance and business competitiveness. Data were collected from 358 companies from the top 1000 manufacturers in Taiwan. The results confirmed that ECSR has significant positive effects on green IT human capital, green IT structural capital, and green IT relational capital. Green IT structural capital and green IT relational capital have positive effects on environmental performance and business competitiveness, and environmental performance has a positive effect on business competitiveness. In addition, green IT structural capital and green IT relational capital have partial mediating effects on ECSR, environmental performance, and business competitiveness. The implications and suggestions for future research are discussed.     

2型糖尿病患者的临床治疗分析

本文通过对2型糖尿病患者采用药物以及综合治疗进行分析,对于提高患者自我护理能力,寻找糖尿病的最佳治疗途径具有重要作用。以期在治疗过程中使2型糖尿病患者对临床表现、病因、治疗方法及并发症等相关知识加深了解。     

高压防爆电磁阀轴销与螺钉断裂原因剖析

通过受力分析、断口分析、化学成分分析及金相检验等方法,从宏观力学及微观机理分析了电磁阀阀杆轴销与螺钉断裂的原因。结果表明,造成轴销断裂的原因是电磁阀关闭不当,螺钉断裂的原因是电磁阀试验过程中螺钉承受较大的轴向载荷。     

论农村闲置宅基地与农房收储的制度构建

农村闲置宅基地与农房收储制度是全面推进乡村振兴背景下盘活利用闲置宅基地与农房的前提和基础.目前,在深化宅基地制度改革中,仅有少数地区进行了探索,尚未形成系统的收储制度.闲置宅基地与农房收储的实践探索主要分为村集体主导和政府主导两种模式.闲置宅基地与农房收储制度应从制定收储指导意见、设置管理模式及机构、明确收储条件和补偿标准、强化收储资金保障、健全收储程序、完善收储监管与责任等方面进行系统构建.闲置宅基地与农房收储后可通过复垦复耕统筹使用,纳入集体经营性建设用地并入市流转,发展休闲农业和乡村旅游产业,兴办厂房、仓储或发展特色产业等路径,激活"沉睡"闲置的宅基地与农房,实现宅基地与农房由资产到资金的蜕变.     

Inferring information from the S&P 500, CBOE VIX,and CBOE SKEW indices

This paper compares the information extracted from the S&P 500, CBOE VIX, and CBOE SKEW indices for the S&P 500 index option pricing. Based on our empirical analysis, VIX is a very informative index for option prices. Whether adding the SKEW or the VIX term structure can improve the option pricing performance depends on the model we choose. Roughly speaking, the VIX term structure is informative for some models, while the SKEW is very noisy and does not contain much important information for option prices. This paper also extends Zhang et al. (2017, J Futures Markets, 37, 211–237) into three typical affine models.     

Does individualistic culture impact operational risk?

Employing a sample of 2,957 operational‐risk events across 31 countries from 1990 to 2011, we find that financial institutions located in countries with higher individualism tend to have higher operational risk. This positive relation is achieved through the risk‐taking channel and the earnings‐management channel. In addition, the magnitude of operational losses is higher in more individualistic countries. The results suggest that individualism serves as an important informal institutional determinant of operational risk in an international context. Endogeneity tests and various robustness checks confirm our findings.
