在校期间降低临床医学专业毕业生再培养成本的研究

大学毕业生就业难,尤其是民办医学院校临床医学毕业生就业压力大,医生是非常高专的职业,医学生毕业以后要经过长时间的培训锻炼才能够独立的上岗,这需要耗费所在单位巨大的培养成本,本文对在校期间如何降低临床医学专业毕业生再培养成本进行了初步探讨,并初步总结了本次探讨的成效。     

结构突变会影响人民币汇率收益率波动特征吗?

本文一方面使用多结构突变点方法,检测人民币汇率收益率的均值突变点;另一方面使用修正ICSS算法,检测人民币汇率收益率的方差突变点.将结构突变点引入GARCH族模型的均值和方差方程,对比分析考虑结构突变点前后相关模型的估计参数,进而考察结构突变对人民币汇率波动特征的影响.实证发现,加入结构突变点之后能够有效降低波动的伪持续性,更接近人民币汇率的真实波动规律.     

A dynamic demand analysis of the United States air-passenger service

This study examines the short- and long-run effects of various determinants on the demand for US air passenger-services using the Johansen cointegration analysis and a vector error-correction (VEC) model. Results show that, in the long-run, airfare, disposable income and NASDAQ have significant effects on US air travel demand. The combined short-run dynamic effects of disposable income, NASDAQ, population and airfare jointly explain changes in air passenger-miles. Finally, we find that the 9/11 terrorist attacks drop air passenger demand by 5% during 2001:Q3-2002:Q2, which in turn pushes down the seat capacity by 4%. However, it has little impact on airfare.     

江苏省新型农村合作医疗制度实施现状及完善对策

江苏省结合实际情况,推行新型农村合作医疗制度,形成了自身特色.在推行过程中暴露出一些问题,比如新型农村合作医疗规范依据法律位阶低,监管制度与反馈机制缺失,医疗预防制度缺乏等.完善新型农村合作医疗制度,应当着重于建立医疗预防机制,加强医疗信息化建设,加强宣传和引导,加强对定点医疗机构的监管.     

美国房地产税制对我国房地产税制改革的借鉴

目前,作为新一轮税制改革,房地产税立法被列为税制改革进程而再次成为各方关注的焦点。美国已经建立了较为完善、稳定和成熟的房地产税收制度。从房地产业的可持续健康发展看,借鉴美国成功经验,完善我国的房地产税制改革具有深远的意义。首先探讨和总结了美国房地产税收制度体系的经验,然后对我国目前房地产税改革的问题与难点进行深入剖析,并提出了立足基本国情的房地产税制改革建议。

Australian consumer attitudes to health claim – food product compatibility for functional foods

This study with Australian consumers investigated how appealing different health claims combined with particular food carriers were to Australian consumers, and compared the results of a similar study with Dutch consumers. 149 shoppers considered up to 30 different food concepts, rating how ‘attractive’, ‘believable’, and ‘new and different’ they found each concept and their ‘intention to try’. Each variable was significantly related to intention to try (p < 0.001) and together explained 56% of the intention score. Claims and carriers independently had a significant effect on ratings of attractiveness and intention to try but, unlike the Dutch study, the carrier was a more important predictor of intention to purchase than the claim. Implications for regulation of health claims for food are discussed.     

延迟策略在冷链物流中的应用研究

近年来随着低温产品的逐渐普及,冷链物流引起广泛关注.本文从冷链物流的概念出发,结合冷链物流的特点,着重分析了如何将延迟策略应用于较一般常温物流系统更加复杂的冷链物流系统中,并提出了延迟策略在冷链物流中的具体实现方式.在冷链物流中应用延迟策略既可以降低物流成本、缩短提前期,又能更好地满足顾客的差别化需求,降低不确定性,从而提高整个冷链物流的竞争力.研究表明当前我国冷链物流采用延迟策略是切实可行的.     

Some Preliminary Findings on Hong Kong Business Cycles

This paper presents some preliminary quantitative findings on the characteristics of business cycles in Hong Kong. The recently developed "approximate bandpass filter" is used to extract the fluctuations at business cycle frequencies (8 to 32 quarters) of macroeconomic time series. Based on the filtered time series, the paper identifies the cyclical turning points, describes the pattern of output fluctuations, and examines the co‐movement of various macroeconomic variables.     

试论农业科技发展的规律性

本文从逻辑和历史相结合的角度,论述了农业科技发展作为一个过程所具有的三个方面的规律性,即：①生活资料需求、生产资料需求、生态环境需求和社会文化需求等多样化的社会需求是推动农业科技发展的主要动力;②清除或缓解生产要素配置中的“瓶颈”制约,是农业科技发展的突破口;③提高由社会生产力和自然生产力构成的农业生产力的整体水平,是它业科技发展的落脚点。
