亚太区域贸易协定的经济增长效应*——基于RTAs数量与质量的对比研究

21世纪以来，亚太地区区域贸易协定（RTA）签署的数量激增，学术界理论与现实出现悖论，引发学者思考各国热衷于建立RTAs背后的原因并探索新的研究方法。本文首次从RTAs数量和质量的影响效应哪个更为重要的视角，将发达国家和发展中国家进行对比分析，深入探究发达国家在新时期推进新一代贸易协定规则的原因。通过比对RTA协议的每一条条款，测算出涉及传统WTO+和新一代WTO-X领域的条款覆盖率和法定承诺率指标来衡量RTA的质量，实证分析得出，签署高质量的区域贸易协定能更有效地推动亚太地区的经济增长和人民福利水平的提高，该影响效应在发达国家中更为明显，而发展中国家受限于执行能力在新一代规则下签订RTA对经济增长的作用不显著。     

The effect of host country Internet infrastructure on foreign expansion of Korean MNCs

This study examines the effect of host country Internet infrastructure on a multinational corporation (MNC) foreign expansion. Using Heckman’s selection model on a sample of 2589 subsidiaries of 487 Korean MNCs between 1990 and 2011, we find that host country Internet infrastructure is important in MNC expansion decisions. In addition, we find that a well-developed Internet infrastructure within a host country leads to more investments from MNCs producing consumer over industrial goods and is more attractive to domestic market followers than market leaders. We find that the host country’s Internet infrastructure is important for an MNC foreign expansion decision, suggesting that efficient communication within an MNC is critical in coordinating globalized MNC subsidiary operations.     

独立学院学生重修管理问题研究

江苏企业“走出去”的模式及财务风险防控研究

随着中国“一带一路”倡议的逐步实施,越来越多的企业开始加入“走出去”的队伍。但是由于不同企业所处行业、资金实力、规模大小、对外投资目的等因素不尽相同,如果选择不恰当的模式往往会导致陷入经营困境。因此本文为江苏“走出去”企业提出相应的财务风险防控措施,旨在促进企业在国际化进程中健康、可持续发展。     

基于主成分分析法的地铁运营关键绩效指标体系研究

目前国内研究尚缺乏一套科学的、系统的、有效的对地铁运营的评价体系.本文以成都地铁为研究对象,采用问卷调研法,将16个初级指标做成问卷让受访者进行打分,之后将数据导入SPSS软件,分析其效度与信度,剔除信度较低的指标,最终获得3个一级指标和15个重要的二级评价指标,并以此构建出一套对地铁运营绩效的评价指标.最后通过对受访者问卷的打分情况,分析出乘客看重哪些因子,并以此向相关部门提出建议.     

The impact of earnings pressure on exploratory innovation

While earnings expectation has been shown to determine a firm’s investment decisions, the knowledge about how such expectation influences a firm’s investment horizon for innovation is still blurred. This study therefore addresses this research issue by examining the relationship between earnings pressure and exploratory innovation while investigating the moderating effects of cross‐rival effect and resource availability. By examining high‐tech industrial firms in S&P 1500 from 2000 to 2012, the results indicate that stock analysts, as information intermediaries between innovation firms and the capital market, impose pressure through earnings forecasts on firms’ exploratory innovation. Our findings also reveal that the earnings pressure‐exploratory innovation relationship can be mitigated when its competitors encounter a higher level of earnings pressure. However, a firm’s financial slack shows less significant association to moderate the earnings pressure‐exploratory innovation relationship. Possible explanations for the results in regard to their theoretical and practical implications are discussed in this study.     

The price of going green: the role of greenness in green bond markets

In this paper, we empirically investigate how greenness information is priced in the green bond market. Our comparison of liquidity-adjusted yield premiums of green bonds versus synthetic conventional bonds indicates that, on average, there is no robust and significant yield premium or discount on green bonds. However, green bonds certified by an external reviewer enjoy a discount of about 6 bps. Furthermore, green bonds that obtain a Climate Bonds Initiative certificate show a discount of around 15 bps. The findings suggest that a universally accepted greenness measure can benefit the development of the green bond market.     

汽轮机密封技术的应用与发展

在汽轮机上有个很重要的部件就是汽封,汽封主要起到密封的作用,其密封能力的好坏影响到蒸汽是否泄露,而蒸汽为汽轮机提供动力,因此其密封性能的高低会影响到汽轮机获得动能的大小。本篇文章就是对汽轮机的密封技术进行探讨。     

转型时期人民当家作主主体自觉性缺失与构建探讨

党的十八大强调夺取中国特色社会主义新胜利,必须坚持人民主体地位。笔者分析了我国转型时期主体自觉性缺失对人民当家作主的制约,提出了通过健全各项民主制度扩大人民当家作主的群众基础、加强法制宣传教育以增强人民依法维权自觉性、建设社会主义核心价值体系提供精神动力和思想保证等措施来构建人民当家作主的主体自觉性。     

长沙服务外包产业政策效应实证研究

文章基于长沙市服务外包产业政策,分析服务外包产业政策效应。假设ITO、BPO、KPO三种服务外包类型具有相关性,设立服务外包产业政策效应理论模型。运用SPSS17.0进行因子分析、方差分析和相关分析,测量不同服务外包类型在各种政策影响下所发挥效应是否存在显著差异,以此对长沙市服务外包产业政策效应假设进行验证,并提出服务外包产业政策发展策略。
