跨组织沟通对经销商与供应商长期合作导向的影响

本文以经销商与供应商的合作关系为研究对象,通过研究经销商与供应商之间的工具性沟通与社会性沟通如何影响经销商的长期合作导向,来探讨经销商对供应商的能力信任与善意信任在其中的作用。实证研究表明,工具性沟通与社会性沟通均会增强经销商的善意信任,而仅有工具性沟通会提高经销商能力信任;经销商的善意信任和能力信任都会促进其长期合作导向。     

基于无交叉遗传算法的物流车辆路径问题研究

设计并实现了一种求解基本车辆路径问题的无交叉遗传算法,阐述了无交叉遗传算法求解物流车辆路径问题的关键技术,包括编码方案、初始种群生成方案、适应度函数、种群选择方案和变异操作等;并对比了使用目标函数倒数法和目标函数做差法构造适应度函数时的求解效果。实验结果表明,给出的无交叉遗传算法在求解车辆路径问题上具有良好的性能。

本文从如何推出具有平衡效果的结构图入手,深刻剖析影响推板的两个因素,即不能完全遵循纯数学的原理和制板公式。本文从结构平衡的角度出发力求探讨一种最简便、最快捷的推板方法,能够保持款式的稳定性。     

A stage-dependent model of resource utilization,strategic flexibility,and implications for performance over time: Empirical evidence from a transitional environment

It has long been recognized that there is a tradeoff between exploration and exploitation. How organizations utilize resources across time and space will affect firm survival and growth. In this paper, we examine resource utilization and performance implications over time in an environment undergoing fundamental institutional transformation. Based on a large archive of Chinese government data from 1988, 1992, and 1996, the study finds that (1) the impact of resource utilization is contingent on the degree to which different resources are committed to factors of production, (2) the impact is curvilinear and only valid within an “optimal” range, and (3) the performance implications change over time. As firms enter later stages of the transitional process, efficiency becomes less important as they shift their strategic focus from exploitation to exploration, which requires more flexibility. These findings have significant bearing on the issue of upgrading technological competitiveness in China as the country becomes increasingly integrated in the global economy. Such insights may also have implications for other emerging economies in Asia.

团队氛围、董事会内部沟通与战略绩效

本文在理论分析的基础上提出研究假设,通过问卷调查的方式搜集数据,以47家企业董事会454份有效问卷为样本进行实证研究,结果表明,团队氛围中的团队信任对董事会内部沟通具有显著的正向影响;团队氛围中的情感冲突对董事会内部沟通具有显著的负向影响;董事会内部沟通对企业战略绩效中的团队学习力、决策有效性和战略一致性均具有显著的正向影响。研究不仅丰富了董事会团队过程理论,而且能够有效地指导公司治理实践。

Bankruptcy Prediction for Chinese Firms： Comparing Data Mining Tools With Logit Analysis

China＇s capital market is different from that of the US in economic, political, and socio-cultural ways. China＇s dynamic and fast growing economy for the past decade entails some structural changes and weaknesses and as a consequence, there are some business failures. We propose bankruptcy prediction models using Chinese firm data via several data mining tools and traditional logit analysis. We used Chinese firm data one year prior to bankruptcy and our results suggest that the financial variables developed by Altman （1968） and Ohlson （1980） perform reasonably well in determining business failures of Chinese firms, but the overall prediction rate is low compared with those of the US or other countries＇ studies. The reasons for this low prediction rate may be structural weaknesses resulting from China＇s fast growth and immature capital market.     

小城镇环境整治过程中文化传承策略之研究

聚焦于浙江省小城镇环境综合整治工作中文化传承目标的落地情况。对理论文献中文化意涵、文化特质与其物质空间载体之间的关系等概念进行总结;提出文化传承在实践中的三个认知要点;以浙江省舟山市蚂蚁岛为例,阐述了其传统文化特色与当代变迁,分析了当地传统文化难以传承的现实困境,最终提出三方面应对策略:传统文化的转译、记忆场所的活化、实施机制的完善。
